We went for a pre new years eve meal and was not left disappointed, I had a perfectly cook large Dover sole for the size was great value. My wife had a juicy fillet steak that she said melted in the mouth. My son had a freshly cook pepperoni pizza that he said was the best he has had in a long time. With all the new restaurants appearing in Folkestone, do give this restaurant a try as it is one of the best value and family run restaurants in folkestone offer great food. Well done Stefano and team for another great night.

The food was raw and not cooked properly and I asked for a refund got told no staff are rude don't card or anything I found spit in my drink

Shortage of staff which made the experience of service poor.

I’ve been in a few times but enough is enough.The owner has a really bad attitude and the staff don’t seem interested in making your experience pleasant. The food is shocking and over priced.

We ended up having to walk out of this place before we were rude back as the waiter was dismissive and very rude about my coeliac disease and my partner's egg and dairy allergies. For goodness sake don't attempt to eat here if you have any food issues.

The atmosphere and the quality of the food are excellent, I went with friends and had a lovely time. Simply can not fault this place

Can’t fault the pizza or pasta but when my chicken wings come with one already eaten and the bone sitting in the bowl it completely put us both of our meal. After asking to speak to the manager the Waitress was polite and offered us a free drink but the manager couldn’t give us the time of day.

The pizza was tasty and well cooked but everything else was awful. No atmosphere, terrible service, tiny portions, rubbish salads and appallingly over priced. £75 for one starter, two mains and four drinks.

Food was unfortunately not very good. Little tiny pieces of broken shell in the risotto with seafood. No apologize and long wait. Cannot recommend unfortunately.

Came down from birmingham to have a break with family & had my 2nd visit to (Bella Pizza & Pasta) unreal food and friendly owner & staff. I had my best pizza to date which was all freshly made there and then. Fully recommend this place to anyone....✨️👍🏻✨️ Thank you Bella pizza & pasta.

Went for celebration lunch with a party of eight. We obviously outstayed our welcome - owner tapping his foot , did everything except throw our coats at us and turn the lights out . Refused outright to serve any more ( not cheap ) drinks.

Having walked out of the Portman pub (serves beer, can’t manage food) I walked into here. Wonderfully Italian. Cringeworthy Christmas tree, proper Catholic carols on in the background, and just sublime Italian food. Prawn cocktail, Pizza Napoli and home made crème caramel. What’s not to like?

The food was lovely. I had scampi provencale. The actual restaurant is a bit dated and "tired", but the food and service could not be faulted.

My family and I booked a table for lunch and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was running the restaurant. The decor is very welcoming, like stepping into a family dining room. The menu is quite broad covering standard pizza and pasta dishes as well as other traditional meat, fish and vegetarian options. The dishes tasted great! Hand made pizza cooked to perfection, nicely seasoned chicken, deep and rich sauces! The only things I could fault were: asking at booking for a high chair for our daughter and not having one available (not a big issue as there was plenty of space for her to sit in her pram) and the somewhat dated table covers. But they're really minor issues.

Our final night in Folkstone and after having a really overpriced two course lunch at a rip off restaurant elsewhere we were on a bit of a budget, the prices looked reasonable, so we booked a table. I had read reviews beforehand and noticed complaints about poor service and rudeness by staff, we certainly found this not to be the case, the place had a very good atmosphere, it was very busy for a Thursday night but the manager found time to come and chat to us, there was a large party there for a birthday and nearly everyone in the place sang happy birthday to the person celebrating his special day, this got us talking to people on the neighbouring tables, which was great. The food was outstanding for the prices charged and for both courses we were spoilt for choice, the seafood and the pasta that we had were very tasty and beautifully cooked, we had a bottle of pinot grigio and that was of good quality too. Recommended without a doubt.

Lekker gegeten, gastvrije bediening en smakelijk eten. De risotto is rijkelijk gevuld en smaakt top. De verse pizza is belegd en smaakt eveneens erg goed. Een ideale locatie als je voor vertrek met de trein een hapje wilt eten. We konden voor de deur parkeren.

This is a truly authentic Italian Restaurant. The name Pizza and Pasta had rather put me off ... until I looked at the menu in detail. What a treat. Perfect fillet steak and veal, both of which are a good test. I can't wait to try the rest of the extensive menu.

Don't bother going! Can't even do bucheta correctly and the worst pasta I've had. It was such a poor bolognaise with barely any meat and a vile sauce was so acidic and nothing like a bolognaise atall. And even the strawberry darckeri was made so...

Came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and the place was surprisingly empty. We thought this was great - less people and less noise! But I suppose there was a reason... The food was so-so (for the price, decent, but nothing to write home about) but the service was disappointing. There was no welcome and they forgot to take down a reservation made the previous day. It had that money-laundering vibe about it (empty and poor service) and we were asked to leave the restaurant at 14:50 so they could close (we arrived at 13:15). Won't be going again.

Unfortunately poor service and food. The bill was added up to be £10 more than should have been. It's a shame as went there three years ago and it was good. Things have slipped, or it was just a 'bad night'. I won't be going...

Had a fabulous meal. My pasta was customised and the calzone pizza my husband had was massive and delicious. Owners/staff were lovely, with a great sense of humour. Would definitely visit again.

We arrived just as they were closing for the late afternoon and they offered to take us anyway. Lovely little restaurant, very friendly staff. The food was spot on. We struggle to find anywhere that does a carbonara really well, and Bella’s was perfect. Their veal was also delicious. Would definitely recommend Bella to anyone looking for a good Italian meal in Folkestone. 👍👍👍

Our second visit here, the food is consistently delicious and authentic. All requests were met with a smile. Super friendly service. My 9 year old son was comfortable and happy, as were we. We would travel the hour journey for this food alone. Thank You

Sat for ages waiting to order. A young man came in after me but got served way before me. Felt ignored. A very strange air about the place. Won't be going there again.

The best Italian food I have ever had. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always had a perfect meal. The menu offers a lot of variety and you get to watch the chef make your pizzas. Absolutely amazing experience there and the staff are lovely. The new young waitress is absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend eating here!
