McDonald's Portsmouth - Fratton in Portsmouth

Just had food delivered and it was absolutely shocking ordered 3 meals all with drinks but only 2 drinks come which was both wrong completely ordered 3 cokes and got 1 ribena and 1 Diet Coke and the food was all ice cold

Went to the Fratton branch for breakfast, not been for a couple of years when I got to the front of the queue I was told I couldn’t order at the till but had to use a screen, tried using the screen had ABSOLUTELY no way of knowing how to pay no help and no staff could care …

ive yet to receive food that is not cold or incorrect or missing from the order - their delivery firm uber rips customers off badly ...avoid.

Ordered confirmed and paid for food, then followed a 7min wait and no sauces or salad dressing. When entered store informed they had no salad dressing. No apology or how can we help..... Very poor McDonald's

Ordered 3 items sausage ,egg McMuffin,pancakes and sausage,double sausage McMuffin ,all of it cold ,sausages all burnt and McMuffins stale ,completely un eatable , delivery driver didn’t read instructions,constantly knocking and ringing bell so covid restrictions ignored

Staff hard working and spot on with our order. Yum Yum. Give them a pay rise for their hard work. The staff kept the place clean even with some of the pigs that think that just dropping their rubbish out of their cars acceptable.

We only live a mile away and the food was nearly cold. Fries tasted like cardboard. Crispy chicken was teeth breaking and the veg deluxe (2strips of veg sticks, nothing near deluxe) was horrible. Everything looked like it was assembled by a 3 year old. Never again.

We were sat in the car park after ordering via the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting for our food... This is completely unacceptable as this is meant to be fast food, not wait for an hour and we might get your food right..... Once we received our food it was stone cold, highly recommended avoiding at all costs:(

Usually its always the same sometimes the usual mistakes which the staff sort out. But many a times i have visitied this branch i saw a worker named Sarah M. Always very smiley always happy and never has the order been wrong when she was involved i dont know how to thank her but this review is hopefully a way. 👌

Mientras estaba ahì de repente me di cuenta que tenìa hambre y sed y vi por algo bueno para almuerzo. Eligìa McDonald's y por supuesto era una decisìon muy buena. Las nuevas reglas estàn màs estrico pero que vale la pena porque se sientò màs seguro. Mi comida era pollo con papas fritas y salsa dulce y amargo y seguir un panecillo frambuesa y por supuesto un cafè. Querìa comer al dentro pero decidì tener mi alemientos afuera y disfrutar y tomar el sol. cuando doy estrellas consider lo bueno y lo malo para llegar a una conclusìon y en este caso puedo calificar cuatro. McDonald's es muy sofisticado y bastante barato y siempre es una experencìa fantastico y inolvidable.

Siempre querìa intentar este Lugar pero credo que estaba un decision muy mal. El restaurante sin sofisticion y mi comida no fue delicioso y sobre todo due un poco frio. Caro pero no es bueno.

This mcds is the only one in portsmouth /cosham and havant that charge for extra choc sauce on iced frappe mocha, my Son asked for more sauce so I went back in as hardly anything on it and they actually wanted 20p for a little more WOW I declined. WHY are they so tight. I have no cheese or sauce they do not take penny's away for that WORKS BOTH WAYS multi billionaire company charges 20p for extra sauce. #SHOCKING FRATTON MCDS Customers keep them going. Some of the youngsters that work there and deeply up there self , big time. It's your job not your business.

My usual coffee after work has become a task. The amount of delveroo and uber delivery cars, scooters and bikes is unbelievable. I counted 10 in the waiting area, with more coming all the time!! There must be lots of very lazy people in Portsmouth 😱

There is like very few people in the restaurant but they still take plenty of time but the staff was good and they apologise as well

Against my better judgement I attempted breakfast again. Ordered set item - 25 minutes later I enquired - they had forgotten to order. Delivered to my table - minus hash brown. Previous breakfasts - wrong coffee, missing extra has brown. Previous experiences - drive through got home with wrong order. Drive through - no fries. Drive through - has to park up for 10 minutes to get a bog standard cheeseburger. TOTAL contrast from the Ocean Park location and polar opposite to the MacDonalds in the USA. Bearing in mind I only visit there about once a month - aaaarghhhh. Fast food? Your having a laugh

Hoy fui a McDonald's con mi amiga y recibí un excelente servicio de atención al cliente por parte de una empleada llamada Precious. Fue muy encantadora. Me ofrecieron ayuda y me brindaron a mí ya mi amiga todo lo que pedí. Trabajó muy duro y logró trabajar. en un ambiente tan ocupado y me quedé satisfecho con el servicio prestado por ella, definitivamente recomendaría fratton McDonald's.Escrito por Patrycja Pastusiak

Llegué al camino esta noche, ordené una comida para mi hija, me dijeron que estacionara, pero prácticamente no había espacios con tantos otros esperando.Después de esperar casi 20 minutos la comida entró.Fue un desastre, había al menos 30 personas esperando comida!Fui al mostrador donde alguien del frente se quejaba.Cuando pregunté por nuestra orden de comida, me quedé atónita cuando ella se acercó a una bandeja con bolsas de comida para llevar junto a la fría ventana abierta y la comida estaba allí. I’m been coming here for a very long time. Lately it’s been vile. They not putting the right ingredients in the burgers. I’m sorry but I paid almost £8 for my meal. And I couldn’t eat it all. Left most of the fries. The burger was burn the bun was burnt. You expect people to pay so much amount for this food. At least don’t burn everything you make. In future I will be ordering all fresh. If something don’t get sorted I will take matter further. I current work in a fast food restaurant I know how it works. So change it or I will take it further.

Been here a few times never had the correct order ever it's always been wrong fed up of going in and complaining worst McDonald's in portsmouth. Wrong food wrong order and cold. Don't bother wasting your time go to a different branch

Same food everywhere, if you do not know what to eat...then go there!!! Good price, and always the same

Was staying across the road at the Ibis hotel so this McDonald's was very conveniently located. We visited a couple times during our stay and were impressed by food and cleanliness. One thing that was a bit annoying was when I bought a single fruitshoot and despite the person I'd just ordered from grabbing it from the fridge straight away, he still placed it on the drinks section and I had to wait ages to grab someone's attention to just pass it over to me.

This one is open until 2 am. It was clean and everything else was standard McDonald's. Happy to go again.

Called in here after checking into our hotel late evening. Its open 24 hours but dont go after 10pm as the seating area is shut for cleaning ! People were hanging around inside eating as it was raining leaving little room to actually order your food.
