We had a lovely dinner! Such friendly and helpful staff and the food was absolutely delicious! I don’t know the waitress’ name but she had dark brown hair and she was very kind especially when I dropped my poppadom she offered me a new one which was very sweet. Great meal! All the staff were friendly. Everything came out fast and the food was hot. They offered us some complementary dishes which was delicious. Very clean restaurant. Amazing value for money. They checked on us midway through our dinner which was perfect. Excellent customer service. 10/10 will come again.

This is a lovely restaurant! A smallish seating area, but plenty of room; we booked ahead just in case. The team were brilliant; friendly, upbeat and interactive. The food arrived within an acceptable time and looked beautiful. I asked for a passanda with lamb, which was made for me, although not listed on the menu. It was cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced too, I think we paid around £30 - £35 each with a drink, a curry dish, rice & a side. I would visit again, or order for take out.

Lovely meal on a quiet Tuesday night. Food was very tasty and staff very attentive. I had the Jalfrezi which was quite spicy but without spoiling all the different flavours.Thank you.

We've had several takeaways and meals in the restaurant here, it's absolutely one of our favourite places to eat. The staff are so warm and friendly, the service is fast but not rushed and the food is to die for! We feel very comfortable taking our lively four year old here and having date nights too, it's a lovely place to eat and they do make a fuss of my daughter and go out of their way to make her feel special.

We had a delightful dinner at Cinnamon Spice in Ashford. The chutney selection was fantastic. Next, we ordered the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala, along with plain rice and garlic naans. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed ice cream, followed by coffee and cream. Overall, I highly recommend Cinnamon Spice for tasty and authentic Indian cuisine.

We found this on Google. First time eating at cinnamon spice. Had a great dine in there with our special Indian dish paneer butter masala and Naan.we had mushroom rice as well.highky recommend to everyone. Their hospitality and the customer service is highly appreciatable👌👌👌👌👌

We forgot about this gem of a restaurant as they’re a little out of town. We’ve had 2 takeaways of recent that were superb, all the dishes were full of flavour and fresh, delivery was quick. This is now our regular Indian for both dining out and takeaway, for the price and combined quality it cannot be beaten, others can be hit or miss but here the dishes are always very good and to a high standard, very nice vegetarian options as well.

Cinnamon Spice is always our go to Indian takeaway. This time we ate in to celebrate a family birthday. Food was superb, as usual. Service was excellent, with very attentive waiters who joined in our chatter and fun when appropriate but also left us to enjoy our meal. Cinnamon Spice is by far the best Indian restaurant we have ever eaten from.

Had many takeaways as well as eating in, never been disappointed by anything we have ordered, food and service always excellent.

Today’s takeaway meal for two as always exceeded expectations that are always high! Recommend the Chicken Tikka main and their Biriani dishes! Everything is first class and in my opinion the top restaurant in the county! Service is efficient, very friendly, but discreet! Absolutely superb!

I always base my review on the second visit. We have been twice in about 6 weeks, and this time was an unbelievable change for the worse. We went with a 3 course fine dining experience. It wasn't . 1. Starter prawn pura. Hard little prawns not nice, 2 main. Butter chicken and prawn sag. (With mushroom rice) Same hard little prawns over cooked nasty prawns and Butter chicken. The worse I have even had , tiny mushroom rice greasy and very small. Plus a peshawari nan (nan was good) 3. Desert Well no choice and 1 tiny tasteless kulfi cut in half.? It supposed to have been a desert each? They had not realised it was our second time first time we had a desert each and a choice in fact the whole meal was an insult such a shame when it supposedly was fine dining? Very very sad effort and cut backs that was that bad it went from one of the best Indian restaurants to the worse. Who ever decided to cut quality has made a big mistake

Ive come here and both eaten in and collected a number of times and their food has been fantastic each time. Really great food and a wonderful local business. A bonus that they can cater to and have understanding of gluten free among others, which is really important as a coeliac. Most things are gluten free, although it doesnt look it from looking at the menu (although it does clarify what does have gluten in it)! Will keep coming back !

Such wonderful food.... so authentic... I had a king prawn dansak and my partner had a chicken tika bombay potatoes naan and poppadoms...the waiters that attended us were absolutely amazing so attentive to our needs...the atmosphere was warm welcoming brilliant infact.. can't recommend the whole experience more... probably the best curry house in Ashford area... the takeaways are the same too... brilliant .. and the on time and still hot

We don’t usually have indian food so when we went here, it was a lovely surprise. The food came to the table quickly and we didn’t have to wait for our server at all. The food was brilliant and there were no flaws. We had mains (chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka) and they was so perfectly cooked. the best part was the Sag aloo, it was absolutely perfect and the potato was so soft. The staff were very welcoming and our server (his name was Jay) was so nice. He was not pushy and explained some of the dishes that we were not sure of. We even got roses at the end of our meal! overall it was brilliant and for someone who doesn’t eat out often, I will definitely come back here.

Once again, we had a lovely meal and great service from Ash and the staff. Looked after us for valentines night, came away full and satisfied.

We ordered last week and got it delivered fine. We tryed ordering again tonight. They would not give us the deal over the phone of 30% off. So we ordered online and it was all fine. Five minutes later, our order was cancelled. We rang them to ask why and they said they do not deliver to our house when they do!! Just because we were saving ourselves, £20 money, grabbers!!!!

We went to cinnamon spice for my mum in laws birthday and it was just lovely! The atmosphere the food. Everything was fantastic. We were looked after very well and will definitely be back 😊 No place does it like cinnamon spice! The food is top notch!(Just look at the amazing photo attached🤤)

We've had quite a few takeaways from here, all absolutely delicious, wonderful service and they're always so helpful and happy when we collect. I'd say definitely try different dishes as we're always trying a new one here and there and each one has been lovely, not been disappointed with anything. parking is right out front and easy to go in and grab or even dine. Definitely will continue to order here. Edited since - The takeaway started to get in inconsistent, one time it would be lovely and the next extremely oily. Unfortunately we decided to eat in once as well and while the service is good (not great) the food portions are smaller when eating in yet more expensive, what cost £40 for a takeaway cost us £100 eating in and to top it off they add their own tip of 10% to the bill already so it's not a choice which they don't tell you at all, I just checked my receipt after and realised we'd tipped them twice because we tip in cash. The fact they force you to tip by already having It on the bill and the oily food has put me off completely, such a shame because we went there often, we've found a new Indian restaurant to enjoy ☺️

Very expensive for what you get.

Avoid like the plague. The food was just terrible, Tiny portions, my starter was overcooked and chewy, the diet coke was out of a bottle and totally flat, to make things worse the main dish had no flavour at all and only had three tiny prawns(meant to be king prawn). Also very expensive and they tried charging me for items we did not order, When i complained to the waiter he was so rude. Will no being going there again. Even one star is too much.

Friendly atmosphere & great staff all round. Food came quickly & we even were offered some new off menu items. Compliments to the Chef Simon who made us an absolutely amazing Chilli Keema Naan. A brilliant meal for a Friday evening. And thank you to Joe for the great table service!

I dropped by at 8pm on Monday night when I was staying away with work as this was one of the best rates places in the area. I was surprised to discover there were no other customers in the restaurant, however, the staff made me feel really welcome and provided a great atmosphere! The food was amazing, a really nice selection with some good looking vegan choices (which I will try next time). I tried some dishes I’ve not seen back home in Southampton and I wasn’t disappointed. Can’t fault this place really nice team, clean restaurant with delicious food!

Second time eating here, and it was brilliant! The service was good, polite, friendly and professional, the atmosphere was okay, I wouldn't rave about it, I prefer authentic Indian music when at an Indian restaurant not Mariah Carey but it didn't distract too much from the delicious food! We had mixed kebabs, onions bajis and meat samosas to start - all delicious! Cooked well and flavoured well. Poppadoms and side accompaniments all good (you have to pay extra per person for them, other restaurants don't charge for the sauces / pickles). Mains we had the Indian butter chicken, and the Arinkali (i think) speciality, pilau rice, keema naan and peshwari naan and Tarka Daal. The two main dishes, both delicious, flavoursome and a good ratio of meat to sauce. The Daal was extraordinary! One of the best I've had in a restaurant! I did want the bindhi baji but they didn't have it which was a shame. The keema naan only had meat in one side which was a little disappointing but again everything was cooked perfectly well and flavoured really good. Final touches, warm hand towel, complimentary shot of Bailey's and an after 8 chocolate. Top notch food, great service! I will take friends and family here in the future. Be prepared though, even with 2 for 1 discounts it was still over £80 for two people.

Tremondous service and food i have never tasted anything like it from any indian restaurant. The moment i walked in i was greeted with such kind and approaching waiting staff. I would highly recommend cinnamon spice for anyone visiting or local to the area!

As soon as you enter, you are treated with a warm welcome by staff and seated accordingly. Lots of great choice on the Menu and was given a great recommendation by staff in preference to my taste and allergy. Food arrived efficiently and tasted great, probably the best Indian food here in Ashford so far. I recommend others to check this place out, especially the team going above and beyond with service. My partner and I were staying in premier in Europa Park in Ashford..inreading the reviews of Cinnamon spice Indian restaurant decided to have our evening meal there and Wow was not dissapointed in every way as the food and service were excellent and the staff couldn't have been friendlier to new comers, wish this restaurant was in London as we are down for a wedding, but if we're down this way again will definitely be eating here again . Keep up the gastronomic experience..

We have used another Indian takeaway for years but it has gone downhill on deliveries, food quality not the same. So we have tried Cinnamon Spice in Ashford a few times now and the food is lovely!

This is the second time I have had their food. It was as tasty as ever. The chicken tikka biryani is my favourite dish, I recommend it.

Big thank you to all staff for making our daughters birthday extra special with all the lovely touches to the table decorations and bringing out the cake 🎂 Service and food was exemplary. Would thoroughly recommend.

I don’t review very frequently but I made sure I left these guys a review because it is undoubtedly one of the best curry houses in Kent. I’ve been a few times over the years and it’s always been 5* service and even better food. Just fantastic! Give them a try - you won’t be disappointed 👍🏼

Waiters are very nice and attentive however the food could be better , vegetable biryani was very underseasoned ,more vegetables could be added , samosas are good but the seasoning I the filling didn't taste the best , in my opinion the food is very much overpriced for what you get. Also in the vegetable biritani , the rice was very underseasoned; when I had chiken biriyani the chicken was seasoned very well and tasted great however the rice again, was quite dry and underseasoned again. In my opinion there are better resurants you can go to for the price of this

Amazing food,great atmosphere, lovely staff

Placed an order through just eat….asked for the food to be delivered at 19:30 but it turned up before 7 and right in the middle of the bedtime routine. Frustrating! Called the restaurant and was made to feel it was my own fault for using just-eat. Previously when we have tried to order directly from the restaurant they have taken our order and then called back a while later to say they won’t deliver to our address (about 4 miles from our the restaurant) Food lovely but service poor which spoilt things a little. If just eat aren’t a reliable service (which was stated when I called the restaurant) then the restaurant shouldn’t use them as it leads to loyal customers being disappointed!

Very expensive compared to other restaurants, but the food doesn't live up to it. Not bad overall, but costs a lot.

Staying locally and spotted this little gem. Friendly staff and I must say the food was fantastic. I did think the menu was a little pricey at first but most definitely worth every penny. Could not recommend this more highly.

We spent the evening with friends and family at Cinnamon spice as we all love Indian food. Well, what an amazing experience we all had. Not only is the food sublime, the service is second to none. The owner called Ash spent time with us at the table and made us all so welcome. They couldn't accommodate us any more than they did. We had a great time so thank you to Ash and his genuinely lovely staff for a fantastic evening.

It used to be better and tastier some years ago however we were there recently and the food was not tasty or nice at all. The ready meals in tesco are even tastier. In the city centre there are Indian restaurants with tastier food and cheaper. Also the staff was not friendly and we are not going back and we do not advised anyone to go there. Either they changed chef or the chef got tired of working and does not put any passion in what he cooks. Nan bread not good. Biryani was horrible, madras not so good, chicken tikka Masala to avoid as you get gette better in other restaurant in Ashford. Avoid, your wallet will be happy!

Do not let the exterior or location worry you! Once inside, the staff are friendly and personable. The food was amazing. Having had 100's of curries in my lifetime, I can say that the onion bhaji's were the best I have ever had. The pictures tell the story. Well done to all 👏👏

What a great find! We were staying at a local campsite in the area and visited the shops. Such an amazing smell coming from the restaurant! Visited Saturday night early. Restaurant itself was quiet but lovely. They were busy with take away orders with a long wait so obviously lots of people like the food. My daughter is vegan so very pleased with a whole page of vegan meals to pick from. Great service and good tasting food. Hers was more coconutty than expected and mine milder. The only negative would be the cost but we are not familiar with the local prices. Would visit again!

We’ve recently moved to Challock from London. This is our second curry from here it’s expensive compared to our usual London prices and although they say they delivery to a 5 mile radius and we were only 3 miles away they charged us an extra £4 delivery which is upsetting. The food was nice but not sure if it will be our weekly curry house for the 2 of us due to this. We had 2 curry’s, rice and bread, Onion bhajis and samosas it came to £58.00

Poor food, underage staff, who the owner treats poorly in front of other staff and customers.

Very expensive for portion size. The food was ok and tasty, however it was embarrassing to see the starter portions. Butterfly king prawn is not 4x small prawns with a spoonful of salad, infact the lemon wedge was biggest thing on plate. The staff was ok and felt the need to keep apologising, but does not help inflated prices for what was on offer. Definitely not the place it used to be and the owner should be embarrassed with how the food is portioned out. Will never return because other restaurants offer more value for money.
