Great food with lots of flavour and spice. Served quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good experience and would recommend if you like chicken and spice.

Food, ambience, customer service was good. Lovely as usual

Awful delivery service. Twice ordered appetiser combo online via Deliveroo and twice the restaurant have missed off one of the 3 appetisers (nuts). Tried calling to complain and no answer.

We had a wonderful server (whose name I can't remember). Food came in good time even though it was very busy.

Expected there to be more vegan/vegetarian chicken options but could only have the wrap which was quite small and £7 by itself! Food was nice on a whole but too expensive for it’s worth.

Turned up without a booking and the venue was busy. Greeted at the door and notified there would be about a 15 min wait for a table. We were happy to wait and they contacted us to let us know when the table was ready. Nando's is great in the fact they cater for all spice tolerances. I can't handle too much, so always go medium heat and it packs just the right punch. My friend, however, has every spice known to man possible and goes extra hot. This time around we both opted for the fully loaded chips and refillable soft drinks. They aren't joking when they say the chips are loaded, more than enough if you're just looking for a quick bite between friends. Alternatively there's plenty on the plate if you want one for yourself and are feeling hungry. We'll definitely be returning when we are next in Worcester.

The customer service is was amazing and absolutely faultless. From the moment we entered with our two babies- they were really attentive and tried to help with our chaotic kids. Also the food was delivered quickly and it was good. But what made the dining experience an amazing one was customer service. 10/10 the best Nando’s we’ve been to.

The server Joe. P, Top Man, Top Quality service and extraordinary communication skills added a sense of fun to our experience. Food was delicious, especially the froyo 😉.

Always love nandos, good price, great food and staff. Lovely atmosphere, right next to cinema. The music played here is authentic and suits the atmosphere. Just love the sauces.

Often fairly busy so it is probably worth booking in advance at hours that are likely to be busy. It has nice food and good service and they cater for my allergy well both over the phone for delivery and in person in the restaurant. It is a relaxed atmosphere, so going alone, with a partner, or with children would all be acceptable.

When ordering on the app it took 2 payments out from bank account. Went to tell them this and was told it had not when clearly showing going from my account twice. Then ended up paying cash for the order and told would have to wait for money to be returned to account. And then for the staff to go to either table around us and ask to leave a review and not to us I wounder why. Not good 😐

Had a great experience here a couple of weeks ago! I visited with my baby and we were hosted by Mike who was super helpful and ensured we were placed at a table that allowed room for the highchair and pushchair. The service was prompt and the food was great! Thanks Mike and team!

Visited with family after a cinema afternoon. Tables were sticky and staff appeared uninterested, certainly not happy to be there anyway! Food came fairly quickly but mostly inedible. My grandsons chicken was difficult to cut and my Portuguese roll holding my grilled chicken was literally impossible to cut, partly due to the staleness of the product but essentially the knives we were all given wouldn't have cut butter!.. 2nd visit to Nando's in 10yrs for me, and it will be the last..so disappointing and unappetising.

Always busy so be prepared to wait on occasion. Food as good as always. Service warm and welcoming.

The chicken was tasty, but there was little or no service. I asked our server for a receipt and she said it was available via the app. I didn't order via the app I did it on line. One of the worst web sites I have used in a while.

Excellent takeaway. Ordered through an app and had it delivered was still piping hot. Cannot wait to be able to sit back in to get my chicken fix shame they don’t have outdoor seating so we can enjoy the full Nando’s experience

Ordered takeaway, food was yummy as always, but the chicken had leaked through the box and through the paper bag (what a nightmare) Also wish the Nandos app would let you edit your order so I could have asked for my chicken to be cooked well done (crispy skin) - Not a fault of the Worcester restaurant though. Might try calling and ordering next time.

In today’s climate I was surprised at how well Nando’s managed their service today. We had to wait a little while for a table but was advised they would text us when it was ready so we were able to pop off and do a little shopping. When we arrived we were taken directly to our seat and food was served within 10min and honestly tasted great! It was beautifully hot and fresh! Such a treat after not eating out in a while! I wanted to write this review because I was so thankful for a clear covid safe area whilst providing great food and comfort.. well done to all your safe.

This is the first visit to Nando’s since before lockdown back in March 2020. And although the food was tasty, the customer service was abhorrent. I am a gay woman - it’s obvious to most. Although I have had the odd homophobic slur thrown at me over years, I have never been openly ridiculed by a member of the staff in a restaurant- who is also supposed to be a manager. Writing the word ‘dyke’ then an arrow pointing in my direction and calling your colleagues over to see as well is childish, and rude. I did complain to manager (after I got my food). Not much was done. Over the course of our meal, we had to wait a long time for drinks (it wasn’t that busy) and our sauces came without pouring spouts. A small thing, yes - yet in light of the incident at the start of the evening- it’s hard not to put two and two together. Never again Nando’s- and definitely not this branch.

Second time in the space of a week we have ordered food for collection that has been disappointing! Always something missing, never quite correct and absolutely always cold. Would love to be able to grab easy trustworthy food during lockdown but this has been bitterly disappointing. Shame because I usually love Nando’s and the food is usually second to none. Not sure if they’re too busy or whatever but we have never received quite what we pay for.

Absolutely no vegan option whatsoever which is absolutely ridiculous for a chain their size. Staff were also rude.

Food was amazing as ever however upon falling asleep that night they took the transaction another 2 times. I'm still waiting on the money to come back 2 months later. Keep getting passed from pillar to post. I would recommend paying cash if possible.

The service here is always good, the staff are always polite or smile if they walk past. The food is always good, never waiting too long either.

Another birthday (my youngest son's 17th), another Nando's meal. Everyone enjoyed their favourites again, hot chicken wings, chicken burger, twin butterfly chicken, love the piri piri salted chips. Modern decor, clean, friendly staff, quick service. Consistent experience, no doubt we'll be back again...

Went here for my kids as they love the food. Food was good although I thought it expensive. Drinks are refill type but again I thought it a bit expensive for what it was. Being that little bit 'Middle aged' I didn't like it too much as there were lots of young people messing around and spoiling the ambiance near to us. But again the food was good.

Went with the family again for another birthday meal, everyone chooses their favourites from hot chicken wings to twin butterfly steak with piri piri marinade and of course the piri piri salted chips, soft drinks are refillable too. Not the cheapest meals but equally not overly expensive, usually around £12 a meal plus drinks but food is always consistent (warm, tasty), not had a bad meal yet. Always tends to be fairly busy but service is quick, have always found the waiting staff efficient, polite and friendly. I think the decor was refurbished a while ago, is modern, clean, nice.

Can't fault this place! Right from the welcome at front of house, ordering, setting, easy of access (especially as my wife has a broken leg!) and the food! A young girl arrived us, very friendly, and Matthew completed our ordered. Very attentive staff. Can't b wait to visit to again!

We were greeted by a waiter who sat us down and then proceeded to talk us through the menu in a very rushed monologue type fashion - staff obviously told to do this as part of the service - very stilted. Much rather the emphasis was on serving good food and the place was cleaner!

We attended mid week and were greeted poorly after we asked for a table, the host just looked shocked and ummed and arred as to how long we’d have to wait, it felt like they weren’t bothered and rather we didn’t go there at all, wasn’t greeted with a smile nor felt welcomeFood arrived promptly and was nice, although had to ask two people for condiments which took a while, bit frustrating!

Conveniently located next door to Vue cinema, on the edge of the main social scene. Food is always good quality, & delivered very quickly. Can get crowded at peak times, with a queue at the door. Go off peak if you don't want to wait. Decent value for money for consistent food standard & service.

Popped here for lunch with my 8yo daughter. The service was really good - all staff were excellent - friendly, alert, organised. Had to write a review to recognise this. Attended to immediately when entering. Delivery of food was quick from ordering. Cleared away quickly when finished. Polite at the till. All done with minimum of fuss.As for the food - really good, as you'd hope. First visit here for probably 10 years...but definitely come back soon. (Heard another lady say exactly the same to a member of staff). Cheers guys.

Reasonable meals loved the chicken livers and mega hot sauce. Reasonable atmosphere and friendly staff. Only issue was the Rose wine was not Rose.. we had a red merlot and the Rose was arguably darker than the red we had (see the picture). We did raise this with the waiter who promptly removed our flag. In fairness the Manager sorted us a proper Rose when made aware of this.

Whether is eating in or take out never disappoints. Always enjoy our meal here very reliable. Always a good choice if in a bind or in doubt.

Went with a very large good of friends, and as usually I very muchly enjoyed my meal but I was very disappointing when my food and those sat near me arrived and the other end of the table hadn't order. Furthermore, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes before getting seated at our RESERVED table! Otherwise, it was a good atmosphere, good food and reasonable prices.

After all the hype I have heard about nandos I thought it time to give it a try unfortunately I found the canteen type operation poorly thought out as a first time user I would have liked the menu explained to me by a waiter at the table this would have probably helped avoid the overly spicy food I had and didn't enjoy. The experience was no better than McDonald's but twice the cost

In the past I had been to Nando's and enjoyed it, but this was strictly business. Staying over in Worcester with work, my colleague and I gave it a try (he had never been before, I thought it would be a great experience for him).

Aside from the mediocre faux-Portuguese chicken the manager of this branch refused to serve us alcohol due to previous sexual relations with two of our party. Very unprofessional. And the chicken was dry

We ate here on a mid week night as a pre cursor to a carol concert in the cathedral. The food was exactly what we needed and expected. Perfect for a family with a pre teen who isn't keen on spicy food as we ordered the plain platter and added our own sauce afterwards. Service was great and lots of staff members were on hand to assist when the frozen yogurt machine wasn't working as it should. Lovely, friendly atmosphere too.

Table of 8 for birthday meal. 4adults 4teens. Food came out randomly, with a 15min gap between the first and last starters. Filthy menus. Sticky tables. Waited an eternity for ice cream machine to be refilled, gave up & asked for alternative. Kitchen looked like chaos. Food was just ok. This place is more suited for kids, an expensive Maccy Ds

Only recently moved to Worcester and we have been to this Nandos 3 times. Each and every time has been really nice! Always busy though so be prepared to wait a few minutes before being seated. However, strongly recommend this place!

Wanted to order myself and around 20 other staff members lunch to collect, so messaged Worcester Nando's Facebook chat to see if this was something the branch could manage. I was told no problem - make the order online the day before and it'll be sorted for you. I placed the order using a company credit card and received my confirmation e-mail - however when myself and a colleague went to collect the food the following day, the restaurant had zero record of my order. They argued that they hadn't received it despite the fact that I had the confirmation email to show them that the order had in fact been placed and paid for. We ended up having to make ANOTHER order of exactly the same items and paid on a personal debit card again to avoid disappointing all of my colleagues. We will now have to claim back the funds that were originally charged to the company credit card.

Went in here a couple of days ago upon arriving in Worcester area for a couple of days. Not got a Nando's anywhere near where I live so always nice to have one if I go away somewhere.

I'm a big fan of Nandos & naturally was very excited when they announced they were reopening following a lengthy shut down for refurbishment.

The place looks to modern now and trendy . Wall art is great and I’ve been told that soon they will be doing deliveries!! . Food was spot on just what was needed . Thank you and I will be back

Looks great after the refurbishment, much bigger and more tables. Was very busy but staff were still friendly and polite. Restaurant was very clean and service was great. Lovely food and served hot, which doesn't happen in all Nando's restaurants.

Yet again as a local to this nandos,absolutely faultless! Love a Nando’s I do,never had an issue with the Worcester one, the assistant manager Chris is a top guy and really friendly,the chef Rhys aswell is also a top guy and you can tell he really he has the drive to make nandos a better place. Will forever return to this place and can’t wait for the refurb to be finished

Popped in for dinner on the 6th June around 1730. Amy took our order at the till and was most very helpful friendly and polite. She brought food out which was lovely and checked all was okay. An excellent experience all round

Unfortunately, I was in December and it was a little cold inside. You have to wait for a meal to be a little crowded at the end of the week. Make quick cleaning and then go to order. This is brought in a short while. With the menu I recommend fries with chicken breast seasoned with lettuce and unsweetened Argentine spices.

I don't see the point of going to a so called restaurant where i have to order my own food, fetch my own cutlery and fill my own drink. The food when it came was tasty but decidedly on the cool side. The tables are rammed in and it feels really crowded. I wasn't impressed, but more because it isn't really 'my thing'. The staff were friendly enough, but they are only really there to sit you down and bring your food, so I have rated the service as poor because there basically isn't any! I'd rather go to a good kebab shop and eat it in the comfort of my own home for a fraction of the price if I'm honest.

restaurant good value ok but to have a take away you just better like it cold .We only live 5 MIN drive away and on the last 2 occasions it has been cold .They need to have better packing as just a cardboard box is no good but love the food

I only go when my children choose it for their birthday celebration meal; went in both November and December, as usual very consistent experience, everyone enjoyed their meals, service was fairly quick despite it being busy. I love the peri-peri salted chips, my two boys love the spicy hot chicken wings. Smart, clean, modern decor, friendly staff. The only negative for me is that it's quite dear for what it is....4 bottles of beer are £15, the chicken steak and two sides meal that I pick is £13. The Worcester restaurant is right in the town centre although there is an NCP car park more or less opposite so very easy to drive in, park and quick walk to the restaurant.

We where wondering where to eat and tried here for a change. We where quickly seen to and taken to our table very quickly. The waiter was very helpful and took us through the menu. We played safe and had two mild chicken burgers. It was really succulent. The menu is well stocked with all wonderful dishes to chose from.

You know what to expect in advance at Nando's and this is a good example of the brand friendly service food came in good time well cooked nice atmosphere.

Waiter service to table, then given menus to choose and then go up to counter to order and pay. Food brought to table. We enjoy bottomless soft drinks which you can serve yourself with or without ice. Chicken comes in a wide variety from breast to thighs, bone in or out, and you choose your preferred level of heat. We love either the chicken butterfly hot, or the complete chicken with 4 regular sides for about £20 for two people. Only issue is that the waitress this time showed us to a noisy table by the counter when there were lots of other tables free, but didn't object when I asked can we sit over there?

We are regular Nando’s goers and this one meets the standard, prompt service, tasty chicken and a clean environment. Not fine dining but it does the job when you are hungry. It’s easy to avoid the healthy options as well.

Took my mother- and father-in-law for a birthday meal here. Mother-in-laws guide dog was welcomed, good facilities for the disabled. Something for everyone on the menu, friendly staff. Food was all good quality.

The system works well for younger patrons but having to go up and order for the same price of waiter service restaurants devalues the whole experience.

Called in today for lunch. Restaurant was very quiet but staff still seemed more interested in talking to each other than checking on customers. My quinoa salad was disappointing and the chicken breast I paid extra for was tiny (4 small slices). My husband's half chicken was dry - the speed in which our food arrived suggested it had been hanging about on the grill for a while. For nearly £25 for two main courses and one soft drink, I think you can find better value for money and better quality of food elsewhere.

Been wanting to visit nandos for sometime to see what the hype was about, had the half chicken with hot sauce and two sides. It was a good size meal, very tasty my husband had a wrap and paprika fries which he enjoyed. Nice atmosphere would defiantly go back!

Popped into Nandos this evening after work. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived but suddenly became very busy.Food ordering was prompt and easy and food arrived really quickly. Our waitress was also very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely as usual. Will be back soon :)

Always come here with my other half, we can absolutely demolish £40 worth of food, which is a lot because it's great value for money. Service is really good, staff don't bother you at all and just let you get on with it! Food comes quick and only very occasionally is there a wait for a table. If you're looking for somewhere fast to get some grub before heading out, this is your place.
