Favourite coffee shop I love getting their Caramel Lattes 😋 Iced or Hot both are delicious

Good service. Food the usual. No atmosphere whatsoever.

Clean, pleasant Costa with friendly, prompt staff. Unfortunately WiFi and toilets both out of action when I visited (29th June 2024) or else I'd give it five stars.

Need to train your staff on how to deal with gift cards

Staff are amazing and work so hard under pressure. I Hope this is recognised by the owner as its not an easy job sometimes and they deserve some credit for rude customers and busy times. Excellent store all round.

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, but sadly don't quite get the job done. The polite floppy haired fellow behind the bar was personable and courteous, however the order was wrong. I asked for a Cortado and received it with skimmed milk - the whole point is that it's thick and an indulgence. My wrap went cold whilst waiting for the coffee (nearly 10 mins, not the end of the world but long enough), and it wasn't cut in half. The ladies making coffee were great.

A great place for a nice coffee and a slice of cake

Paintwork chipped outside empty and not allowed dog inside. Poor compared to many independents. The hot cross bun came with butter. No cutlery

Well situated coffee shop featuring the usual array of cooked food, treats and coffee.

Easy stop for takeaway coffee on a Sunday when most independents are closed. Its pretty much what you expect at a coffee chain store.

Terrible service, very slow, no mangement - just young employees muddling through. Went a few times and they kept putting our drinks in papercups despite dining in - laziness as they don't want the washing up but more importantly it's costly to the company and a waste of paper which then needs to be thrown away/recycled. Twice the person serving me didn't make eye contact and yet talked constantly in Polish to another customer behind me. Another occasion they served someone, (again Polish), who was behind me instead of serving me first. Could list several more complaints but what's the point. I won't be going back and don't recommend.

Great service. I tried to order coffee with a reward (free slice of cake between 1200-1500) but was 15 mins late so the till automatically declined it. No fault of the staff. Sat down with just my coffee but five mins later the staff brought me a free slice of cake on the house! It was very nice touch which they didn’t have to do, so was impressed at this.

No complaints at all, apart from having to clear my own table which I find irksome given the prices charged. In a world of coffee houses cheek by jowl, you would have thought one of them would have developed a unique selling point by now. No Wow! Hence three stars.

Interesting to read the other reviews say how good this Costa is! The coffee was OK, chocolate sponge slice small and very heavy and the sausage bap small and over heated. Not good enough. One member of staff, I would say had just joined the team, was very good but her ‘on the job’ training was rushed and she looked confused! I hope it improves for her!!

Always appreciate a Costa and haven't found a bad one yet

The usual Costa drinks and food but this branch is immaculately clean and when we were there the two ladies running it were constantly keeping it that way. A pleasant change from some places where the staff don’t seem to bother.

Charge me more. Staff need more training.

A lovely young guy took my coffee order today in Ascot Costa. I’ve seen him before as I visit regularly as I am on my own. He is always so upbeat and friendly to everyone and makes it a pleasure to pop in and have a coffee. Nothing is too much trouble for him and when he’s not serving he is clearing tables and tidying. I think his name is Mikey and he was there on Jan 3rd (bank holiday) I think he deserves some praise and Costa should hang on to him as he’s a real asset to them.

Excellent coffee and very upbeat, enthusiastic staff. Made a dry cappuccino and flat white perfectly. Two females and a male staff member, very rare to find a happy, helpful team.

Very helpful staff member came and took my order at the door as I couldn't go in as I had my dog with me.

What should have been a pleasurable experience somewhat spoiled by 3 teenage girls. Pre exam home study I'm guessing. Made more noise than a cage of demented parrots.

How many times do you need to get orders wrong? Everytime you rush taking them and always give out the wrong stuff. Seriously take the time to get the order and maybe the old fashioned trick of repeating it back to the customer. Fed up with this place. Starbucks all the way now.

Coffee wasn't very nice, but service was very good

Fast service and clean environment. Very efficient but lacked the warmth I usually get from staff in Costa. Went in to redeem an offer and was told that you can't pay with points. Ok, sure. At least I will still get the points for the purchase after scanning my app... Except I didn't The drinks themselves are to the high quality that I associate with Costa. If and when my points eventually come on this would be a 4 star review instead of a 3...

Pity the staff can't wear masks properly and walk around the cafe with their mask under their chin. If you're going to wear a mask, wear it properly

Too cold in there!! Air conditioning was blowing on us, so we quickly had a coffee and left, which was a shame as my friend and I hadn't seen each other for a year. We went to the nearest park instead, what we should have done at the first place!!

Lovely place tell this morning one hours ago there is one staff very bed and she speak no professional with me and I'm sad because she treating me front my kids not fair and the same one old men coustomer its wasn't happy really shame for this lady to be working in this beautiful environment .

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, not because it was busy but because they were so slow. Lots of people walked out because of it... was too late for me to go away as I had ordered and paid already unfortunately. Won't go back!

Good on average. Depends how lucky you are with the staff. Some are brilliant and some don't care much.

I do not normally frequent the many coffee shop chains that have sprung up at every corner over the past few years, but I felt a bit peckish and this was the one nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to get a fairly decent lunch for less than £ 5. That was, until I had to use the toilet. Not seen any such filth in a Restaurant toilet for a long time, with paper strewn all over the floor, puddles of water - if it was indeed water - on the floor, generally dirty and filthy. I will not be seen in there so soon again.

A visit to this Costa can be an absolute lottery. It is frequently too busy and impossible to find a table, invariably noisey and the quality of service varies far too much from completely indifferent to a reluctant smile. It is however conveniently located on the High Street and the quality of the drinks is consistently good - as one expewcts from Costa

Usually love Costa and used to a varied experience as some better than others. There’s no photos for this one and tempted to upload a photo of the toilets. Husband bought drinks and cake whilst I nipped to loo. Let the barista know, he made no comment. So grim I couldn’t face eating anything in a place that doesn’t care about hygiene. One to avoid! And a bit put off costas now.

Friendly staff. Nice and warm. Good coffee. Soft furnishings need a good clean. Would go again.

Nice quite little Costa tucked away in the high street. Coffee could a little better prepared but otherwise good.

We have just been here once. It is nice and what you would expect from a costa. Same food and coffee you would get from any costa. It is quite narrow but goes back quite far. There is a step to get in to the shop but we managed it with our buggy. I imagine it would be difficult for wheelchair users though.

Nice place to meet up. Would be amazing with a better outdoor area.

Dog friendly and friendly service

Costa uses non-recyclable plastic film milk bags rather than recyclable bottles. I thought that in this day and age, retailers would make an effort to reduce non-recyclable waste, but Costa is obviously not bothered.

Nice coconut vanilla latte for those of you with allergies/intolerance...

Can't beat your usual good quality Costa, and this store is no different. The restyled interior over the past few years has really made a difference to my experience. Staff are very friendly (generally remember your orders if your a local) and this touch is very nice. Also a good place to get some work done if need be, quite quiet and good air conditioning.

I visited recently after bypassing a few coffee houses as I do enjoy the Costa experience BUT not at this branch. Our order included 2 sandwiches and these were taken to be toasted . We collected our coffees and then found a table. After waiting for some time I returned to the counter to find them placed on the top. The staff initially did not acknowledge me and when I asked if the sandwiches were mine they replied in a very rude brusque manner that they had called us and " we don't deliver to tables now, you should have waited !" What an attitude to take towards your customers. There was no notice up about this and I have visited countless Costas where the sandwiches are taken by staff to the table when they're ready. The issue isn't really about this as obviously if there is not enough staff to do this I accept that but to be spoken to in this way is not acceptable as a customer. I will certainly not be visiting again and advise others to go to other more friendly coffee shops in Accot.

I ordered a green tea, which was nice, and an almond croissant. The croissant was very dry, when taking it back the staff member argued with me that it was fresh and shrugged their shoulders. After insisting I know what a dry croissant tastes like, they eventually gave an alternative. Poor service, why question the customer.

Typical Costa. Well located on high street. Limited seating, but generally enough to go around. Don't sit too near the door on cold days. There is a big draft every time the door opens. Average range of panini's but large range of cakes etc. Tea is served in a tea pot.
