Costa Coffee in Basingstoke and Deane

The staff here are just so friendly and kind. My kids love coming here as a treat after the shops or swings. Good choice of food

Much improved. Very friendly staff who really go out of their way to look after our group of Over 55s who come here every Thursday.

Lovely place for a cuppa and a chat. Coffee served hot and slice of cake was yummy. The blonde lady was a pleasure, she served us quickly and with a smile. The other chap was really friendly too. They seem to work well as a team which reflects on customer service. Toilet was clean. Parking was small but we found a space easily.

Closed at 4-30 when advertised 5pm shut. Just not great the one staff member ignored me completely. Really poor show

Didn’t even sit down for 5 minutes before a employee came out and had asked us to move and said these were for customers only - We had only just come out of the shop and fancied having a coffee before our taxi arrived The employee then had come out a second time abs told us that she was taking the table in if we didn’t move?! I had already said the first time I was ordering but was looking on the app to see what points and rewards i had - She then waited and walked back inside I was with my sister and her 7 month baby I’m shocked and definitely won’t be returning - shocking staff

I went there today at 4:30pm and they were already close. This is like the 3rd time that I went there and the store is already closed before 5pm. So frustrating!

Partner in patient so went to get her a coffee. Asked for two decaf latte’s to be rudely told ‘We don’t have any decaf’. No explanation and very curt in her reply. This Costas always seems to have no decaf. Got a normal coffee for my partner but I was unable to have a coffee. When it was served, well not served just banged down on counter. Seemed like she didn’t want to be working there, shame she was. This franchise needs a shake up to bring in line with the other superb ones like St Michaels retail park.

I have visited this Costa regularly because of its convenient location. However for about 2 months now it has accepted cash only and I have over £60 worth of receipts awaiting Costa Points to be added. I have contacted Head office by means of their complaints form 3 times, but no response whatsoever. Very bad service and I have now found an alterrnative coffee shop
