We come here several times a week. Maisey makes amazing coffee. She is always welcoming and when she sees us she has our order ready. Our grandchildren love the baby chinos too ❤️ x

Aboustley awful experience, customer service is appalling either on there phones or just walking around looking lost. Taken me 20mins to get another cup of milk while the bloke stood around looking at me then looking at his phone to then walking of. It wasn't till I had to ask if I could get another pot of milk..the other staff member was on the phone while preparing the food. For the price and the atmosphere I wouldn't come back at all

Great coffee and very friendly staff. Nothing else to say but it seems I need 100 characters to be accepted.

Visited today. Ordered a panini which is advertised as coming with salad and coleslaw, when it arrived without the salad and coleslaw I was told that I needed to have asked for it when I ordered!! We also ordered 'gourmet' chips, the venues description, not mine. They turned out to be a bowl of chips with an array of sauce sachets around the edge of the plate. Come on, do better!

This is a lovely cafe. The coffee is very nice, not too bitter. Lots of nice cakes. Clean tables. They do bacon rolls and cooked breakfasts. Only thing to be aware of is that it's a bit of a long walk to the nearest toilets.

A well-run and friendly little cafe bar just between the start of the pier and amusement arcade (right hand side as you look from the outside). All manner of coffees, teas, hot & cold snacks are on offer. My Wife had a bacon roll. I had a brie, cranberry & sundried tomato panini - delicious. There's a nice large seating area which is kept clean & tidy. The best place to get a drink & snack in the vicinity.

Out of all the tea rooms that are situated along the seafront in Southsea, this has got to be my favourite. It is situated on the front at the right side of the south parade pier. The tea room offers a great range of teas and coffees also cakes and sandwiches and baguettes. The service is always friendly. If you live in Southsea or just visiting. I can highly recommend it.

Bacon sandwiches to die for. Lavazza coffee made perfectly. Ideal mid walk break winter or summer. I will not mention the view as its obvious. Gets my vote.

Tea was good served in individual pots, was let down by the radio playing which was far too loud. Background mucic yes, but not a trashy radio station.

The lady serves behind the till is the rudest person I ever met ! She must have an anger issues …She was so rude to the previous customer even before they open their mouth to ask anything by telling them don’t bother to order , she will not be serving food Then she lectured & told me off about coffee types because I was so scared to ask what I actually like as she may say no - I said I don’t mind which ever is available right now ! But she was still angry bashing and banging while she was making the coffee ! I wanted to leave and say take a coffee break with my coffee . But I thought she may trow the coffee to my face . I will never go there again

Went into coffee @ the pier to buy a brownie and feed my baby because it was cold outside. When ordering at the till the lady said I cannot feed my baby or buy a brownie because I had brought a coffee earlier on our walk from another place. Absolutely disgusting customer service and human empathy even after repeating that I wanted to feed my baby she continued to say I could not because I had brought a coffee from another place. I will not be returning ever again!

Best tasting coffee locally, easily beats the local franchises at Costa, Greggs etc. Wide selection of drinks and cakes that are all homemade. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly 👍🏻

Lovely little gem. Located at the front of the pier. Has seating and it accessible for most. Staff were friendly and the coffee and food was incredible The offer a small selection of food but the coffee selection was good. Not much if a wait to get either food or coffee.

Recently refurbished (Dec 20) coffee shop style instead of seaside style plastic tables and chairs so unexpected cosy feel. Great selection of coffees (Lavazza) as well as luxury chocolates and speciality teas. Also had food but didn't try. Great views along seafront (and out 9f the wind!).

Never been met by people in a small business so annoyed to receive custom, tutted and huffed as I entered the shop, yes it was 14:45 and the shop closed at 15:00 but that’s no excuse. I ordered 2 rolls, once the filling was in the roll I stated which salad I would like in each and was told there was no salad left?? No discount offered and to make matters worse when opening the rolls outside the shop the fillings were incorrect. Another customer entered the shop behind me the staff members both rolled their eyes and gave him a dirty look, if you don’t want to be selling products until you close maybe worth advising a cut off time for rolls and food to be made. The filling in the rolls was a good portion and tasted good but wasn’t what I ordered. I won’t be returning

Pub with its own beer production, offering a list of dozens of different beers. Lively place focused on broadcasting sports events. Cozy interior space and a large terrace and outdoor space, good for sunbathing. The food is only average. When I tried the Mac n' Cheese burger, it was too dry and the various elements of the dish were not clear. The meat pie was good, but the chicken breasts had no flavor and were quite dry. Friendly and attentive staff.

Second oldest pub in Portsmouth and it is the highlight of the place. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room is small with wonky electricity and plumbing, but I guess one must expect that in a 300 year old building. The wifi works well. Staff are businesslike. I wouldnt stay here again, but I'm glad I had the experience.
