This place has gone from strength to strength, Its had a complete refurbishment and is very clean with a great food delivery. Food selection is good with a varied price structure, what missing is a small side salad option to add to other choices. Staff in kitchen are great as are all the front of house staff. We'll run now by the new and better choice manager that's been there for years and a great me.ber of the original team. What is needed to make it more inviting, ? Sone busy times it gets quite loud and very hard to make conversation. Could we have the old feed back card at the till to give suggestions. Dog friendly patio only, It has a safe children's area.

The watery soup showed no sign of any vegetables and lacked flavour so at £7 was not good value. Very poor small bowl with rock hard bread. Seats a bit hard and no cusions, very ‘don’t stay long’ furniture. Was very noisy and rather cold. Weren’t allowed to sit round the quieter area as they had just closed it. Not a pleasant lunch at all so left without coffee and cake. We are pensioners so not for us at all now although have used for years. More isn’t always better

This is a favourite of ours, food reasonably priced and lots of options, homemade cakes always on offer and great catering for groups. Would recommend 100 times over,

use to visit the restaurant when in the area enjoyed lunch etc . Today 😢 the re design is chaotic and like a noisy kindergarten . nothing against well behaved children , many a time had 5/6 with us . we witnessed couples walking in and straight out . tables not cleared the floor under tables covered in food and debris where parents just up and walked out rather than teaching children to be respectful . Hats off to the staff clearing and there patience . coffee was lovely breakfast average , scrambled eggs i wouldnt recommend . real shame was such a lovely place , to spend time , admire the views and watch children play

Car park was packed when we arrived at 10.15 on a Sunday morning. However we got served quickly and food came out in good time. We had the Turkish Eggs and the sweetcorn fritters.- very tasty - will come again

What a disappointment! Priory Farm has always been a favourite for our family but not any more. I don't know who has hijacked the menu or if the chef has changed but today's offerings were distinctly underwhelming. The previous menu had a choice of jacket potatoes with a variety of fillings, likewise with the sandwiches on offer. Not any more. The choice is limited with small portions for the high prices charged. We won't be back.

It is a lovely cafe, much improved, but sadly the plates were warmer than the food on it. The scrambled eggs were plentiful but cold and my poached egg brioche - the eggs were colder than the plate, not a good start. We are very much against food waste so we ate it anyway, even though it was cold. The tea for two (a teapot) was brought quickly but the pot was only 3/4 full, so we sent it back for a top up. That might be a policy due to H&S but maybe the pot could be bought with an extra pot of boiling water for topping up.

I found Priory a couple of years ago and have observed the extension and changes they have made. We were there on a Monday for breakfast with not too many young children around. 2 of us settled for Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs and one...

We have been there twice now...lovely location with great views across lush green fields. The garden centre boasts some very knowledgable staff who can't be more helpful. We ended up buying two plants that would be suitable in our shaded garden spot and all because...

Always busy because of the children's play area. Often difficult to park anywhere near the building and rough gravel drives. £7 for a slice of quiche. £8 for a salad. £5 for a kid's portion of sausage, chips and beans. Very poor value for money...

Nice little drive into the country, great service and coffee whilst kids can play outside. Also has the option of picnic benches outside so plenty of fresh air and an outside server doing mainly drinks. Can get a little busy at times

lovely scrambled eggs and salmon. Good value and quick service. The café is now huge and can be a little noisy but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and a quick browse. Please get rid of the brown cups and have some lovely white ones!!

Great service, great Sunday Roast and staff really friendly and attentive. The bar had a fab variety of real ales and wines. Dining area was spacious I noticed the black board had details of upcoming events such as Sea Shanty evenings. Car park too which was really handy for our small children and walking distance for my mum. Will be returning.
