Small means VERY small here. Bit of a rip off for what you're getting.

Food arrived very cold and it was not what we ordered. After calling the restaurant, they sent us our order but one of the items was wrong again. Food was terrible. Do not recommend.

Food quality poor. Was not for two people but one. Nobody needs a whole pack of bread but thank you. Meat didn't taste fresh. Definitely not worth £22.50. If you want customers please re do your menu to reflect what people will get.

Why is it delivered? When i have not received it yet?

Food turned up warm 20mins early, I had booked it for a specific time as my partner gets in just before this but they managed to deliver it early, it had obviously been sat around for a while as it was warm and not hot. I've the last 12hrs I have had a temperature and really bad dnv my wife has awful stomach cramps. Eklee were my favourite take away but il never do this to my self again, what a waste of money, go else where.

Best Falafel EVER!!! Used to work across the road, so glad I can order a delivery.

The food was tasty but for a large shawarma costing over £9 there was hardly any meat in there so not worth it-paid £9 for a wrap salad. Chips had small portions too

The food is always delicious but last night they forgot our falaffel and gave us a large hummus instead and also the wrong drinks. However, we had great service before so it won't stop us from ordering again.

I'm not sure what is so difficult about making a salad for a customer that requests it without peppers that this restaurant ignores the request every single time. Seems a bit disrespectful to just ignore customer requests, is pretty standard within the industry to cater to the customers requirements. I think that was probably my last Ecklee order.

Very generous portions & would of been the best ever if only it was piping hot when food arrived. Shame it had started to cool, I assume they got held up at the level crossing by the trains

We had the vegetarian meal deal which was more than enough for two. The falaffels are excellent and everything was fresh and tasty. Have ordered many times from Ecklee and will do so again.

Banging as always. LOVE the chicken wings and the delivery time was exactly on point 👌🏼

Really disappointed with my meal today, portion sizes often fluctuate but today I actually was so annoyed by my tiny portion I had to phone to complain. Have used Ecklee regularly for 10/ 20 years, I can't even remember how long its been so long but If I can't reliably order a meal that will satisfy me then I will try elsewhere. Giving me a double sized portion of chips does not make up for a half sized Sharwarma, standards that used to be so high are now letting down me down as a long time customer, and I had extra loyalty as I knew the owners brother.

Always delicious, hot and on time. Our go to takeaway restaurant.

Such a shame. I am a returning customer of Ecklee grill, over and over again, however my order has taken over an hour to arrive and I’m very disappointed.

Never got the food after 2 hours; order was marked complete.

Food are cold not enough foods and delivery so late I'm no recommend

Food really good today, crispy chips too. Sadly they never listen to my request for salad without peppers so that always spoils my meal a bit.

Really good Kebab today, fresh and good portion size. Chips were put in a foil lined paper bag which is never a good thing as the chips were soggy not crispy anymore. Hopefully that won't be a thing in the future as I've never noticed it before and I order here often. Would have been perfect other than that. Thx

Such a shame but we’ve experienced very late delivery and consequently freezing food one too many times now with Ecklee. Why not give a truthful estimate of delivery time? 9pm is too late when we ordered at 7.15pm. Their food is delicious but not when it’s cold and you’re too tired to eat.

I was expecting to get the rice I have ordered but instead I just got plain white rice which I could do myself…Not happy at all

What can I say ? Always great. Meat so fresh no need for any sauces. Staff are very friendly and very respectful. Never miss any order notes. I’m so glad that I’m in their delivery radius lol. Keep up the great work guys 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I would never advise to order curry from them, it is the worst I have ever had

Very tasty shish taouk. Shame you can't request both salad and sauce in the wrap - only one or other.

Quality of food is always very good. Portion sizes are getting smaller and a large kebab only had 6 or so peices of meat in it so not large by my standards. That said it was reasonably priced. Would like them to add larger sizes and a mixed kebab to the menu.

Great quality as always however the kofta are getting thinner and thinner!

Everyone I come here I wait ages to order and then once ordered it takes I.e nearly 30mins to get food? take away I’m sure would be quicker? This is unacceptable and they are more than fully staffed

Took over 2 hours to arrive, rang the restaurant numerous times, always saying on the way???

Wanted to give a local place a try. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Order wrong, my small chicken with garlic sauce which on wrap said chicken was actually lamb with chilli sauce (I can’t eat spice). My daughter’s was large chicken as was my husband’s which were chicken. Only my sons was the correct order. Chicken dry very little garlic sauce bread chewy. We ordered via Diliveroo. The meat and cheese pastries had little of either inside. The only nice bit though very small was the baclava. Not worth the money. Very disappointed

Great food as always, we missed the delivery as our doorbell didn't work a d the restaurant called us and resent the driver immediately, they gave us some complimentary items and are always a pleasure to deal with.

The large shish actually comes as a wrap; I don't mind having a wrap but it would be nice to have known this before ordering (as I probably wouldn't order one). Also, the San Pellegrino lemon drink is not the usual drink that you would find in a yellow can, it is the same Pellegrino lemon and zest drink, which really isn't that nice. Clearer advertising about what we are buying would go a long way. Food itself was good.

Delicious food though cold but that’s probably due to our distance from restaurant. Found the chilli sauce very hot. Asked for specific delivery time, no idea why so late as time requested was well outside the estimated delivery time on your site,

Great food, very fresh and tasty. We had the Ecklee special for two with extra chips and a salad and it was great. Our delivery driver was really friendly too.

Asked for no Tomato's - the shawarma was full of Tomato's, I also asked for chilli sauce and there was none. Not the first time this has happened.

Order was very late and food was just warm. Tasted great though.

Small portions today. Use this place often and quality is always good but sometimes they ignore my requests and portion sizes seem to be on the decrease. Tabbouleh was not to my tastes, was mostly parsley.

The food was cold, the chicken didn’t smell or taste fresh and the bread was stale. Not like our usual Eklee. Very disappointed.

My go to place for a 'healthy-ish-kebab'. Good value, tasty food, and I don't feel like I've cheated to badly on my healthy diet.

Usually so reliable, not sure what happened to make it late this time. It won't stop me ordering again though.

It arrived way before i got home, my flatmate received it but when I got home it was not in a great condition. A credit to the restaurant though, they tried to send another replacement order but I already no longer in need for the; very nice of them! I still didn't get the value of the money

My large chicken shish was pretty much the same as my girlfriend's medium lamb shish. They had same number of pieces or, may be, mine had like 1 more... I did not complain to Just-It this time, but I was a bit disappointed.

Nice kebabs but the moutabel was actually off! We had to feed it to the foxes.

Chicken was crispy, if I’d wanted some crispy chicken I woudve just gone kfc innit. Pretty sure I bit into something hard too, possibly a plastic spoon. Bigger fall from grace than Bale 20/21

I asked for no onions in my tabouleh but for some reason they put onions in it and no cucumber instead. Now they also put so much parsley its just not nice. Disappointed as these guys are usually good and the food is usually very good.

Normally top class food and service. On this occasion we ordered Meat special for 4. We were delivered one large bread pack instead of two regular ones. When I called the restaurant they apologised, otherwise no note. Meat seems to be a bit less as well. It was not adequate for 4 as advertised, usually it used to be plenty.

This place is normally amazing but my wrap was a disaster today. Chef obv needs a holiday.

Bad points: Tiny meat portions. Extremely poor value for money. Avoid the meal deals. The mixed salad didn’t even have pickles. Good points: Halal. good humus, meat tastes good, and well packaged.

We regularly order from here. The food is generally of a high standard. My only complaint would be the slow delivery so the food is not hot

Love this place, there food is fresh,clearly homemade and so tasty!! On both orders i had a selection of salad,dips,falafel,pastrys and chicken wings (which were cooked to perfection both times) and will definitely use this place again. Thanks guys keep up the great work👍😁

We have ordered from Ecklee countless times and love it. On this occasion, a part of the meal was forgotten. However, we called up and 15 minutes later our final parts arrived with some complimentary baklava. Excellent customer service after a small mistake.

Food stone cold.. Chips limp... Chicken tasteless.. Horrible.. Was 20 minutes late... Binned the lot. Won't be ordering from there again

Usually great food here but today it was missing something? Not sure if we were just unlucky with a bad batch or the regular cook was off today or it was really busy and everything was rushed but the food was not as delicious as previous meals (which is why we order from you). Will still keep ordering from here though, these things happen.

Quality of the feed has deteriorated over the years. There is no longer any correlation to the cost and quality of the food and the fact that it took almost two hours to arrive spoilt the Evening. We have been ordering here for almost 18 years, but this was probably our last order.

Delivery was late. Staff not very polite when I called the restaurant to ask where the food was. Food was cold when arrived and chips undercooked, practically inedible! Chicken shawarma wrap is not chicken either. Very very disappointed.

Really happy with the quality and freshness of our meal this evening. All good was still warm/hot and tasted fresh. We’ve had some meals where the food has turned up cold, but I was extremely happy with the food today. Based on this I would recommend.
