KFC - Folkestone in Shepway

Walked in to get a quick box meal and snack box and after what was atleast 5 minutes of being ignored so that the staff could run around after the delivery just eat deliveroo guys, they finally took my order. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all, completely ignored until they said 'yes please'. Maybe a 'Sorry we are really busy be with you in a moment or a thanks for waiting' Got food after being in there for about 15-20 minutes not ideal for 'fast food'. It was luke warm like it had been cooked hours ago and left heated to serve not fresh tasting at all. A SHAME TO ALL KFC OUTLETS. AVOID

Never normally oone to complain but seriously this chicken is a health hazard 🤢🤮the food was barely warm but didn’t mind as I eat cold chicken but the was a joke

Staffs seems very lost or ignorant ! Please do acknowledge as people walks in customer or delivery driver !!! Staffs are very slow !!!! And most of the times they are talking in their own langague when customer are present !!!!! Disappointed!!!

Chicken and chips. Tasty enough but for me, always with too much salt already on it. But it's fine now and again for a quick, cheap and filling dinner.

Recently Ive ordered bucket 10pcs, chicken was ok and still hot however fries were cold spongy , undercooked and not dried with oil on. Sure mc donalds make best fries...thin dry superb.

Same as any kfc , the staff here were efficient and helpful making us aware of the best options to get the best prices

went to KFC recently, loved it. I had the basic chicken dish and thought it was really good. I really enjoyed my meal and it wasn't to expensive, there are loos and it is a family restuarant. The staff are good and you can eat in or take away.

always have to check if all food ordered is there and only use this place as last resort from now on.

Uncooked food served, cold chips and a hell of an attitude from staff to go with it. Half cannot speak English and the customer service is not there

Siempre fuimos el cubo de ganga, pero me cansé de pagar por los huesos. Fuimos para el cubo de tiras de pollo... Excelente precio, selección de acompañamientos y una botella de gaseosa. Todos disfrutamos comiendo con los cubos que nos dieron y a diferencia del cubo de ganga se puede comer de todo y no grasa a cántaros. El cuadro de arroz también fue una revelación. Recomiendo encarecidamente

Although a smaller KFC take away, it does get quite busy and serves hot food and all the extras as you would expect. Efficient staff and food quickly dispatched. Parking outside not always easy at busy food times...

Never going back...Zinger burger was dry, chips were freezing cold. This seems to be the same quality from this branch. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Incorrect orders, missing paid for items and the worst KFC I,ve visited, poorly cooked coatings on the chicken and cold food. Recommend you avoid at all times.

Yo no suelen visitar KFC y no quieren que su 'ganga cubo", nos decidimos por artículos individuales para cada uno de nosotros. Después de llegar casa nos dimos cuenta de que una pequeña cosa que faltaban y yo decidimos teléfono el negocio. Era rentable para volver y en su lugar se me propuso una reducción del 10% en mi próxima comprar. rechacé esto porque no quieren una inmediata otra comida y yo podía recibir un descuento del 20% en mi próxima comida si me completaron la encuesta. En su lugar, me pidieron que teléfono su línea de atención al cliente. Después de 20 minutos desde el comienzo de mi conversación original de teléfono, fue finalmente resuelto. En resumen, una mala atención y servicio al cliente. Evitar.

Ha sido un largo tiempo ya que habíamos ido a cualquier KFC, tan emocionado por el pollo comidas, y sentarse a disfrutar ... Pero tengo que decir tan decepcionado en todos los niveles ... Primero las colas, ajetreada veces no lo suficientemente personal colas salir por la puerta, y finalmente la comida fue comprada, básicamente está bien pero no es fantástico. me quité la estaba muy sucio, no había mesas de limpieza personal, etc. ... Justo el decir que no tengo prisa en volver ...

Visitamos allí hoy y pedimos una comida. La comida estaba bien hecha correctamente y había cariño puesto para la comida. El cajero no podía hablar bien inglés, pero cuando me señaló el menú él sabía lo que quería. La comida era buena y estaba caliente. Yo volveré de nuevo y dése una vuelta por el menú antes que ver al cajero la próxima vez.

kfc, un fast food normalissimo...niente di che, ma praticamente quasi tutte le sere si trascorrono lì, dato che è uno dei pochi locali che rimane aperto dopo una certa ora!

If you want to get ill then by all means get something to eat at KFC in folkestone and Cheriton the place is shocking!! Should be closed down!
