The beef was way too fatty, could not eat it. Wasted my time and money. I felt sick after.

food was really good and the service was great- celebrated our friends birthday here and the waiter (think his name was Sam?) was really helpful with clearing the table and bringing the cake out as a surprise, everyone had a good time- would definitely go again!

Great bulgogi although it did my friends Bibimbap curry sauce to give it enough ooomph. One question? Why such loaf inappropriate music? Thank goodness for the two Hong Kongers next to us chatting so much which made the music bearable

The bowls and the cutlery aren't be washed properly. I can saw lot of oil and dirty stuff in my bowls. I told them to wash again, after that my husband and I got FOOD POISONING

Very friendly staff to greet us, explained everything to us very clearly. We had a BBQ table over lunch. Very reasonably priced, BBQ Taster for 2 and soft drinks was around £55 and for that we got a lot of meat. More than enough to eat. Meat overall was very good quality, and it was fun to cook, felt more social than just having a meal plonked in front of you. It was very quiet when we went, so cannot comment on the general atmosphere.

It was great. Never been to a Korean BBQ before but will definitely be going again. Meat was excellent and it was good cooking it yourself while eating other bits and chatting.

Firstly they said BBQ table wasn’t available when we came for it. Mostly 90% come for BBQ.. ..secondly we order seafood pancake( didn’t even bother to cut into pieces gave us the whole damn pancake n it was burnt) chicken spicy ramen ( buldak ramen was used n charged £10 unbeliveable, bibimbap was the worst it was too oily when it was supposed to be healthy….all the taste were same n weird i think they used the same sauce….i think they were in hurry 2/10,

I've been going to Attorney since i've moved to Guildford almost two years ago. Every single online order and every time we dine in, the service is impeccable. The food is amazing and the quality is great too. I asked for an order to be slightly changed but had no option on deliveroo, they were incredibly accommodating and made the request happen. The staff are very friendly, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is brilliant. We bring everyone to Atto as we think it's truly a hidden gem of Guildford.

Great taste and amazing service!

Once we stepped into the restaurant we was welcomed by a lovely waitress called Soo and quickly seated. We ordered the Korean corndog and chips just a small meal but the service was amazing. The food came within 10 minutes and it all tasted amazing especially the corndog, it was crispy and covered with different tasty sauces. They also gave us free complimentary kimchi and doenjjang soup, which me and my partner really appreciated. Soo was very kind and accommodating, I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Very authentic Korean taste, the food portion is large, the service of a female waiter is very warm, but the sauce of the rice cake is a bit too spicy, it would be better if it can provide a variety of spicy levels!

Recently I was recommended this restaurant and i was definitely impressed by the authenticity, great portion size of food for a very reasonable price. Also our waitress, her name was Su, was so cheerful, lovely manners, answered all of our questions and even offered help to us to fully enjoy our korean cuisine experience so big thank you. Highly recommended.

Being a Fan of Korean cuisine, I tried Atto in Guildford. Authenticity is important to me and I was glad to see Korean chefs there. The place was empty but clean. The bbq tables have buzzers/pagers to summon the staff. The beef bulgogy was fresh and surprisingly, plentiful. Most Korean style restaurants use smaller bowls. While in authentic Korean restaurants the kimchi is as free as dalt and pepper, again in this UK restaurant it was £3 extra, hence no 5 star review. The small dishes given as éntres did not exist, either. Too westernised for my taste. I will return for the bulgogy, though. No one asked if I had allergies nor did they return to ask how the food was. Staff need some serious training. They were polite, however. Music was too loud and the music did not give the correct ambience to the restaurant.

Ordered this via Uber, food was delicious!! The seafood pajeon was especially delicious! Kimbab was hot and rice was slightly overcooked but it was a 10am order so I’m assuming rice was only cooked recently! Overall I would say 4/5. Better than many Korean places I’ve tried in the UK! 🥰

Best Korean BBQ ever tasted in the UK, lovely atmosphere

Nothing special. Went out for lunch with my friends. The food tasted alright (ordinary Asian taste), but I really like Gimmari. Now…The service is a bit upsetting. They use a button buzzer system where they will interact with you when you press the call button. Firstly, I asked for extra ice but they left me on read for ten minutes so I had to remind them. Secondly, the restaurant doesn’t have a very pleasant scent. Lastly, the atmosphere is a bit too loud because they were unloading stuffs.

Today, I took my friends to this Atto Korean restaurant, located near Guildford Boots, the taste is very good, the service is very good, and the value is very good! We ordered: BBQ set platter： Super rich, strong recommend La Galbi Gimchi Jjigae: The soup was rich, the kimchi was authentic, and it was served with rice. tteok Bokki: The rice cake is soft and waxy. It also has noodles and eggs, and cheese! Very recommend! Banban chicken: We want to eat fried chicken, the staff recommended this fried chicken, half of it is original, generally sweet and spicy, there is a thick Korean spicy sauce package, really crispy and delicious, very large portion, worth it! They have a lot of different flavors of Soju, we ordered the original flavor, and Soju goes great with BBQ!I heard that their has a new hotpot recently, strong recommend every one to try it. The young manager was also very nice, asking us if we were delicious, very polite! In general, it is very authentic, the restaurant atmosphere is good, about 20 per person, and the meal is very satisfied.

I have been to atto Korean restaurant several times with my friends. The environment is very clean and the service staff is very nice. The menu is in Korean and English, and the descriptions of the actual items are clear. We ordered Beef La Galbi and pork belly, the La Galbi marinate is good, should be their signature dish, and we cut pork belly cut into small pieces with scissors, grilled for a while not much fat. Especially recommend their Jjajang Myeon, a little sweet taste, my friends and I finished the rest of the sauce with bibimbap. The overall price is not expensive, highly recommend Guildford's friends to try! It's in town center, down the alley from pret's coffee shop.

I just recieved food from atto through Ubereats. I ordered fried chicken noodles,fried chicke mandoo was expecting a decent taste from here. So disappointed, the chicken is uncooked, and for the side fried chicke mandoo , there was some sauce, which literally taste and smell odd. I am very much disappointed honestly, please make sure to follow food & safety. Giving uncooked meat, bad sauce doesnt stand great. I spent 16.80 could have got better dinner, instead spent for worst dinner night. Sorry to give bad review, but i am deeply disappointed. Thanks

The atmosphere at Atto was lovely - we went for a late lunch, so the restaurant was pretty quiet. Service was very speedy, and very friendly. We were served by Lynn who was brilliant - quick to bring us anything we needed. The food was good, and the portions were generous - can 100% recommend the TangSuYuk chicken, which was delicious and crispy.

Food is good as always. However the service is really great. We politely asked to turn down the music as we met up with grandparents. The gentleman is really understandable and helped us. We also took some time to order as this was their first time at Korean restuarant. We all had a wonderful time there. 👍👍👍

We had the taster bbq set. It was delicious. Lots of meat and tasty sauces to go with it. Our first experience of Korean bbq and we really enjoyed it. Very reasonable prices. We will go back.

Great food and great concept for the unlimited BBQ. A little frustrated you cannot really chose the side dishes. Also only a little cup of kimchi was given and no other pickle dish. Unfortunately not ideal to make the lettuce wrap as not the full set was given (no spring onions, no garlic ect...) Meat was overall excellent and staff was helpful and kind.

A lovely Korean bbq place in Guildford. The food is good value, the service is a little questionable at times but overall great quality meat/fish compared to other places I’ve had Korean bbq. Love being able to take it at your own pace and cook things as and when you want. A huge array of sides and sauces included. We went for the bbq taster set along with the king prawns. Was wonderful.

⭐️ Galbi Tang Medium £12.5 A bit bland. The beef is well prepared but not too tough. ⭐️ Spicy Squid £12.5 It's really a little spicy. If you don't eat spicy food, it won't be good. ⭐️ JJaJang MYEON £12.9 The taste is a little bit off, but it’s still okay.

A great dinner spot! Lynn was super helpful & lovely, the playlist was great fun & the food was exactly what you want. As a veggie, I can only say that the BBQ smelled great - but all the vegetarian classics you’d expect were on offer and hit the spot. Them dumplings rocked - thanks guys!

As a party of 8 we ordered the unlimited BBQ each, the amount of food was absolutely fantastic, being provided with LA Galbi, rib fingers, pork shoulder, pork belly and chicken there was plenty of variety and these were only the meats, the unlimited course also provided japchae, dakgangjung, mandoo & rice. There are certain rules to ensure that food wastage does not occur which is very fair, but you'd have to speed run through to get more meat in the allotted 90 minutes given for such a large party. All of the food provided was delicious, and I can't fault the team or the food, everyone was super friendly and accommodating for the palate of some of our table. The only slight disappointment from one of the members of the table, was that as a fan of korean music, all of the music being played was standard western affair.

The food was absolutely delicious! The menu has a variety of options, our favourites were Yangneom Chicken, LA Galbi BBQ, Japchae Beef and Seafood Pajeon which were all just amazing. Not only is the restaurants food impressive but also the welcoming service from the staff. We were served by Lynn and Patrick, both so attentive and friendly which really made our entire dining experience feel special. Will definitely be back!!

First time trying Korean BBQ. Really lovely experience - the unlimited set menu was perfect for trying some of all the headline starters and meats. Lynn was an amazing welcoming host, guiding us through the experience and giving us confidence in our order. Would highly recommend if you’ve never tried Korean BBQ before and want a friendly experience.

Food was worst went for korean cuisine but felt like Indian cuisine. And kimchi fried rice when i tested I felt like i was having a fried rice made in ghee lol.

Well…Great atmosphere, friendly staff and quick food service. I visited this Korean restaurant for my 16 birthday. As a huge Korean fan, this restaurant provides great variety of Korean food and a must try Korean dish like tteok bokki, Jjajang myeon and kimchi fried rice. However, I think the food is a bit overpriced (BBQ set is too expensive!!!) and the taste didn’t quite meet my satisfaction. Overall, this is not one of the best Korean restaurants I’ve been to. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great service, possibly the best I've had! The interior of the restaurant is very modern, clean and well laid out. The food was incredible, really delicious sauce and the meat just melt in the mouth. It cost me and my partner £46 for 2 mains a side and two drinks, the drinks are a bit overpriced at £3.90 each for a can but other than that a great experience

We chose the unlimited bbq for 90 minutes deal for £29.99 each. This came with starters as well as various meats & side dishes. The food was good quality & quantity and a lot for 2 people, we had food left over to take home. Made aware of allergies and the staff explained which foods to avoid which was good.

Absolutely outstanding experience. The food was delivered in a great condition, still hot, absolutely delicious. Both vegan and non vegan options are like godsend for me and my partner. We will most definitely be returning customers, thank you!

Food was not bad but not amazing, service was a bit slow and it was very hot and a bit crammed.

Bring your own lettuce, Had unlimited barbecue for 4. Cost £130+. Shocked to find that lettuce are not included as part of the deal. After you finished the initial not very generous plate of lettuce, they charge an insane amount for extra. (at 10x the price of a lettuce from Tesco) this alone is a one point deduction, if its not for excellent customer service from Lynn. This would only be a 3-Star review.

I never had BBQ with parchment paper; the meat didn't get smoky because of that, and KBBQ came with many side dishes, which I had to ask them about, and it was not free! I do not recommend it.

Just went there with family and friends. Nice food with plenty of choices, excellent service and good atmosphere. Will definitely come back again.

This was a great experience to add to our life list. The staff were great, location was really nice, clean and tidy restaurant. The only let-down was the quality of the meat. I guess thats what you get in the UK these days though so not entirely annoyed, we just know for next time to go to Korea for authenticity.

Really impressed and we often go to Korean restaurants in New Malden. Here it felt casual however clean and comfortable with attentive customer service. Recommend the the Dakgangjung for fried chicken cravings, will come here again. Biggest tender short ribs in the beef rib soup, felt clean without MSG. Thanks for the great meal 감사합니다

Oh my goodness. This was Amazing. Food was incredibly good. Yum.

We were seated upstairs which had no atmosphere - characterless. We ordered the unlimited and were immediately told about things like the salad and condiments which were not unlimited. Salad would be £6 for a refill - omg. We wanted unlimited for 4 but not for our fifth as they simply would not eat that food and were ordering their own individual dish. The warnings are numerous and quite strong for your average punter anyway but staff were really not keen to let us order unlimited only for the 4 but relented, with more warnings, in the end. We did not have any additional meat at all. The only additional we ordered was 1 plate of noodles. The beef was chewy and run through with sinew. Nothing was particularly delicious. We were so disappointed. The grease proof paper on the grill means it is not actually a barbecue. You call staff with a button - useful- but they never came to check how things were. We spent nearly £200 for the 5 of us which galled. We have had so much better in Chinatown. We just wouldn’t be willing to go back. The suspicious attitude (as I said, we didn’t have even more meat and our 5th person wasn’t interested in the bbq in the slightest) poor quality, service and general experience in every way, was not nice. It left what had been planned to be a treat as a disappointment.

Really nice kbbq. The service was really nice and it's SO HANDY having a bell to call for them so you don't have to do awkward hand waving. We ordered way too much food, so we did end up spending a lot, but it was soooo good. I took half of it home and had it next day (which they let you do for normal food but obviously not if you order the buffet)! We ordered the taster set for 2 and we probably only needed to order that and rice and we'd have been sorted!

It’s our first time here and we had a great experience. Not too extravagant and not too bad but above average. The food is great as we took the unlimited bbq around £30 each. The food is served fresh, they are all great. I just really wish we can select from the initial meat to lessen the waste since we prefer beef and no other meat. Because on the initial serving, they will serve all types of meat. Lin and team are very happy to answer all our queries and able to give us excellent service. Great job! We will definitely be back again.

I had a bad experience and order today, i was contacted and offered a replacement order of items which i could choose and was offered much more than i originally ordered also!. I love atto food and the fact they called me up after finding out i had waited 2 hours for my order and the food coming stone cold was very kind of them. After the bad experience i wasn’t going to order again but after them actually taking the time to contact me and sort the issue i most definitely will order with them again as they clearly care. They explained they where extremely busy before which i understand and apologised and tried to make it right which most restaurants do not do. Can’t complain at all! A mistake was made and they did everything to fix it! The food came really hot and tasted amazing as all atto food does! They gave me triple what i asked for and was enough to feed a army! My children sat and enjoyed it all with me, thank you!x I also apologise for the phonecalls not answered beforehand i was sorting my little ones, and the first time i picked up i didnt hear anyone the other end (think the signal dropped) so i recalled I apologise I wasn’t being rude x

I had lunch on Monday. I tried the corn dog with fries offer. Really tasty and great price. I could see people having the bbq and I will def try that next time. All members of stuff were nice but specially Lynn was super friendly and willing to answer any questions from the menu and to anticipate my needs (as in ketchup for my fries haha. Lovely place. I am really impressed because, to be honest, I did not expect such nice service and customer-oriented approach. The menu is well composed, tasty dishes, efficiently prepared and quite large portions. If someone is there for the first time, while waiting for the order, they can watch short films about Korean cuisine on two large screens. I rate the entire place 11/10 and I will definitely taste Korean cuisine again. Special thanks to Alicia 🙏🫶🌷 for helping me choose the dishes and for a nice conversation and professional service that made me feel at home. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Mathew

I’d call Atoo a small hidden gem in Guildford. I’ve been here twice now but suspect won’t be the last time. The latest visit was to try their bbq option. I was not disappointed. Went for the 1st option on the set menu. Good size portion with a good range of different meats. The sauces, which as I found out are replenished upon request, are a great addition to the offering. Also went for the squid as a starter and it did not disappoint. Service was good, attentive and caring. All in all, a really pleasant evening and left happy.

Great night and experience for all. Definitely recommend for friends and family. For people who never tried Asian food it would be at the top of my recommendation list.
