A great place to stop for a coffee and a cake. I was out cycling and we passed through Windsor. Located in the old ticket hall of the station, it’s a bustling cafe with tourists visiting Windsor castle and cyclists from all over, stopping here for a break. It’s really accommodating for cyclists with its indoor bike racks, heated glove warmers in the winter time for those who like winter riding. It’s the highlight of a ride when we head out this way

Came here midway through a cycle for a hot drink and cinnamon bun. Just what you need, and the people here are so lovely. Prices remain very reasonable considering inflation and the touristic nature of Windsor, portions are generous and warm. I could leave my bike on the racks unlocked without fear of theft, the staff and other customers seem to be looking out for you. Enjoyable experience, friendly and genuine staff, crowd always seems to be a nice mix of locals, cyclists + others passing by.

Quick visit on a Sunday mid day, I only wanted a light bite, so settled for a regular Latte and a couple of brown slices of toast with Strawberry jam, all served very quickly, staff all very pleasant, sat on the tables outside but not facing the street part, all tables clean, and staff were quick at removing the trays with empty plates etc on them. Very happy with what was on offer ..

I have been coming here for many years as a cyclist, and as a local. The food and drinks are always good quality, and priced keenly given the location. Ian and his team are very efficient in their work. The organised chaos behind the counter make sure the sometime long queues are dealt with very quickly. As a cyclist, you will be well catered to here. Lots of bike racks, a track pump to borrow, and plenty of fellow cyclists to chat to on their weekend routes. Here's to another 23 odd years...

Visited at lunchtime on a weekday and I wasn’t greatly impressed by the food choices. Sweet treats are definitely pushed here, and they weren’t really that nice. We shared a piece of Red Velvet cake which didn’t appear to be made on the premises - very mediocre. Coffee and Chai Latte were equally mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend this as a go-to venue. Pretty sure there are nicer venues close by.

I’ve cycled from Wembley to Windsor many times, and not really sure how we’ve missed this great cafe. Luckily for me, I joined a cycling group last weekend who are regulars at the Cinnamon Cafe, and is definitely going to be one of my regular stops on a long sunday morning ride. They cater well for cyclists, as lots of cycle stands located directly outside, and adequate covered seating for cold & wet days. Cafe has a good range of drinks/snacks/meals, and surprisingly good range of vegan cakes - which makes my life very difficult as i can’t choose - so have 2 instead, and my excuse is that ill cycle harder to burn the extra calories. Service is swift and with a smile, despite the mad rush and long queue of lycra wearing cyclists and tourists waiting to be served. There are also public toilets in the nearby Station.

Awful allergy information - outdated, staff didn't have a clue, cross contamination on my food. Avoid if you have any sort of allergy. I am not disappointed, I am concerned for the welfare of people who have serious allergies hence the review, and subsequent follow up I will be making to health authority to ensure this establishment is following full allergy protocols. I like this place and had great experiences so far but the vegan cinnamon bun really isn't great. Please update the recipe! EDIT: Thank you for getting back to me, I'm sorry if my feedback was not what you had hoped for, so let me specify: The vegan cinnamon bun did unfortunately taste a lot like vegetable oil. I'm far from being a gourmet but I had my share of vegan pastries over the years and this was just not up to the high standard I have previously experienced at your cafe. Regarding your reply: It was the first time I have tried the vegan cinnamon bun (not sure how long it's been on the menu for?) and if it had been my first visit I never would have come back. So I just wanted to point that out to you rather than say nothing and then you'd just lose other customers in the future.

An average space that could do with a bit of a clean. Good cakes but disinterested service. PS I've seen I've had a response. So I've added to this to explain. Clean means a member of the team clearing and wiping tables not a refurbishment issue. Interested service means that when you're served eye contact is made and a smile and that you feel noticed rather than the server focusing on their other customer/friend to have a conversation in detail about their exam results.

Portions were small. I ordered the celeriac and the portion was tiny for a main meal. I got a slice of celeriac, *one* mushroom and some kale... that was it. Compared to others at the table who had big roasts. I left hungry.

First time coming here for our anniversary, Chris Valdez absolutely made the evening for us. He was so lovely, supportive, just the best service we have experienced. We tried his favourite dessert cocktail too which we loved! The attention to detail he added, just really made our evening. Thank you so much - we will be back! Couldn’t recommend more.

We had passed this place a number of times but always assumed it was closed or if not the car park seemed full. However we went past on a Sunday morning and it was open and the car park had been redesigned and had spaces available so we went in. It's a very traditional English cafe .The menu is all on the wall and you have to queue up to order but there is a wide selection of breakfasts to have. We ordered a variation of full English and were given a mug of tea and bread and butter was brought to our table . When the cooked breakfasts arrived very quickly we were given top ups to our mugs of tea. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced around £8.00 including tea. They have also daily specials .It's much larger than I thought as there is an indoor patio area at the back and has lots of table space. It got busy later as the locals came in , if only the tourists knew what they are missing.

The best food I have ever had from a chip shop so so fresh and tasty I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
