Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Remember, you’re eating a baked donut. It’s going to taste a little different. Loved it and the owner was very nice.

Tough chewy dough, sickly synthetic jam, congealed sugar on top. Pack of four from Tesco’s costs less and tastes much better. Coffee was good though.

Really lovely ice cream / gelato - we went for vanilla, it was so good! Really tasty with real vanilla pods. Really lovely customer service too - very welcoming and chatty. Recommended

The owner is a pleasant man to talk to, we had great conversations, delicious gelato and artisan donuts! A must-have when visiting Windsor!

I feel bad for saying it because the people that served us were really nice, but these have got to be the worst donuts I have experienced in a long time, SO dry and that’s the day we actually bought them. £20 for 6 donuts on a bit of a whim and we’ve chucked them because they were inedible. Such a shame.

Worst donuts ever! Boston Cream is like a hamburger bun with frosting with a 1/4 tbs of cream inside that tastes like popcorn butter.

Donut is ok, we’ll pacage but taste is just same as other donuts. But I love the presentation and it’s colourful.

Looking for a lovely sweet snack, go to Dum Dum Windsor. Two minute stroll from Windsor Castle. Owner was super friendly. Several choices to pick from and they even warm the donuts for you if you like. Yum Yum! Recommend this Dum Dum location!

They are baked, not fried, so healthy as well as yummy 😋 . Dough-based or croissant style. Between the train station and the castle so all bases covered!

I and my partner visited the place today and had the worst experience ever. All the doughnuts taste the same, the same cream used in each of them. Salted caramel one was literally the worst. No caramel, just salt! Terrible experience and overall service. Very cheap sugary taste, no quality! Never again!

We got 3 donuts for £10 pound and sat out the front to eat them took one bite out of each and they were stale like they had been sitting out for 3 days. We went back in to talk to the server and he was so rude and accusing us of lying cause he ate one this morning, meanwhile the cabinet was wide open. It was fine. But just, fine. Customer service was pleasant without really being friendly. Cronuts looked great but were pretty stale, the cronut itself didn’t have a huge amount of flavour, it was saved by the icing and the filling which was…fine.

Flavourless stale donuts at a premium price. The creamy filling is more of a damp patch. Better value for money (and donuts) at the local supermarket.
