La Croisette situated within Daniel's department store. Family run restaurant serving great food all day, whether it's a fulfilling breakfast, scrummy lunch or just a coffee or tea break, call in & have a relaxing meal in a lovely store, you won't be disappointed!

We always call in for breakfast when in Windsor and we're never disappointed. We had bacon sandwiches and they are delicious with good quality bacon and lovely thick bread and the full English other customers were having looked very tempting. The coffee is excellent and great value at ÂŁ1.90 for cappuccino or latte and the service is always superb. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife and I are one of their oldest customers. And YES, Le Croisette Do serve some of the tastiest French patisserie outside of France. They are friendly, but businesslike at the same time, so the atmosphere is, well, a little... boring? But, as I say the food is brilliant :-)

It is a coffee shop in the Daniel's department store, but don't let that put you off as the cakes and pastries are made fresh by real artisans. They make the best croissant I have ever tasted.w

service very friendly from the guy who has put his own 'lime twist' in the long island iced tea! he kept his eye on us even when catering for the large party of Waitrose revellers.

My husband and I called in today for coffee and a snack. My husband had a peach brioche, I had a sausage roll and they were both delicious. We have been several times before and we are never disappointed. The coffee and tea is very good and the choice of pastries makes an instant decision very difficult! The staff are very pleasant and happy to carry trays to your table if needed. The cafe also serves toasted sandwiches and quiche. Fresh bread can be purchased to take home. This is always our first choice for coffee in Windsor.

Our family that includes small children were staying in Windsor and came across this little cafe overlooking the main shopping street of Windsor. It was located next to the children's clothing section of Daniel. We discovered it was also near the very large toy section of Daniel but if you take the escalator at the front of the shop or the lift and go straight to the cafe, the kids don't see the wonderful toy selection just around the corner. There are plenty of high chairs and also some comfortable armchairs as well as the regular tables and chairs. In one corner of the cafe are a couple of tables with toys that keep the kids busy while you can enjoy a coffee and or something to eat. There is only one entry way to the cafe so it is pretty easy to keep the kids confined to the cafe area. While the coffee was a bit hit and miss, the food was of nice quality.

The little coffee shop in Daniels is one of the best in Windsor, and their baked goods are to die for. However, their do-nuts are simply the best I have ever had - and I know my do-nuts!!!

My husband and I visited here for a snack after going to a funeral of a very great friend and before going to the wake. We are from Old Windsor and I have visited here with friends for coffee many times, but never eaten. We had danish pastries, which were delicious, and latte coffee. The prices are very reasonable and staff friendly.

The little cafe hidden in Daniel's Department store is a secret to everyone but the locals. Great homemade pizza for the children and delish croissants with mushrooms and bechamel sauce served with salad and coucous are a standard for a quick lunch whilst running around the shops in the centre of Windsor. The donuts provide the children with the energy to carry on. It gets very busy at lunch and the pizza tends to sell out. The price adds up quickly and sometimes the queue is very long but the staff are fantastically patient. Nice place for a cuppa as well.
