The first hotel I’ve stayed at with no gluten free toast and worst gluten free menu I’ve ever seen I.e. almost nothing with no apology and no ability to help the gluten free option of yoghurt and fruit there was an apple and banana and they’d run out of fruit. Massively disappointing. Food at dinner was mediocre for very high price and they had 2 GF options at least (tho if you wish to eat meatless meatballs do so at your own risk) - my advice evening get an Uber out we paid the same price the night before for fantastic food at Cote Windsor with a view over the river and the castle. For breakfast - hopefully LEGOLAND might realise they need to improve. Room was great but breakfast really let it down which was a shame.

Really disappointing. Very slow welcome and service - over 15 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated and had to ask for food and drink order to be taken. Overpriced, poor quality food alongside the slow service. Some food not very hot. No check-back. Coffee didn’t arrive at the end of the meal. Probably better options for dinner in Windsor if staying at Legoland Hotel.

If you think the queues in Legoland are painfully slow, wait til you experience this place. We booked a table for 7:15 and hoped to have the kids (3 and 8) in the Lego Playroom or maybe see the hotel entertainment. 9pm, as they were closing up the playroom, we were still sat at the table wondering what might have been. The drinks didn't come before the starter, we had to ask 2 servers for them before they turned up. They didn't clear the plates after the starter, put the plates down for the main and still left the starters there. The wait for the desserts was longer than the queue on Duplo coaster. We asked about them, the server shrugged and said he'd ask for us. Ask who? Almost 2 hr sitting in a restaurant in a kids hotel. This isn't the Ivy. The food was decent enough, overpriced but happy with the quality. The ambience in the restaurant is what you'd expect in a kids hotel. The bill came and it was incorrect, the server said "it'll automatically deduct", which it didn't. At this point I called for the manager, after being told he was in the cellar, I said I'd wait. He came and I talked him through the experience. He corrected the bill by taking 20% off, which actually only came to 10% on what should have been the bill. Just a horrible experience from start to finish ruined the night at the hotel.

Disgusting food to go with the disgustingly high prices. We booked one night in the hotel and dinner as what else or where else would you go?! I cannot believe the cost compared to the quality of the food. Appalling. Really disappointed that Legoland see this as an opportunity to rip families off. 25£ for a children's menu?! Really? It is poor quality pub (cheap) style fried food. I have never paid that much for kids food before especially where the price is so ridiculously high. The adults isn't much better. 2 course for 26£. Joke. My fish and chips was the same portion size almost as the kids one. After spending a fortune to come and stay, prices In the park you probably expect but the food is awful. I suppose they can charge what they like and serve what they like as you don't really have a choice once you are here. To finish off service was terrible. Dirty starters plates left of the table during our mains and desserts!!!! Drinks ordered and took ages to arrive. I had to ask for them again and they took ages. To top it off the waitress (who clearly hates her job!) had the cheek to ask if I would like to leave her a tip???!!! I couldn't believe the brass neck of it. I'm sorry there is no way any member of staff should be asking customers to give them a tip, but especially when the service was poor/non existent and food crap.

If you think the rides are going to be exciting, fast and scary, don’t, Our 5 yr old liked them but our 9 yr old was disappointed, there is no fast “make you scream” rides. Booking dinner at the restaurant, try finding prices before you sit down, you can’t. LEGOLAND constantly send you emails and messages to don’t forget to book dinner. It’s fixed prices, £29.95 for adults and £25.95 for children, that’s without drinks for cafe food. Drive into Windsor, more choice for a fraction of the price.

Nicole saved the day! We booked for 6:45, this was a trip for my daughter’s 7th birthday. We were staying in the hotel. Myself, My partner and our two children 7 and 4 months old. I have ADHD, I wish I had taken my earplugs. There was so much going and so loud. This is was expected but just a note for any neurodivergent people, loops are needed. Starter and mains served very quickly but the food was poor quality. The cost was expected due to being a theme park but the food was not worth it at all. We barely touched our food. Our waitress didn’t seem that interested. Then came desert by this point I was already tapped out and done. I just wanted out of there. I thought with starter and main being rough I wasn’t going to attempt the desert but daughter and partner wanted a brownie each. Our waitress took our order. We were waiting for around 20 minutes and we asked our waitress did she know how long it would be. She replied with your mains will be out in a moment. Puzzled to say the least. We made a deal with our daughter that we could eat her birthday cake tonight instead of the next day if it didn’t arrive in 10 minutes. We waited by this point I had reached my limit. I was so overwhelmed and just wanted to escape. I saw Nicole setting up a table and called her over, (sorry Nicole that I was a fumbling mess) I asked her if we could cancel desert and just get the bill. I told her I’m so done in and please please please can we go. She offered to chase the deserts but at this point I’d already checked out mentally of being in the restaurant. She listened to me and reassured me she would get the bill. I was so close to tears as I didn’t want to ruin my daughter’s birthday but I needed to get out. She came back and we settled the bill. She was amazing and listened to us, my partner went up and paid with her, that’s when my partner came back with her and we both realised we are both called Nicole. She was so lovely and such an asset to LEGOLAND. We were greeted in the morning by Nicole who was so attentive and I have to say the breakfast was great in comparison to the evening meal. She was so lovely and took the time with our daughter and son. She shows pride within her role. We are so thankful we met Nicole that day. She honestly was the highlight of our stay and visit to LEGOLAND. I wish her all the best with her soon to be new arrival. LEGOLAND please take note of these reviews, sort the food out. Hire more staff like Nicole. Thank you once again Nicole! From Nicole,Mike,Aubree and Rowan x

Let's start with staff were friendly and quick with orders and did not need to wait long for our dinner. 2 kids meals and 1 adult. One of the worst meals I have ever tasted (did not finish). Considering the adult menu is very limited to what you can have, you would assume that the selected items should be at some sort of standard. Also on the children's menu it just advertises the price for 3 courses, not showing single prices- which could lead to some adults assuming that's their only option. If you are staying here In future I'd suggest checking out where is close to eat or if you're able to order food for delivery. Going to bed a hungry mumma! Did book breakfast but will now be cancelling.

Having read the reviews on here, I thought to myself “Can’t be that bad” Luckily, it wasn’t, it was worse. First and foremost, the staff were really helpful and friendly, that’s a a good as it got. Took 30 minutes for our food to come, was an English breakfast muffin (or similar), kids adult breakfast and a chocolate cheesecake croissant. As the food arrived at the table, my wife and I took one look at it and we both decided we weren’t going to eat it. The sausage on both breakfasts were grey in colour and lukewarm at best to the touch. The bacon really didn’t look like it had seen a pan either. The muffin was rock hard and cold, clearly it had gone stale. I also saw pancakes going to other tables that had zero colouring on them at all, literally looked ghost white. The food was enough to put us off and walk out, in search of a local McDonald’s. It was disgusting. I think the worst thing is looking through all the reviews and seeing replies from Legoland….it clearly hasn’t improved. Come on, breakfast should be the easiest meal of the day and they can’t even get that right! If you’re staying at the hotel, be prepared for an Uber eats delivery or a drive to McDonald’s.

Absolutely terrible in every meaning of the word. We stayed about 5 years ago and the service and quality has decreased exponentially in that time. If you don't want to read my detailed rant, take my advice and travel somewhere else to eat to save you time, money and disappointment. Extremely limited choice, overpriced, poor quality (for kids meals), very slow service and surrounded by dirty tables for an hour. We had booked a table, we were seated promptly and we quickly had someone take our drinks order. That's where any positives end. 4 of 5 drinks were brought after 15 minutes while we looked around at the dirty tables around us and realised that some of the cutlery on our table had been used and there was food on 1 of the napkins. We removed it all from our table. Had to flag another member of staff to ask where the 5th drink was (milk for a child) and still waited another 10 minutes for it. All kids are fussy with food to some extent and mine are no different, but I have never seen them struggle to find something to eat on a kids menu before. We managed to order and then waited, again marvelling at another table left uncleaned, 4 dirty tables now surrounded us while an endless procession of staff walk back and forth on seemingly pointless errands. The starters arrived in staggered delivery taking 10 minutes but only the kids nachos were as advertised on the menu and edible due to the choice of dips. The mains took 50 minutes during which 1 table was cleaned before seating the next customer. Despite noting the lack of cutlery we waited another 5 minutes to get them dumped on our table wrapped in 1 napkin. Most of these went mainly uneaten. They were trying to be too pretentious with their food and failed in the choice (what kid at legoland wants seasoned carrots and broccoli) and execution with all of the sides cold on the plate. Half of the deserts were off the menu due to kitchen failures. And we waited 30 minutes for these. A 2 hour trek to find something edible while surrounded by previous customers leavings. I am confident we could have traveled anywhere within a few minutes drive, ordered from a greater menu, been served, eaten (and enjoyed it) and driven back in less time, less cost and less disappointment. This put a very negative feeling to the end of our day and if we hadn't brought 'snacky bits' with us the kids would have gone to bed hungry. I only hope that the breakfast in the morning is not as bad....

We stayed at Legoland on March 22nd and 23rd 2024, and had a fantastic day out at the theme park on both days. On the Friday night we went to the Tournament Tavern restaurant and had a lovely evening - the food was great and the customer service, led by our waiter Lewis, was excellent. Our standards aren’t particularly spectacular to be honest; for example we don’t expect food to be of Michelin Star standard, or the waiting staff to be able to juggle balls of fire on a unicycle whilst taking our order. Our must-haves include things like food being warm enough to eat, and generally served without kitchen foil still attached to it… …So after another lovely day out at the theme park (despite the chilly March weather) we looked forward to another nice evening of food, this time at the Bricks family restaurant. Our table was booked for 6pm, by which point we knew our children would be extremely hungry and ready to eat after a long day’s shenanigans at the park. I went down just before 6 to give the waiting staff a birthday cake for one of our party’s children - so we could sing happy 5th birthday to him after our meals. The staff were more than happy to accommodate, and took away the cake for later on. A great start. We then sat down for food promptly at 6pm, and the waiting staff were quick to take our orders. £25 for the three courses for the kids, and £29 for 2 courses for the adults. Not the cheapest, however certainly not the most expensive either - however we had high hopes after the prior night at the Tournament Tavern. The waitress had come over to serve us quickly as well, so we were really off to a flyer now… As the kids were super hungry, we made a point of asking if the kids starters could come out as a priority, with their mains to follow as soon as possible as well. No problem, we were assured - and within five minutes ALL of our starters appeared on the table, along with drinks. Brilliant. The starters overall were nice, but were clearly charged at a bit of a premium considering what they were; for example kids veg and houmous, and adults beef spring rolls. We finished our starters, and then waited for someone to come back to us to clear the plates. And then we waited some more. We waited a bit more after that, and then a little longer. I’d grown a full beard by the time the waitress reappeared to take our plates away. She cleared most, but not all the plates, and then off she went again. And so we waited some more… and a little longer after that. And by the time anyone appeared again, not only had my wife also grown a full beard but my three year old son had by now turned 18 and no longer qualified for the kids menu. In total we waited an hour to be served our mains, and having specifically asked for prompt meals for the children when we arrived, to be forgotten was very disappointing. In fact, I honestly think that if we hadn’t finally caved in and asked another waiter to go and find out where our mains were, then we might actually have turned into Lego statues before being served. So it was all going downhill at this point. Anyone with young kids will know the pain; they were tired and super hungry by now, but nothing that Youtube Kids couldn’t resolve - don’t judge me… So the mains came out after an hour, and everyone is by now losing the will to live. Not to worry though, we have good quality meals to look forward to now… remember guys £25 for three courses kids, and £29 for two courses adults… Luckily my 7 year old daughter is not a trained Sous Chef (yet), nor is my 3 year old son a connoisseur of the kitchen, however it didn’t take Gino D’acampo to see immediately that these were just microwaved meals hastily bunged in a bowl with pasta pieces glued tightly together for good measure. If I said that both the macaroni and cheese and spagehetti meatballs dishes were ‘hot’, then this would be an understatement. ‘Incinerated in the flames of hell’ would be a far more accurate description, and luckily I tested the temperature and advised the kids to let it cool down for a decade before attempting to eat their meals. It really was appalling quality, and deplorable service to put dishes out for young kids at that temperature. Having worked in hospitality in years gone by, yes I do understand that a microwave is often a necessary tool to support with the cooking process - but this was terrible. ‘So what else have you got to whinge about?’ I hear you implore… - after discovering the heat of my children’s meals was on a par with the surface of the sun, bizarrely it was the other way around for me: I had to send my chickpea curry back to the kitchen as it was cold. - my friend’s son, the one who was having the birthday cake, had foil in his meal. It was a very small piece of foil to be fair, however… it was FOIL in a kids meal for the love of god! I mean we’re all for natural ingredients in our kid’s meals, but we draw a line at feeding our children materials that can be found in the Periodic table. So yes, this had to go back to the kitchen too, and a further wait as a result. Of course, by now, we each needed a good programme of counselling and some strong sedatives to overcome the whole experience, and we finally threw in the towel when our friend’s son asked to go to bed beford his birthday cake came out. Enough was enough. By now, the manager was involved, and to her credit at the end of the night she did provide us with a discount in recognition of the poor service we had encountered. As compensation for the missed birthday cake, she also offered to put a candle in a pancake the following morning at breakfast instead… however, sadly for a child of 5 years old a candle in a pancake doesn’t quite captivate the imagination… but we agreed nevertheless. All in all, a dreadful experience. I’m sure we were the unlucky ones and that the vast majority of visitors have a fantastic experience at Bricks. However, I’m a firm believer that if prices are set high, then customer service and quality standards should reflect these. Sadly, this was not the case for us on our visit to Bricks. (Although i’m now hoping to have a candle in a Weetabix if ever I go for breakfast there on my birthday in the future).

We stayed at the Legoland hotel and had breakfast in the Bricks restaurant. We had pancakes and a full English which was all perfectly good (with the exception of the watery mushroom)! Additionally croissants and cereals were available and very nice. Not much in the way of fruit, but with pancakes on offer our children weren't bothered! We opted to go out for a meal after reading evening meal reviews, but after a positive breakfast experience we might try Bricks next time. Lovely helpful staff too!

The best thing about Bricks restaurant is Stephanie she is an asset to the company. She was so pleasant and accommodating, a real delight. There were 7 of us in our party. We had breakfast for 3 mornings. We had booked 3 evening meals but after the first evening we cancelled the remaing two. The quality of the food is poor for the cost and you have no choice but to order a two or three course meal. Not everyone wants two or three courses!! I don't know how they get away with this! The continental breakfast consists of cereals, croissants and chocolate croissants, apples, clementine or banana's. The containers were frequently empty and banana's were scarce. The resort Hotel is spotless and the park is also very well maintained and clean. The quality of the food let's the entire resort down. Best to order takeaway meals we did, awesome choice and delivered.

Menu's, table were both dirty. I would consider the menu's misleading .. Adult meals were shown as 2 courses £25.99, children 3 courses £25.99 made it seem like these were the only options available, however you can have JUST the main course for aprox £5 less for adults and £14.99 for the kids mains. The selection was limited to a choice of 5 meals - two of which were burgers. Meals arrived -my wife really didn't enjoy her's but i guess that is a matter of her taste rather than anything in particular being bad about the meal, the rest of us had burgers .. there didn't appear to be any real observable difference between the child and adult burger portion sizes, so if you have a child on the cusp of the two .. save yourself a tenner and go with the kids menu, as there isn't much in it. Overalll we found the food very mediocre and expensive, certainly not value for money.

We had a two night stay which included a breakfast each day, served COLD both mornings the whole family had a cooked breakfast unfortunately we ended up with rather runny poop as food was undercooked and served at no greater than a tepid temperature. DO NOT eat there at any other time either it was due to cost us family of 4 £115 WITHOUT drinks, after experiencing such an awful breakfast we decided with the HUGE cost of an evening meal to leave the resort and visit a local pub ‘Crooked Billet’ with a Hungry Horse menu, all 4 of us had a hot meal with a drink for £35 I highly recommend using the same local pub we did to save yourselves a fortune

If you’re staying at the hotel I absolutely wouldn’t bother ‘treating yourself’ as my family and I did here. We fully expected the expense of 3 courses and knew what we were in for so to speak. What I wasn’t prepared for was the extremely poor quality of the food. Whilst I wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal, the kids meals were completely inedible. I sent back 2 portions of mac and cheese, aka stodgy dry pasta that had clearly been left under the food heater forever. The garlic bread was burnt. The adult meals were slightly better but as mentioned not worth the price you pay by far. Very disappointed. What made up for it was our lovely waitress Laiba, who was super friendly, courteous, professional, and very engaging with the kids. She did knock off the price of their meals which was appreciated. My advice though, try the Skyline bar or venture out to the Harvester down the road, we will definitely do this next time!

The whole experience at this restaurant was abysmal, staff couldn't take a very simple drinks order, food was absolutely vile and the wait time was insane. £17.99 for a cheeseburger which was burnt and inedible. The same price for a piece of chicken and undercooked vegetables. You're not expecting haute cuisine but being able to eat the food should be a given. The hotel is very busy being half term, but the management should understand to have more people working at busy times, I waited 45 minutes just to pay the bill, with only 1 card terminal working, I nearly walked out. Do not bother with this place at all, seriously, save your money and sanity.

Sadly, this restaurant fell below expectations for me and my family for breakfast and dinner. The food isn’t good quality and the price charged reflects the monopoly which they have on site. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the service experience as described by others which reflected a higher rating. What isn’t clear is that three courses isn’t essential and you can avoid paying for dessert for example and therefore save a fiver. Some of the other guests were ordering and bringing food in so I would consider that. Breakfast was also not great quality and I was really looking forward to it. Having had a similar breakfast at places like Disneyland, I know what the potential is but sadly the profit margin is more important than quality for customers here. I would urge the restaurant to have a root and branch review of the quality of food or adjust prices to reflect what is being served.

Went to Bricks to grab a quick bite on our first of two nights here. Ordered drinks, then food…. Food came very quickly (too quick not to have been part cooked already) and no drinks arrived until we were half way through food despite asking twice. Fries were cold, they were changed but not much of an explanation or apology. Finished our main course, decided not to stay for dessert so asked for bill. Bill came, and waitress asked if all ok, explained that waited too long for drinks, chips were cold, sons pasta was tasteless so left it all, no attempt at explanation or even just a “oh, I’m sorry about that”. Customer service skills severely lacking, but suppose I shouldn’t have expected more… very similar to CBeebies in that a lot of very young staff. Nicole looked after us on the first day too and ensured our fist breakfast was a great experience! Thanks soo much- happy kids here!! Just shows the impact of going over and above! Xx

Can't fault the staff. They were all brilliant (shout out Claudia). The food prices are INSANE. I will never get over it being £22.99 for a set menu kids meal!!! The food itself was wetherspoon standard. My husband and I decided to go without as there is no way we could justify £100++ for a family of 4 to eat microwave meals Really dissapointing after what was such a fabulous day in the park. Lots of families were ordering in Uber etc to hotel as guessed they didn't want to be ripped off so hard by the restraunt.

It’s always difficult catering in this situation with a on site hotel and a relatively small customer base. Unless you go off site there aren’t any options and so this causes issues with quality. The food was pretty mediocre - mass catering at its worse. Our server was nice and friendly so this is why the review didn’t get one star. There were very long waits between courses as there were apparently delays in the kitchen. Unfortunately when we got to desert we waited for 20 mins and then they came out with two of deserts but then said they had run out of the other - after waiting for 20 mins! We also went for breakfast the next day and after last nights delays didn’t think it was worth waiting for a cooked breakfast. The continental breakfast offering was really poor and limited. At one point they ran out of coffee. An issue here is that they seem to have lots of front of house staff but not many back of house staff actually doing the cooking. Catering here just needs a refresh and rethink

We ate here on out first night staying at Legoland, after reading some of the reviews I really was unsure what to expect. We had our table booked for 5, we was sat down and given quite a few menus, a special brick or treat one which was basically the same as the usual one with just a few changes. Took about 15 mins to get the order taken, server listened to what we wanted as we needed to change a couple of things with the meal. Starters arrived probably another 15 minutes later, 2 of us had chicken wings and the other 2 had soup, the soup tasted homemade which is good I did expect it to taste like out of a can the roll that came with it was warm aswell :-) after we finished starters mains came about another 15 mins later, 3 of us had burgers, they were bigger than expected, good portion of chips, salad and two little corn on cobs, good temperature not cold but not burning your mouth. We finished them then ordered deserts which they took slighter longer to arrive and they had ran out of ice cream, but again decent portion sizes. Drinks were relatively priced to a normal resturant aswell. Overall a very good experience, wether it depends on the time you eat to the experience you get but ours was VERY GOOD.
