Excellent costumer service. Meals are always made with fresh Ingredients and healthy options.

Great customer service and the cappuccino and mocha were excellent. However we ordered meatballs panini, it took 15mins to be ready and I was excited. However it was just meatballs with tomato and cheese. No marinara or seasoning! It was like eating a cardboard, it was a task to finish!

Terrible customer service! I received a call from this number so picked up i could see their company name on my screem. I said hello a few times nobody answered and it cut off. I called back again and the man on the phone said they don't call out only receive calls so I am trying to explain i just received the call so was calling back and he argued it's not them I didn't even finish my sentence, he put the phone down on me. Learn how to speak to people you could have easily said it was an error instead of lying and putting the phone down. Very poor manners!

If you are in town and want the friendliest Café then Bambino is the place, located in the Valley opposite the zebra crossing, freshly made food coffee and an Acholic licence selling bottle beers and soft drinks. Staff are always polite and food is good from pasta, salads, jacket potatoes and in the morning breakfast and a range of pastries and cakes. You can sit in or takeaway. Most people that try Bambino often return. So why not try Bambino when your next in the valley and support a local friendly business.

Known by locals as the nicest shop owner in town; perfect host; friendly smile with attention to detail. All food is healthy, freshly prepared each morning and the coffee is as good as the big chains in town. He wins on service and quality though, hands down. Been here once before and the service was great. Today we went in - not so busy. Ordered our hot drinks and each ordered a panni - drinks came straightaway but no food for about 40 mins - told they are prepared from fresh and take a long time - nothing was said at time of ordering. Other people got served quicker - won't be going back.

What a lovely little café I had walked past Caffè Bambino on many occasions but never thought of giving it a try today however I parked opposite while popping into Waitrose (after a 3hour journey),for a couple of things I needed. When returning to my car I decided that I could do with a coffee and called in for a latte. I did see lots of very tempting cakes and pastries. However I resisted the temptation. But I will be calling in for lunch one days soon.

Always an excellent experience when I visit this friendly and welcoming cafe ~ everyone is greeted though the door whether you’re a regular visitor (much like I am) or a ‘newbie’ and it’s your first time at Cafe Bambino! I love this cafe though because i think it has everything going for it that the perfect cafe should - kind and enthusiastic staff, very tasty food on the menu which is good value for money (especially the home made pasta dishes which are ALL freshly prepared for you whilst you wait, and they are mouth-wateringly good 😋, large portions and just around £5 or £6 a dish), good coffee, a nice selection of pastries and cakes in the kitchen area available to order as well, great people to talk to and there’s a few chairs and some seating available outside at the front of the cafe too. Overall, I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and it’s constantly popular, with (thankfully) some quieter times too... I think the owner has something Magic about him!? If you ever meet him you might get to know what I mean... *recommend*

This place has okay sitting areas that you can watch t.v. and have great food. The down fall of this place is the busy road but part from that it is okay.

Very nice place, owner was very friendly to us. We are visiting from Canada and enjoyed talking to him. We ate panini sandwiches for lunch twice, and enjoyed a bottle or two of wine. I would recommend this place, enjoy. And thanks for the pepper!

Bacon and egg baguette wasn’t great. Precooked reheated fired eggs and bacon. The baguette itself seemed fresher. Unfortunate

Friendly and cosy. I'd walked past it a hundred times before I actually went in, but I'm pleased I eventually did. Popped in due lunch with my wife and our baby and they were very helpful. The food is simple but fresh and tasty. Don't come in for a sumptuous meal, but do come in for something quick in a friendly (and child-friendly) environment.

Me pareció que el servicio era muy lento, y yo madre fuimos allí para el almuerzo un día.. Éramos los únicos clientes allí y una vez que él tomó nuestra orden de él esperamos al menos 10 minutos antes de que incluso han empezado a preparar! A mí no me importó porque no estaban apurados, pero habría si me. Pero en una nota positiva, la comida estaba bien, nada increíble, pero ¿cómo podría un panini será increíble realmente? Bonito y pequeño lugar el almuerzo si que pasan.

Extremely friendly landlord, great family atmosphere, a little tighly packed in but this means theres always seats, as they are usually fairly busy. takeaway available. babies and youngsters very welcome and catered for. always worth popping in if your passing.

Situated in Caterham valley high street it is ideally place for a coffee break. You get individual attention and there is great coffee with lunchtime snacks and cakes. The pasta is particularly good.

Bambino's is THE place to meet friends for elevenses in Caterham. It is a very warm and friendly little cafe with cheerful and attentive staff.

Despite competition from the big brands, that have appeared on every high street, Bambinos is still by far the best place in Caterham for a good coffee or to meet up for lunch. I like the atmosphere in the place and there is always a newspaper to read if you've got the time.

I have come here many times for lunch, andtheir coffee is wonderful. They sell things like sandwiches, panninis and breakfast items like pain en chocolat, the items have a moderately low price. Anyway, I'd recommend Café Bambino to anyone looking for a light lunch and the best coffee around!
