DONT ORDER FROM HERE. VERY RUDE STAFF AND AND DELIVERY PEOPLE. ONLY OREDERD TWICE BOTH TIMES LATE DELIVERY. 2ND DELIVERY DRIVER. WAS CLOSE TO GETTING SMACK IN THE GOB. ATTITUDE HE HAD AND HAVE SEEN ON GOOGLE NEWS THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE WORST HEALTH FOOD RATING IN HAMPSHIRE. 0 RATING. APRIL 20-22. I MY SELF HAVE REPORTED THEM TO COUNCIL.

We frequently order from dewans and they never let us down. The food is delicious and prices don't break the bank

Ordered told it be here by 7:30 then got txts saying there was a delay in my order now it be here by 8.15 witch is not to bad but my mum is a diabetic do have to have her dinner at a set time when the food come it was cold the naan bread was Burnt the poppadoms wasn't fresh they were a bit soft we won't be getting from them again

Will not use their service again that's for sure

Order was very late, food like warm and needed to heat up in microwave I tried to call number and it just rang and rang and rang when it did eventually get answered there wasn’t a person there just laughing I tried to use the chat to contact just eat but got cut off mid chat and then couldn’t reconnect to it This is when the food arrived, no apology from person dropping food off just left in forecourt and walked off, most of food had leaked out of bag. Thankfully I was able to save it and heat it up and we still had a meal so that was good. Won’t be ordering from here again tho. Which is a shame as good and service was good before. Maybe a off night but the fact no one answered the main contact number and then it was just laughing has put me off

Lovely food but very late with no updates

I gave a bad review first time, i gave another go as its the cheapest indian on just eat. Well it changed my mind it was a lovely tasting curry. It was still piping hot when delivered, i couldnt fault it. Best curry i had in a long time. Will definitely order again. Great value.

We order from you on a regular basis and usually really good. Today it was very late! The poperdoms were stale and the rest of the food was cold-so much do I had to warm it up before serving!

For the 2nd time running my foods turned up cold. Definitely Not Impressed !!

Turned up stone cold, not pleased! It a very long time between being told it was on its way to arriving, think they just have walked!

Waited an hour and half for food, rung restaurant to see where it was, to be told they havant started it yet, due to problems in the kitchen.. nice to tell me ay!! Cancelled order and went to Anglo Bangla in tangiers road.. better custom, better Indian! One regular customer lost

Always very good quality and on time.

Food turned up over an hour late from update delivery time, over half hour from when I had called to ask where it was after app said to "enjoy your food" and been told it was on it's way. Food was luke warm by the time it got to us.

Very rude man on the phone,waited 1hr 30 after 20 mins late and asked where my food was , eta changed to another hour.. I phoned the restaurant and he said they haven’t even started making it yet so advised we cancel order and not order from them again …JOKE … food is normally nice , delivery driver fine, but will not order from these again due to the man on the phone ..if I hadn’t have cancelled it would have been 2h 40 mins between ordering and getting food .. ended up getting from shalimar north end , very nice and delivered in 20 mins will now be using them

Awful service. Delivery an hour late. Driver apologised but did nothing to help. Restaurant would also not pick up the phone. Just totally disappointing. You have lost a repeat customer. Total disgrace.

The keema naan was burnt all over the top and not enough salt in both biryanis. Apart from that, it's good.

I was slightly disappointed with everything I ordered, nothing was terrible but it was quite bland in flavour overall. Garlic Naan was basically plain.

Was text juat before 6 amd food arrived nearly 4tnins later.. the chios and onion Bargees were cold and the stuff in foil dish luke warm our drinks were missing aswell....

2 curries ordered, substituted both with things I hadn't ordered, then got abusive when I called to complain that it was wrong because they had written "sorry we dont have what you ordered" on the top of the curries. 4th time in a row they substituted. Went to JE, didnt refund. AVOID

The curry was extremely watery, didn’t taste like a vindaloo at all.

Arrived Luke warm. Chicken had an unusual unpleasant texture.

Absolutely tasty curries, generous portion sizes especially with the student meal deal worth every penny! Will be ordering again!

Great food arrived on time and was hot a great service

Went for something different this week, disappointed with the Kashmir Beef as there was only sliced banana , no sign of the pineapple or lychee. Also disappointed with the Keema Nan, there as a lump of meat in one corner and it reminded me of donner meat, only ate a few mouthfuls as the rest of it was empty and threw the rest away. I was rather surprised as food is usually excellent . Didn't quite meet the mark today.

They ran out of lamb tikka, called me instantly, changed order to beed and recieved extra sauce and popadoms. Food was amazing and fed 2 for under £15. Definietly order again!

Very nice food as per usual but was extremely late , delivery time was delayed and pushed back after I asked for an update, but the actual delivery arrived 20mins late from the 2nd time given. I understand it's new year, but you could give more accurate delivery times to stop me waiting at the front door forever.

Delivered later than specified although there may have been traffic. Not too bothered as food was hot on arrival and delicious

The app told me it was delivered but didn’t arrive until 15 minutes later. Food was cold and the wrong dish was delivered

Placed order, received call to say item unavailable and ti choose alternative. Ok these things happen. Order arrived in a timely manner. Unpacked oil/grease over everything spilled into bag. Unpacked curry, it was floating on a pool of oil which we drained off, cold so had to microwave. Not much substance or flavour. Cokes out of stock I presume as received different drinks as well. Unfortunately won’t order again from here.

To be fair I will say up front that it was very nice food and really good value for money, would definitely order from here again. Couple of little niggles though Had no lamb…. For me unforgivable (ish) Was pretty late and they forgot a dish… However they did put a free dish so kind of equalled out, just not want we wanted Overall was good though, would definitely like to try again when they have lamb

Had to throw away the food. Absolutely no flavour in the curry and the chicken tasted very bland. Vegetable samosas were the only thing with any flavour but they still weren’t great.

Great food, generous portions, love the two can dine deal, only complaint the naans were a little too well cooked. However they tasted just as good warmed up the next day.

Food tasted nice but some of the starters weren’t hot enough ( still cold in the middle). The free portion of Bombay potatoes was a pleasant surprise. We will use this restaurant again. 😃

I asked for a refund for the wrong curry being delivered, the restaurant staff on the phone told me to return the curry myself so he can taste it to see if it’s wrong, and I was absolutely appalled by that. I said to him have you not heard of Covid? He said what’s that. He was so rude he told me if I want a refund, he doesn’t care if I Have to get a helicopter to return it, he will not give me a refund. I am disgusted by the service, and the food. It was the wrong curry and completely drenched in oil with no spice at all like I ordered. I’d like to think that was a prank call the person was so rude on the phone but that is their genuine customer service.

40 mins late with no contact. I tried calling 3 times and they wouldn't answer the phone. I text having been told it would arrive at 5.15 pm. Reply text was 1752. Good arrived at 1758. When I said to driver it was more than 40 mins late he said what can I do, I am just the driver. Food was cold and congeled. Very disappointed. 😞

Firstly they didn’t have the food I ordered so I had to change that, and then it took over 2 hours to arrive! I would understand if it was a large order, but it was only £10 worth of food...

Although food was late they gave us extra free items. Probably one of the best curries I have had.
