Visited here whilst passing through Tenterden. The service was little slow, but attentative. Good freshly juiced drinks and excellent coffee. Our bacon sandwiches were also of very good quality. Would revisit if passing through Tenterden

You'd think we'd be tired of this wonderful high street gem by now after regular visits for breakfast, lunch or just drinks (with or without the delicious Guinness cake!) but after a superb lunch on Monday this week, we returned for a fantastic breakfast this morning. The biggest compliment I can afford to the Pantry breakfast is that it is always like I'm having it for the first time; today, for instance, the bacon,in particular, looked and tasted amazing. Despite often being extremely busy, the service is superb and in a town overflowing with decent competition, Amy and her team remain la creme de la creme in Tenterden

Popped in on an impulse on a long distance cycle and needing good food. Could not have found anywhere better. Fabulous quiche and excellent coffee

We are shortly to move to the area, so wanted to try some local food establishments to scope it out! This place is very very close to the house we are buying some this will be our closest place to dine so I rrreeallly wanted it to be good! And it was! The place was bubbling with people dining and enjoying themselves both inside and out! Tbh - we took food away as we were famished from house viewings and rushing between them but the service was super friendly, the produce seemed fresh.. We will be sure to return soooon!!

I had a salmon open sandwich and my partner had an avocado and goat's cheese bagel. Both were really delicious. The lady who took our order and the waitstaff who brought our food and coffees were all very friendly — they clearly love their jobs! It was a real pleasure to have lunch at Amy's, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Tenterden.

Absolutely brilliant. Staff couldn’t be nicer, food absolutely delicious and fresh! The portions were perfect and the flavours to die for. This really is an absolute gem, the staff should be so proud, nothing i would change!

Stumbled across this little cafe when visiting friends and I’m so glad we did. The food was amazing. I had the avocado on toast with eggs, my friends had the granola and full English. We could see how busy it was but the staff were so lovely and all had a smile on their faces. We loved it so much we went back in the afternoon for coffees and cake. They are also dog friendly and gave the dogs some treats.

Second and last visit. Both times I've gone alone and looked around for a nice seat and both times Ive been jostled onto a small drafty table by the door. Stressed unhelpful staff. Food OK. But not a relaxed environment.

What a lovely place with staff that went above and beyond to help our group of eight get seated together. So glad we managed to get in and seated as the food was lovely and the staff couldn't do more for us. Was recommended by a lady in a local shop and we could see why. - Thank you

Amazing, local and delicious Just such a perfect spot for a coffee and fantastic food. Really lovely vibe, they were busy but the service was excellent and I was so impressed by how quickly and smoothly everything ran. Great decor and cannot get over how INCREDIBLE the ploughman’s was, highly recommend!

Popped in for breakfast whilst my parents were nearby at Chapeldown for a wine tour. We were so impressed. We were sat really quickly, menu really extensive. We both had the pantry breakfast, absolutely huge portions! Everything cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. I had a vanilla coffee which, again, really delicious. My boyfriend had a cucumber juice which was lovely. Every member of staff working so hard but still smiley and approachable. We would most definitely return.

I had the breakfast and earl grey, tea was great and breakfast was really tasty, only criticism was that the toast was rock solid. Will definitely go back minus the toast.

We enjoyed a delicious brunch with efficient service. Short wait for a table and breakfast. The coffee was great and granola irresistible. The selection of cakes is excellent.

This is clearly quite a popular place - it was busy when we visited mid-afternoon on a week day. Staff were reasonably friendly. Tea was ok but the coffee was poor - watery and not pleasant. If you want coffee then any of the big multiples have a better product. The scones in the cream tea were excellent - large and they tasted freshly baked. However the portions of cream and jam were miserly. If you want a cream tea you will need to order extra cream and jam.

I had to charge the car so thought I’d make the most of my time exploring Tenterden and having a little brunch. This spot was a great find. I had the full English and it was beautiful - perfect granary toast, beans seemed home made even, poachies were perfection. I’d definitely return if in the area again!

One of the best fry ups I have ever had. Food was delicious. Coffee was lovely. Cafe was relaxed, comfortable and a nice place to be!

As usual the food was excellent. We knew the service is always slow but waiting 35 minutes for a ploughman’s lunch was excessive. The café was about 75% full with two chefs, 3 waiting staff and one person washing up. The problem is clearly bad management. We’ll run establishments settle customers with a drink quickly to keep them there. This never happens here.

Nicely located pantry with nearby parking. The staff are professional, organised and welcoming. The decor is quirky/fun. I enjoyed a large decaf accompanied by the granola breakfast which was good value at under £7. Fresh fruit with yogurt combined with homemade, WARM granola! I thoroughly recommend.

Met up with a friend to have a good natter. We were there some time and were never pressured to leave. Everything there is perfect. My favourite lunch venue.

I visit Amy’s Pantry regularly and am always impressed how friendly they are to all ages and also dogs. It is always busy but the staff are diligent and the food very tasty.

Dog Friendly. Good food, good service. Lovely setting. I had the quiche which I highly recommend and my partner had the halloumi salad which was also lovely. Cappuccino was also spot on! Lovely little cafe.

We recently visited there twice over the Xmas period for lunch with our two dogs. The service was great on both visits and the food and Cappuccinos were lovely. I had the chicken Caesar salad on both occasions and i asked for slightly less Caesar...

This is a really good place for lunch. The staff were really friendly and the food was amazing. I love looking into the open plan kitchen and watch the chef at work. Extensive menu choice.

Very pleasant place to eat. Every meal i have had in there was high good. Homemade baked beans were not my favourite though.

I’ve visited Amy’s pantry 3 times and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is excellent - the chef is outstanding. The range of food is not too big (there is nothing worse than a massive menu!) and the food is modern and good quality ingredients....

Beautiful venue with efficient staff. There may be a wait due to popularity. The table etc is clean. The location is lovely, near the park and carpark. The cakes are fairly priced. The Guinness cake is utterly perfect!

We had a fabulous afternoon tea for two as part of my wife's birthday celebrations. The fillings in the sandwiches were both tasty and generous, the scone was delicious and as for the cakes.....!!!! Service as always was spot on

Our local tennis group had our quarterly coffee and cakes get together in this wonderful location in the high street and although it's a place I frequent regularly with my wife, it was very satisfying that Kayleigh and Amy handled our mature group's little quirks...

Great location near shops. Double-fronted cafe with outdoor seating too. Beautiful cafe with top-notch staff and outstanding, home-made cakes. The coffee was huge and the flapjack and guiness cake were delicious!

We had an extremely good lunch today at Amy's Pantry. The extremely friendly staff were helpful and efficient. There was a good choice on the menu (I can certainly recommend the sausage roll). My wife is Gluten Free but this did not cause any problems....

Food took forever to arrive so called to chase - staff rude. Food finally arrived cold.

Food arrived stone cold - delivery took well over an hour.

If you want really bad food and poor service then these guys win that game cold pizza chips already been opened burger taste like ruber my advice would be to amys pizza learn how to bring out better food stay welllll CLEAR

Delivery almost 1 hour late and still waiting. No apology when I called...

I have a love/hate relationship with Amys Pizza. Whilst the pizza is one of the best I have had, the customer service is appauling. EVERYTIME we have ordered from here, there has been something wrong with our order - either items missing or the driver going to a wrong address, leaving us waiting for our food for well over an hour and it arriving stone cold. Take caution over promotions too if ordered through Just Eat - they do not honour them. After my last order missing items and promotional offer of free pizza not being honoured, I have vowed never to go here again.

The food arrived after 1 1/2 hours ( it's a five/ten min drive). Arrived cold and rubbish. Could even get an excuse/ apology. Dips and sides were crushed and cold.

Just had our order, wedges were hard, pizza flavourless and paying £2 for stuffed crust with nothing stuffed in it is massively annoying! Normally love the food from here but will be thinking twice before ordering again now

The last three occasions the delivery has taken over an hour with the pizza quality no where near has good as it once was. I will not be using them again. I just spoke with them 70 minutes after ordering to be told it had not even left them yet, disgusting service I cannot recommend them.

Just not good pizza. Little to no favour. Selling fanta but giving tango. I paid for fanta. Paid for some sauces nothing delivered. Also took 1 hr to deliver on a Monday night 4 miles away ?

Advertised free pizza when you spend over £20, however on delivery no free pizza. Have to say though as this my have been a one off as have ordered before and received a free pizza.

When the takeaway 1st arrived from the polite driver in the suave sunglasses it was all hunkey dorey. But as i unpacked the elite football pizzas I was horrified to discover a small wrap was nowhere to be seen. After fondling all foods to find the hiding wrap I begun to doubt myself and checked my order. There 2nd from bottom on the order the wrap was written. I took back to my treasure hunt. Looking under the sofa and in the biscuit tin. But it began to sink in that the glourious wrap was not delivered. A swift call to just eat and the wrap was on the way. The beautiful man in the suave sunglasses reappeared at my door, wrap in hand. His cheeky smile and a suspect wink behind the tinted glasses put my mind at rest. The wrap was where it belonged. Love you guys.

Delicious food and arrives hot, much better than Domino's located only two minutes away.

The person we spoke to was SO rude. SO rude. The food was pretty decent, but the customer service was so outrageously terrible I would never order from here again. The delivery also said it would take 20-30 minutes (soon as possible option) but it took over an hour. However, rather than apologies, all we received was absolute rudeness and abrupt unhelpful responses - if i could have cancelled, I would have at this point.

The pizza wraps and spicy chips are amazing! I didnt like the spring rolls, but i suppose thats a matter of taste. And delivery driver was really friendly.

Ordered food at 19:21. Had to phone up at 21:21 to be told my order had been forgotten Normally we have no issues ordering from this takeaway when we do it direct. Food is always prompt, hot and very good. Is the issue with just eat? Not impressed now have to wait an additional 30mins for them to make my order and deliver

2 bottles of fanta, 1 can of fanta l,1 pasta and a toasted sandwhich all missing!!! My partner also phoned to check before we ordered that everything was available on the menu as in the past this place accepted the order and didn't have any pasta available instead with out phoning to let us know sent chips with the pasta sauce on instead! When we recieved our food and phone to tell him the pasta was missing he said he ran out but wasn't gonna say or refund us for it!! All the other pastas were with the wrong sauces too. The pizza had virtually no toppings and was really greesy. When I called to speak to the man to tell him how many items were missing he was rude,spoke over me and already knew the items were missing but wasn't gonna do anything about it! It took over an hour and a half to come!

We ordered two pizzas and some burgers, chicken wings and chips. Chips could be more fried and two pizzas were different than we ordered. But tasted nice as well.

Don't believe the delivery time because it always takes longer. But nice food

Delivery took a little over an hour (compared to the 45 minutes estimated) but we were in no rush and it was Friday night which I expect to be a time of high demand. Pizza and sides were excellent quality and the deals meant the value was outstanding. Worked out about £6 per person.

Pizza took ages to arrive but came with a free one to make up. But left us all with poorly bellies.

Good quality pizza, delivered within 45 minutes. Ask for extra sauce as it can be a bit dry. The bases are very doughy, which tends to be a bit chewy.

Poor delivery turnaround, original time slipped significantly and when we chased for an update we were asked to provide the driver with details of location. At no point was there a sorry and the lack of empathy would prevent us from recommending. We like the food but the service/delivery must be improved.

Placed an order Friday night- wanting it Friday night. To then see restaurant closed, and food would be delivered Saturday night 5:30. I rang immediately, no answer and no message service. I rang again sat morning-no one there. I then ring Saturday afternoon, to be courteous and apologise, and explain that I had indeed wanted previous night so kindly cancel order. What I get in return, is a rude man, who spoke over me, shouted at me, and tried telling me that he had spoken to a man on my phone earlier, he would not listen when I tried explaining I haven't seen any man or even my husband since the morning so doubt he had on my mobile phone. A rude, ignorant man who quite frankly should learn to speak better. And certainly needs to be taught what customer service actually means. Sack him- cause you've just lost a lot of customers! Disgraceful

Delivery was 45 minutes later than we were told - 1 hour and 15 minutes all together. We had ordered bottle of coke but it wasn't delivered. Pizzas were good.

Generally very good pizza and sides. Sometimes find the bases too doughy, but thats personal choice. The plain cheese and tomato pizza is ace!

This is my 2nd order in 3 weeks. The 1st order took 75 minutes to arrive. The delivery man apologised so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time took 95 mins. Called the shop and the lady on the phone was very rude as if it always my fault. No apology this time. My advice is: get a dominos.

Not only is it the only pizza place on just eat for our area, it's the best. We've stopped ordering from places closer

I have been a customer of Amy's for a few months now and Dominos pizza opened a shop in Shedford so have them ago but didn't like their pizza's so will be sticking to Amy's now.

Superb best service and food in the area

Extremely sparse pizza toppings and took over 40 minutes to arrive even though I only less than live 10 minutes away. The cookie dough cheesecake was very tasty but the portion size for £2.95 was tiny.

Delicious pizza and the Southern Fried chicken was hot and fresh. This is by far the best pizza and chicken delivery in the Shefford area. Delivery was fast and the food arrived hot. Thank you
