Stopped by to grab a coffee and the place looked great, the coffee was alright. On that day the service was not the most friendly and effective. But I do understand that we all have days that we are not feeling it.

Drinks were really nice, however the extra charge for a milk alternative is bizzare in this day and age. Food was nice, good chunks of halloumi, however is expensive for what you get.

Excellent. We’ve visited this little gem on a few occasions and consistently it’s been excellent. Very sweet attentive staff. The best coffee selection & taste you’ll ever have and gorgeous food with a lot of choice. Including vegetarian/vegan options available. They’re also dog friendly which is great! Can’t wait to return.

Came for breakfast after arriving at the station. Brew is perfectly positioned for rail travellers, just along the road into the town centre. A smart little indy cafe with outside seating--run, it looked like, by a young East Asian pair. I had a good cup of tea there, for which I was gasping. There was a wait for the breakfast, because it was being cooked from scratch, always a good sign. I could see the feller cooking it from my seat just inside the door. The meal was surprisingly excellent, as I don't necessarily expect much of a meal from a coffee shop. 2 perfectly poached eggs on qood-quality Sourdough toast; two substantial, proper butcher's sausages; a generous portion of smashed avocado; and some leafage. Bravo! That was terrific and set me up for the day.

We called in for lunch and noticed that whilst there were plenty of empty tables, every one of them had yet to be cleared.. It was reasonably busy and we ordered and cleared our own table. The food did take a very long time although it was very good. They clearly don't have enough staff, either someone let them down or they are trying to run the show with two people (I suspect the latter given comment from others going back years!)

Really, really lovely breakfast, bursting with flavours. Great choice for vegans & vegetarians too. Wonderful selection of drinks, coffee is really good!

We had the best breakfast (bacon waffle and bacon and fruit on eggy sourdough), fresh juices and coffee. Very friendly and good service. Highly recommend!

A truly awful experience waited over 50 mins for a breakfast only to realise that they had mixed our order up with another table. Who had received one breakfast but not the other. I would of accepted an apology however they tried to hide the error and do nothing to make amends. In the end I asked for a refund and was led to believe it would be for the whole breakfast including the overpriced drinks however only received a refund for the breakfast that took 50 mins to come and was taken away when a refund was requested. Don’t waste your time there is plenty of places to have breakfast that will appreciate your custom.

We thought we’d give this place a try as it always looked busy. Took ages to be served, then quite a wait to get our drinks, even longer for the food. Inside the cafe it was boiling hot, no fans or open windows. Customer service with a smile sadly lacking and no details were taken for Covid 19 purposes The breakfast tasted ok and ingredients were good but the fried egg looked as if it was cooked in the same pan as the mushroom and the sour dough was only toasted on one side. We only got the government discount if we asked for it. In short an uncomfortable long wait, not worth the bother. The building and it’s surroundings need some attention too.

Had read the reviews and thought we would give it a go. Our meals were absolutely delicious. We don't eat meat much but when we do, we of course want it to be worth it. The bacon (with avocado on sourdough and part of the 'bae') was fantastic. We also thought we'd try the waffles, best I've ever had. This is now going to be one of our regular places to order from. Love that they deliver, AND use cardboard instead of plastic.

Lovely lunch coronation quicken with eggs and bacon. Staff were friendly food and service amazing. Defo coming back.

Ordered and paid for 2 full english and 2 large lattes. Which we were waiting 50 minutes for! For the waitress to come over to us looking confused as what we where doing? Aswell as this bringing a pad over for us to order, then asking "what can i get for you guys" (this is the same woman who took our order and our payment!)so then we explain we had already ordered for her to then take another 10 minutes to figure out the fact we have already ordered and then to tell us she hadnt even put it through! We didnt even recieve an apology! Such a shame, definitely will not be returning any time soon.

My family live in Folkestone and my sister took me here every morning for the week I came to visit and the breakfast and brunch menu is absolutely mouthwatering and unbelievably tasty! As are the coffees for that matter- the pistachio latte, never had it before just delicious! I am honestly going to be sad to not be having a brew breakfast until the next time I visit! We never experienced any slowness in service during our visits, but given it’s one guy running this business, I would understand if things were slow in busy periods and what I would say to anyone visiting for the first time is that if this happens, then it’s quite frankly WORTH THE WAIT! Incredible attention to detail in presentation and flavours! I cannot wait to bring my foodie husband here on our next visit! Outstanding through and through! I wish there was a brew in our hometown, Folkestone doesn’t know how lucky it is to have this place!!

Fast service and friendly staff. Vegan Brekky and Oat Flat White was amazing! Affordable and good portions.

Came here with two of my children for brunch with my brother and his wife. We opted for avocado on sour dough toast with poached egg, it couldn’t have been tastier if they tried and the presentation was so lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Liked the fact they were accommodating since we had babies with us. Great for coffee and a catch up with friends and easy free parking at the front!

Recommended by a friend and after visiting this morning can understand why! Had a delicious full english and my sister loved the coffee. Bit out of the way but spotted it as we were driving into Folkestone. Good atmosphere and friendly efficient staff - will be returning

My son and I went in here after a cold walk around Radnor Park with our Border Collie, Bramble. Warm temperature and a good atmosphere. Very delicious Double Hot Chocolate and lovely blueberry muffin. My son had coffee with oat milk as he’s vegan. The dog was also welcome. Will definitely go again and have a lunch or for breakfast.

Big portions and great food! Their coffee is also just as good. I occasionally grab a solo brunch here as the service is so friendly and quick! I enjoy the eggs and avocado with halloumi, always a winner. Salted cares latte is lovely too.

Just had breakfast here with my girlfriend . Really nice and tasty. It was very busy but chef /barrista was skilled and we didn't have to wait. Good walue for money. Will be coming here more often.

My partner and I LOVE coming here for a coffee or a freakshake and breakfast. Brew has such a lovely atmosphere and the food is incredible. The staff go to the most effort ensuring the presentation is off key which makes it so much more memorable. Highly reccomend!

Revisited this place after having a not-so-pleasant encounter previously (when it first opened the staff looked very confused to have customers - VERY awkward) but can see there are new staff who are very quick and efficient. Food was great, my only recommendation is on the kinder bueno ‘freakshake’ to take off the sprinkles. Sprinkles just make no sense, doesn’t add to the flavour or texture and it makes it very childish looking. Oh and please, NO plastic straws!

We have been trying to get here for breakfast for ages. Wow check out the photos. Not very big but worth a visit. We had breakfast but definitely going back for a freaky milkshake.

I’ve been to brew lots of time & each visit I’ve had good customer service and the food/drinks taste great. Only criticism is that some things can be slightly overpriced. But it’s worth it, for the milkshakes!

I visit Brew regularly. It’s a new stylish little coffee shop close to Folkestone Central station, with art displays on the walls (these change regularly). It’s a coffee shop first and foremost, so the food menu is limited, but everything on offer is absolutely delicious and the brunch items are particularly good. The coffee is fantastic and the few staff work incredibly hard always with a smile. Highly recommended.

Although the food looked lovely here there was absolutely no gluten free options at all. I was very surprised that there was nothing I could eat as most places have something in a packet as a gluten free option, even if it’s a brownie or packet of biscuits! My daughter’s got chocolate cake with wafers on it which then turns it into a gluten containing drink! It was also quite expensive and the small coffee was very small. With a few tweaks this cafe could be very good but at the moment is limited.

Finally popped in after passing by a few times. Was very glad I did! Had a delicious breakfast cooked to order along with a coffee and of course a slice of red velvet (looked too good to refuse!). Would strongly recommend for coffee/lunch/brunch. Love that breakfast is served all day! Veggie options also!

Pop in here to grab a coffee or smoothie in my lunch break. It's a cool little place with seating indoors or just outside on the small patio area out front. Service is friendly and attentive. Just wish that my lunch breaks were extended so I could chill out here for longer!

My friend and I decided to have the avocado on toast brunch and cuppucino. Very nice and the waiter serving us was friendly and efficient. Was relaxed and not too busy. Had a chocolate brownie which was also delicious. Will visit again :)

Llegué con mis tres niñas menores de 11, 10 y 6. Este es un lugar encantador con un servicio al cliente amable. pedí su increíble freakshake kinder bueno, compartimos como es enorme! Desordenada de comer, pero realmente vale la pena. Sus tortas y menú de comida buena pinta. Sin duda volveremos! Sobresaliente!

Mis hermanas quería volver hoy y yo me alegré de que vinieron! Pedí un café con leche con caramelo salado, que era increíble y un desayuno inglés completo, ver foto. Mi estómago estaba muy lleno! Mi hermana pequeña tenía una pepperoni ciabatta y mi otra tenía un waffle con helado de frutas. El servicio era bueno, Apple paga está disponible allí. Es un pequeño pero perfecto para charlar con amigos y tomar un café muy necesario. Sin duda alguna volveremos a probar el enorme batidos que todo el mundo ha sido hablando! Dejé una propina de 5 libras porque disfrutamos completamente. Felicidades al equipo.

He venido dos veces desde que Folkestone para ir de compras o con amigos y siempre estoy satisfecho con el servicio amable, buen ambiente y comida deliciosa y bebidas! Normalmente me mi favorito (los niños! Jamón y queso) tostadas en el Oreo seguido por o Kinder Bueno freakshake, que están fuera de este mundo (riquísimo! ) Siempre tengo ganas de volver aquí!

Called in today and had a veggie breakfast and cuppa. The breakfast was freshly cooked and nicely presented on the plate. It was hot and I enjoyed it very much. Will be returning for sure - one of the best breakfasts I have had!

The bacon and sausage where microwaved befor being cooked on the hot plate.. was edible but not to great standard considering we paid 18 pound for two standard breakfasts and a bottle of water and a lemonade its pretty bad quality food too tbh

Pedir rápidamente, después de leer los comentarios sabíamos que podíamos estar esperando un rato y no, primero fue mi el batido de chocolate huevos revueltos y que ella ciertamente disfrutamos. Luego nos recibió nuestro café y chocolate caliente, después de una corta espera una comida salió, preguntamos cuando el otro llegara sólo a ser informado que no habían sido ordenados! Sin duda, pero obviamente no fue escrito por otro que esperar 10 minutos. En general, la comida y la bebida era muy agradable y afortunadamente no estábamos en una prisa. Lo recomiendo, pero sólo si tienes tiempo para esperar bastante tiempo.

This is a little gem. There is not a large food menu but what they do is of good quality. Toasted baguettes, different fresh topping on toast etc. The coffee was very good.

Nada de malo con la comida, pero nada especial. Una larga espera para nuestra orden era ridículo. Pedir comida y luego, después de pagar, la señora nos dijo que podría ser una espera de 30 minutos. Esperamos una hora para 2 cafés y una hora y media para un pollo gratinados. . . A sólo una hora de aparcamiento alrededor de la cafetería, así que tuvimos que mover nuestro coche dos veces para evitar que un billete. No volveremos.

Yo vivo a unas puertas de este café - el único inconveniente es que estoy aquí lejos demasiado a menudo! El personal es siempre agradable y servicial y la comida es deliciosa. Con un enorme y húmeda en la cima Rolo sin duda iremos de nuevo

Vine aquí para probar uno de los freakshakes habíamos visto! Tuve el kinder Bueno uno y era realmente bueno. Yo sólo logró la mitad de él, ya que era enorme, pero realmente delicioso! Mi otra mitad tenían su masa fermentada y avacado con halloumi, tuve algo de este para intentar balancear el azúcar punta de mi todopoderoso shake, y era tan bueno. Cuando volvamos sin duda pedir eso! Es realmente precioso por dentro y muy limpio. Realmente un buen café / almuerzo lugar para encontrarse

Fuimos allí para probar el famoso freakshakes, salí muy decepcionado. El aspecto fantástico, llegamos freakshake sabor no todo eso. Y el helado de soja con leche llegamos. avellana No helado, ni hazlenut y no de soja. (No ser quisquilloso sólo alérgicos a la leche! El barista parecía) ocupado con otros clientes para mencionar este también.

my daughter recommended here as she absolutely LOVES the oreo ice-cream milkshake. I had a latte and slice of cake.. beautifully presented (👆pics attached) and delicious! I was really impressed and will definitely be visiting again soon😋

I work in a coffee shop myself so I know how hard it is to find a good coffee especially when you're surrounded by Starbucks and Costa. But I was certainly pleasantly surprised by the Brew and their tasty coffee, they do pretty nice food too.

This is such a great café & such a lovely find having just moved to Folkestone. It's really nicely laid out, smartly and fashionably decorated, very friendly and helpful service, super coffee, free WiFi, baby changing facilities and even a chalkboard wall for the kiddies to scribble on! And to top it all, it doubles as an art exhibition space in the evenings, supporting local artists.

Very nice little coffee shop serving cakes. Very good polite service. Bright and clean , a welcome break enroute to or from the Town Centre. The disabled toilet is very clean. There is a chalk board to make your visit known .

I visited this cafe with my daughter for lunch, the gentleman was very polite and helpful. The food was yummy and the atmosphere calm and peaceful. Will definitely return.

Voy a preparar con bastante regularidad, ya que está cerca de mi oficina. También sirven café y aperitivos brillante y opciones de comida. El personal es muy amable y te anfitrión algunos fantásticos eventos locales.

Fuimos por un día de viaje desde Londres a Folkestone y llegamos allí estábamos buscando un lugar para comer el almuerzo. Afortunadamente vi este sitio en instagram post alguien, así que entramos. Me encanta el diseño y el ambiente del lugar.

Brew es una tienda preciosa de café escondido desde el centro de la ciudad. La comida a veces tarda un rato, pero si son encontrarse con amigos este no es un problema. Menú limitado pero genial en un presupuesto. Fantástico servicio que siempre son recibidos con los brazos abiertos. El personal es siempre encontrar juguetes para entretener a los niños. Fantástico.

Metimos en un café mientras espera el tren, y ojalá me hubiera quedado más tiempo. Parece estar en un lugar nuevo, pero están haciendo muy bien en hacer una cafetería artistico con mucho carácter. El edificio parece haber renovación en el exterior, pero no dejes que te desanime el andamio. Tuve un pequeño café y fue realmente genial. Algunas familias estaban comiendo y había cosas de arte para los jóvenes para entretenerse. Sin duda pop de nuevo.

Nice place but service took a while. Food on not brilliant but milkshake is great. Quite expensive, Parking very awkward as all permit holders parking. Not a great deal of choice for food.

Brew es un pequeño café con buena comida y un personal aún mejor. Me encanta el ambiente de bienvenida y cómo siempre te hacen sentir. Cada vez que he estado allí con mi familia nos quedamos mas de lo que teníamos pensado demasiado simplemente porque se siente tan familiar. Altamente recomendado!

Gran lugar aislada para café y realmente deliciosos desayunos todos días. Perfecta si todavía quieres el desayuno pero no te apetece subir y pronto. Actualmente, una joya oculta, donde siempre se puede encontrar sitio. Absolutamente seguro de que no durará mucho tiempo!

Cafe super sólo un minuto o así de la estación central. Uno de los pocos lugares en la ciudad para sentarse afuera, así que puedes beber su taza en el sol. Personal encantador y realmente un excelente café. Hogar de algunas exposiciones fantástico por artistas locales. Wifi gratuito y una pequeña sala de reuniones disponible puede reservarse para grupos comunitarios. Ambiente relajado. Tarta buena y gran sándwiches recién hechos en un pan excelente. Altamente recomendado!

Came across this cafe as I was heading out of Folkestone (there on a business trip); great latte, superb lemon drizzle cake and a very nice vibe.

Visitamos por primera vez, ya que había una exposición de arte en las paredes. Muy limpio y luminoso, con una gran selección de bebidas y aperitivos, deliciosos pasteles. Servicio amable. Mi único problema es su situación, en el cruce de las calles de un sentido con amarillo doble líneas todo alrededor, así que había problemas de aparcamiento, no cabe duda de que no es en el centro de la ciudad, con una gran oferta de pisada No espero que hacer bien, pero para alguien que no es local y no en pie un poco difícil para llegar allí.

They have just started doing a full English Breakfast. I had the veggie and hubby had the regular full english. They really do the best full English in Folkestone. You definately need to pop in if you fancy breakfast out. Lovely. I am a great fan of this place. They are really nice people who try hard and make for a nice eat out experience. The Lunches too are really nice. They have a great range of Coffee and tea types available also. We love this place.

I'm so happy that this place has opened up in my neighbourhood! It's a relaxing place to go alone or with friends. The coffees come in some really tasty flavours and they serve food and cakes as well! Try this place out!

Went in again today for the 2nd visit. Just had coffee today but had a smoked salmon and cream cheese roll last time which was delicious. Very friendly staff and nice clean cafe.

I had a lovely birthday lunch at Brew today with my mum.Very friendly staff & tasty fresh food.The chai latte & pistachio latte are very yummy. I will definitely be returning.
