Cant complain. Quick stop with the family. Everyone smashed it and carried on with the park. No issues.

Food tasted ok but was cold and when the girl on the counter received the food from the kitchen the dropped the food on the floor then picked it back up and put it in the bag, I dont like to complain so I threw it away and left after spending almost £50.

We ate here for lunch whilst at Legoland and its quite a nice place. the tables and chairs are dated and parts of the table are starting to wear away and they have a few wobbly chairs - the whole place does need refurbishing ...BUT ... the food was good and the service was good as well. Yes ... everything does take a little longer (because of COVID restrictions) and we did struggle to get a table but you kind of expect that when its lunchtime in a very busy theme park

An ok cafe. Standard chicken shop fayre at theme park prices. Good for a quick lunch and one of the few food outlets that was open when I visited. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Very nice little restaurant in LegoLand Windsor. Cute decorations, nice theme for children. Similar to KFC but i personally thought the food was better. Average prices for a theme park but was very filling and not greasy like other chicken shops. Recommend!

Horrible food, and the staff need a better attitude to customers, such a big let down for something as big as Legoland

A little pricey but what do you expect at a family attraction? The chicken is tasty and the children get a pop badge in their meals. Only downside is that the indoor seating gets filled quickly so be sure to visit off-peak times.

Expensive but the gush and chips wasn’t terrible compared to other options in the theme park

One star review. I am so disappointed, and more so because I didn't read the reviews beforehand. My excuse is that I knew the pub from some years ago. It's a lovely old pub and use to have a complementarity atmosphere to go with it. Not now!!! It's tired dust, dirty floors in bar (and it's not been raining) I won't be showering as I don't want to put my feel on the shower cubicle floor. I have my dog with me and having paid £20 for him, I expect, at the very least, a treat when we booked in. A bed and water bowl maybe, But, at The Olde Bell...nothing! I should have gone back to the Travelodge! I have a bad cold. Am tired from travelling and I was looking forward to treating myself to a lovely dinner. I couldn’t book into the dining room as I have me dog with me and the info in my room says dogs are not allowed to be left left alone in room so I went to the bar. It was empty dry and unloved. Staff lacking, but eventually someone arrived. A smile with the mouth does not equate to a genuine smile. I am a celiac and ordered lamb shank, grain mustard, mash potato, honeyed carrots, savoy cabbage and gravy, Yum yum. and it was gf free. I waited with a glass of red wine on anticipation of my plate of food, lamb shank is a particular favourite of mine. It arrived in 5mins...whoops should have realised!! What arrived was a shock. Reheated slimy lambshank. Wallpaper paste mascarading as mash potato with hard dried lumps, honey carrots so over cooked they dissolved and the savoy cabbage drowned in thin tasteless gravy that I couldn't disguish what I was eating. I tried to eat it as I was so hungry, but couldn't. I sent it back. What come back was the same plate with an extra carrot piece slightly firmer than the rest and a new display if wallpaper paste, I gave up. Ugh. I haven't had a plate, or two of such bad quality for years...even boarding school was better. Of course I said I wasn't going to pay. Ordered a glass of red wine and a packet of crisps and went back to my room to eat my supper. Best Western, shame on you. Where are your standards ???
