Best eggs benedict with hash browns in the town or even wider afield. All dishes represent good value for money and the place heaves on Saturday morning with all sorts dining, groups of lads aftef a night out, families dining, couples who visit regularly and an elderly chap who eats here every day

My mother treated me for a delicious lunch here yesterday. We were greeted nicely and shown to a table. We both really enjoyed the Wraps filled with avocado and salad, extra salad dressed with mayonnaise plus skinny chips. The waitress Anna was extremely polite and helpful. It has become to be our favourite in the High Street. You couldn’t ask for nicer meals or better service.

This place is one of the best places in the area to have a bite in Maidenhead. It looks underwhelming, but the staff is super attentive and nice. The food is delicious and comes out very quick. I would highly recommend any of the breakfast items, or w if you want to enjoy a nice lunch.

This is a cracking cafe. Maybe the best English breakfast I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few 😂👍🏻 The staff are super efficient and friendly too!

Very good service. Enable the routine English breakfast (other place may call it the 'Full Monty') be most enjoyable.

We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago, based on the good reviews and we were not disappointed! We went there to try their English breakfast. I had the smaller breakfast (Flavio's breakfast) which was still quite substantial and my husband had the much larger breakfast - both were freshly cooked, tasty and not oily at all. You get toast and a tea or coffee included, which is great value. They also serve quite a range of different dishes (pasta, burgers, pizza, paninis, tapas etc) but we didn't try those. The service was friendly and quick and the restaurant has a relaxed feel. Overall, this is a good place to have an English breakfast.

We had breakfast here today and enjoyed it. Two orders of the Flavio's and a Mega breakfast. All good but mushrooms were singled out for praise. Staff are friendly and efficient. Well thought out Covid19 precautions. Keep up the good work.

I had the eggs with salmon and the salmon was the cheapest saltiest quality you could get. Not only that but a very thin, small slice was given to me. The poached eggs tasted like acidic water on the outside and the yolk on the inside tasted like runny yellow medicine. The bread that came with it was hard and plain with no butter, the only thing that was nice was the spinach but it wasn’t wow.I wasted £7.50 on that and I felt sick afterwards. Absolutely dreadful. Tesco cafe is known to be bad but they charge £4.80 for salmon and egg and it was way better than this. If you’ve tried Tesco cafe’s poached eggs you’ll know that they are way better than these ones. And half the price.I only ate here because I was in a rush and starving so I left without complaining and had to buy a coffee next door from Costa to wash it down. I felt sick afterwards and wasted my breakfast meal on flavios when I should have gone to boulters lock down the road. Won’t be coming here again.

Managed to get a seat no problem on a bank holiday weekend. Service quick and friendly, very tasty food. Is a little on the pricey side so won't come here often but will return for sure

Flávio seems to be a very popular High Street cafe. The staff were doing their best to keep social distancing rules, and of course there is the benefit of a price reduction for up to 10.00 GBPOUNDS per head from the Chancellor.We both head English Breakfast at 6.95, which was reasonable. I guess the Chancellor paid for our mushrooms as an addition. Most people were eating a variety of open sandwiches with chips as far as I could see. The service was good, with the two servers doing their best with a pretty packed restaurant.

Such a gem of a place, really friendly staff, always remember my food and drink order, clean, nice atmosphere, breakfasts are excellent!

I discovered this restaurant during lockdown. Every other coffee shop was closed but they were doing a take away service. So I tried. Very friendly welcome and a great reasonably priced cup of coffee. Couldn't drink there but took it to the church steps to watch the world go by. I have now been three or four times. A local non-chain company trying to stay in business. I will be revisiting when we are allowed.

Visited for breakfast. Service was very good and the food delicious and plentiful. Well worth a visit when we can again.

Simply the best in the area. Very clean and do home delivery (Deliveroo, I think). Usually only a short wait for food.

Great coffee and lots of alternatives superb breakfast location and excellent lunch time light meals. Great service and outside seating in the summer in the middle of the walkway. Coffee is excellent and a range of snacks to go with it.

Visited for breakfast before Christmas shopping. Really lovely staff, seemed as if it was a family run business. Breakfasts were really lovely, cooked my eggs just as requested. Delicious coffee. 5 stars!

we visited on a Saturday lunch time and ordered the vegetarian breakfast. it was no trouble for them to make one version dairy free for my husband. friendly, helpful staff. good value food. warm interior.

I went with my family for a morning breakfast. Personally wouldn’t recommend this place for their set breakfast. When my breakfast arrived the beans were tepid warm, the bacon was not hot and clearly it hadn’t been freshly cooked as it was very dry and rock hard. Also my fried egg had raw slimy egg white.

Dropped by for a cuppa. One of wanted soya milk with their tea. We were told this would cost 30p extra!We were told other retailers do this, we’ll never in our experience and totally unjustifiable. We everyone not return and will ensure others are aware.

The staff where lovely however the food was extremely questionable. My chocolate milkshake tasted like Nesquick at best and for the price was definitely below par. The food was cold and sent back to the kitchen. When it came back it was still cold and tasted off. Our main meal was sent out with wilted lettuce and the burger itself seemed like it had just been bathed in grease and had hairs on the outside and inside of the bun.

Whether it is raining or sunny, we find the service is outstanding at Flavio’s. We’ve been going to this restaurant for years (back when it was a Puccino’s franchise) and it is our daytime restaurant of choice. We love the coffee and the smoothies and can highly recommend the breakfasts. Yesterday, we had Eggs Benedict with bacon and a Club Sandwich with chips - both very tasty. My husband smokes so it’s great that we can sit outside and watch the world go by. All the staff, including Flavio himself, are lovely and welcoming. We cannot rate this place highly enough.

Whilst walking around Maidenhead on a Saturday morning we decided to pop in for lunch. Place was busy but we were seated and served by a member of staff very quickly. Within 10 minutes we both had a very hot well cooked 3 egg omelette with cheese,onion and potato filling plus wholemeal toast. With added latte coffee it was a meal I would recommend to anyone.

Located in one of Maidenhead’s slightly scruffy, pedestrianized shopping streets, the sign outside describes it as a coffee bar among other things, and as we were just after a light snack rather than a meal, we popped in on spec not fancying any of the coffee chains that seemed to be the only other option in the vicinity. In actual fact though, it seems to be much more of a café/greasy spoon type set up than your traditional coffee shop, with an extensive menu covering breakfasts, burgers, pizza and pasta to name a few, and most punters tucking in to full meals. Cake choice was limited to three or four options in a glass display counter and we tried the Victoria Sponge and Carrot Cake. The Victoria Sponge wasn’t especially great, it was a fairly small portion, seemed a little on the dry side, and had a very thin layer of filling. The carrot cake fared somewhat better, that was nice and moist and came with a decent amount of icing on top. A latte was fairly average, nothing particularly wrong with it, but not great either.Overall, this place is probably more suited to larger meals rather than the snack that we had stopped for. A full breakfast on the adjacent table looked pretty good, and it was certainly busy, so I might well try it again for something more substantial, but wouldn’t bother with the cake.

Flavio's has always been great for daytime breakfasts, lunches, snacks or coffee and pastries but it now opens 5 evenings a week for supper. The menu choices are excellent and the food freshly prepared and delicious. We've eaten here twice in the last few weeks including a birthday celebration and will be returning soon.

We had a lovely early evening meal with my sister and her children (who were a little on the loud side, thank you for your patience!). Nice place for an early evening meal.

My husband and I popped in to try their new evening service and had a wonderful dinner. My husband had the special beef stew with some very tender beef, and I had the butterfly chicken which was also tender and tasty. Will visit again soon.

I'm so happy we found this place!! Such incredible food, really kind staff (Gosia especially!) And a great atmosphere! Will be coming back. Cannot recommend more highly.

Set at the quieter end of the High Street near the old post office, Flavios seems to be busy summer and winter. In the summer they have outside seating in the High Street. Usual coffee and tea selection + cakes and light bites. Nice to give you money to an independent for a change.

One of the best things (there aren’t many sadly), about Maidenhead high street is this restaurant. Staff are so friendly, helpful and keen to please. Food great and generous at competitive prices. Worth a visit.

This is one of those places which isn’t pretending to be something it’s not. The menu is great and crammed with all the old favourites. It has a regular crowd who enjoy it and it’s worth a try.

We had brunch at this lovely little cafe in the centre of Maidenhead. They have an all day breakfast menu and a good selection of light bites and meals. We opted for Tapas and enjoyed Butterfly Prawns with Chilli and Garlic, Creamy Garlic Mushrooms and the Crispy Calamari which were all tasty and freshly cooked. The service was friendly and efficient and it was lovely to be able to sit out in the sun and eat, however, there were smokers outside which was not so pleasant.We would visit again.

Having eaten good breakfasts in the pastI was very disappointed with my last visit. Service with a smile your be lucky! grumpy lady who served me should not look like the worlds troubles are on her shoulders.The breakfast I used to enjoy is nothing of its former self no seasoning in any of the ingredients surely is part of any cooking process when addressing this issue as a complaint I was told eggs are never seasoned rendering me to create my own flavours and giving myself possible high blood pressure by constant need of adding salt to my dish.The main issue actually came down to the complete reluctance to acknowledge complaint and pass on their excuses and then not even ask politely would you like to try something else which never happened.The owner to my surprise who came out of thekitchen in chef attire is normaly attending well Front of House and had to my shock cooked my breakfast. Chefs day off perhaphs! Here there should be some embarrassement for quality/standards of food and quality of coffee very substandard but instead I was confronted with a very stern look with no apology only contempt for complaining it seemed.Sort out the attitude well maybe its too late.I wont be returning

A group of 10 of us, from out of the area, met there for brunch. They were very accommodating reserving us several tables together and taking our orders as we came in dribs and drabs. The menu was extensive, everything came out the right temperature and was plentiful on the plate.

A recently refurbished restaurant after a change of owner. Great menu with a choice american breakfasts to pizzas served all day.

We visit here most weeks, usually for lunch. The staff are lovely, friendly and remember previous orders/requests. Clean, organised establishment with good menu,efficient staff and very reasonably priced. Best place to eat in the high street. Outside seating, in the shade on a hot day.

We decided to have breakfast here on a hot sunny morning.my partner had the full English which to his delight included black pudding and I had the vegetarian option. Both meals were well cooked and tasty. My only is criticism was my veg breakfast cost more than the full English didn't quite see the reason behind it nevertheless a great breakfast

Popped in with my partner on a sunny afternoon for tea and cake and to watch the world go by. Very friendly staff, quick service. We ordered 2 large teas and were not disappointed - they were huge. Chocolate cake was amazing. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend if you fancy a lazy afternoon.

This was a couple of hour stop-over in Maidenhead of a Saturday lunchtime. We wanted a decent Cafe/restaurant, preferably not one of a big chain, and we found it.Good service, great all day breakfast menu. I has the breakfast advertised on the chalk board outside which was very good value. There is a good range of options on the menu, not just breakfasts, along with other chalkboard specials displayed inside. Pleasant and reasonable quick service, good food nicely cooked. free simple wifi, and fast too. Whats not to like? Would defo go there again.

All the food here is good by the breakfasts are exceptional, great staff, great food, great service. Trying decide what is best is very difficult but as a person partial to scrambled egg and smoked Salmon Flavio's really cannot be beaten.

Visiting family, again, in Maidenhead we went here for Saturday morning breakfast. First impressions good. The entrance and interior were welcoming and clean. Two eggs Benedict ordered, one with smoked salmon, one with bacon. I ordered a bacon butty with a fried egg, and tea.All food was hot, well presented and very tasty. The fresh orange juice was exactly that, fresh squeezed oranges. I’ll be back here to try their dinner meals.

Popped in with sister for a breakfast before going home. Staff were pleasant,polite and helpful. Had vegetarian breakfast and coffee that were both tasty and hot. Would recommend this place but only based on this one visit.

Previously Puccino’s but now no longer a franchise but run as an independent by the guy who has been running it for years. Always good food and friendly service. Use Flávio’’s for lunch rather than breakfast now due to full time working but has been a favourite coffee stop for years. In summer the folding front is pushed back so you can eat outside - and the home made lemonade is just wonderful.

We called in for breakfast at the weekend, it was almost full so clearly popular.It used to be Puccini's but has gone independent, although the menu and staff are still pretty much the same.The food was reasonably good and average pricing, the service a little slow, but as noted above they were very busy. That said the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient.

Every week, my friend and I have been coming to Flavio's since May and only this week have discovered that the lovely man who jokes with us, takes our order and makes us feel so welcome is the actual owner (Flavio) himself! This pretty much sums up this place - full of very humble and lovely people waiting to serve you.Food wise, up until a month ago, without fail we'd have our usual - fresh orange juice and Eggs Royale. But having discovered the specials, we're currently working our way through those...i can recommend the Falafel burger and the Seabass with rosemary, very very tasty!! Cosy, welcoming staff with fresh great food - I'd definitely recommend a visit :)

The food was mediocre. We had a selection of 5 tapas. The chicken croquettes were absolutely disgusting. They were stuffed with a white thing that did not taste like chicken at all.

My wife and I are regulars here and we really enjoy the food, especially their breakfasts. Tasty food, dished out in generous portions by friendly staff, what else can you ask for in a restaurant? Highly recommended.

We would never miss our visit to enjoy coffee at Flavios in Maidenhead.A good location surrounded by happy smiling staff who seem to know whatwe want to order as soon as we arrive. It's put on the table in front of you whichis so much nicer than lining up at Costa or Starbucks.You can elect to stay on and eat a filling meal at any time...it's not just a mere coffee shop with muffins as your choice. Reasonably priced with a loyalty card as well!

Visited today for lunch. Staff very helpful and friendly. Menu offered lots of choice, as trying to be healthy we settled for soup of the day. Very tasty and all very reasonably priced. Family friendly and clean loos.

One fine day in August, I sat outside in Flavio's in Maidenhead High Street for lunch. I ordered Salad Nicoise and out came an enormous one. It was so tasty and filling - more than a normal salad does. Will definitely be back for my salad fix.

Great family run business. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The food is always excellent and we love this place for its great range of all day breakfasts!

We visited today for a spot of lunch!They have a good choice on the menu, which includes all day breakfasts, jacket pots, paninis, wraps, salad, Tapas and burgers. We ordered food from the breakfast section, which was served hot and was nice enough, but not special enough to describe it as 'very nice', hence the 3 star 'average' rating. We will visit again, but mainly cos the milkshakes were very good.

Service is ok. The food, i think, is a bit better than the service. I've been to Flavio's a few times but it is just an average place that benefits from having poor competition. I will probably go again... Though not for the food.
