The food was excellent and the menu interesting. We were very well served by Sebi our waiter, who was helpful and very professional.

We dined here during our staying at the hotel. The food is delicious and exceptionally well priced give the quality! Staff were exceptionally accommodating, even gifting us a card to celebrate our anniversary. Sebi was our waitor and he was fantastic. So friendly He brought us out a free desert to celebrate!!!! Thanks so much Sebi and the rest of the very friendly staff❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely dinner, with starters of arancini and squid, followed by mains of sea bream, beetroot risotto and their signature burger. Perfect portion sizes and very well cooked. Dessert of brownies and sticky toffee pudding. All highly recommended and excellent service from Cris and colleagues. The bar is equally lovely in a classical style

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. My wife and i went with our two sons, our oldest is autistic and our youngest has a severe learning disability. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but we were so well looked after and cared for. Eloise the manager made us feel welcome and appreciated, and took us to a table at the back where we could be at peace. We felt understood and relaxed, and all round brilliantly looked after. Eating out is not always easy for us a family and this is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Please forgive we can’t remember the names of the other staff working that night (March 24th) but everyone was brilliant. If you’re a family who wants to treat yourself to a nice meal they will look after you

Really tasty food (pasta, burgers, starters and sundaes) but the experience was made by the attentive and engaged staff (especially Amy) who even sorted out a tray of cucumber for my fussy eating daughter!

We got married here a few years ago and have been back a couple of times. Came back last night for dinner to finish off a voucher we had/rare night without the toddler or the dog! Quite empty but it was a Sunday night. Jessica was our waitress who was very capable. Burgers were very good. Relaxed vibes and nice to visit when we’re passing.

10/10. What a fabulous experience. Oksana really impressed us with her five star service. Attentive, friendly and professional. We loved how accommodating she was and I loved her attention to detail. Along with chef John, our eveing was made wonderful. The food was sublime. It honestly was. It was the icing on the cake for our stay, which we've absolutely loved too. We visited the 1705 restaurant during our stay for menu tasting for our upcoming wedding and dinner that evening. The food as always is delicious and the menu has such a good selection of choices. Our stay was also to celebrate my fiancés birthday and the 1705 restaurant staff and kitchen team went out of their way with really thoughtful touches that made the experience so special. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Eloise and Oksana for leading such a great team. They are so personable, have such attention to detail and we always feel very welcome.

Lovely and friendly staff completely overwhelmed with the work. 45 minutes to wait for drinks. We ordered leek and potato soup which at best was powdered pea soup. 2 mains were unavailable. Rest of the food was ok at best. Samiz was our waiter and he was very professional under difficult circumstances.

Great food, good wine and cocktail options and profesional and attentive service. Our waiter, Mohith Sharma was so friendly and gave us a great wine recommendation. I’d recommend this place any day of the week 😊

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and elegant but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority, especially Nina and Oksana thank you. The dishes were delicious, beautiful presentation and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Will definitely be back again.

Had a lovely evening with my wife in thr 1705 bar. Andor could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food came quickly and was superb, Andor also hooked me up with the truffle fries with my chicken burger at no extra cost which was a really nice touch. Would certainly be back again

Our friends were staying at the hotel overnight so we joined them for dinner. Once you navigated the massive expansive of the hotel (car parks are a walk from main reception/restaurant, the atmosphere and restaurant and bar were great. Me, my partner, my niece and nephew went to eat there. We chose due to nuggets for the youngest and we’ve never been happier! They were great! The food was brilliant and the staff were fab with the kids! Joking around with them, really making them comfortable even though they had been awake since 5am. Sarg was amazing with them, joking around pretending that he ate their deserts etc when the little one was getting grumpy!

The 1705 restaurant in the De Vere hotels restaurant is well worth trying if you’re staying. Excellent quality of food and we were especially well attended by the restaurant service team particularly Saj and Stefania. Thank you once again!

Generally the food was very good, my problem was with the choices. We went via Secret Escapes and therefore had a very restricted menu which did not change during our stay. The main course offering was one meat dish and one fish dish together with two veggie dishes (plus a steak if you wanted to pay extra). That's fine if you are there for one or two nights but any longer becomes difficult. I suggest either a meal of the day in addition to the menu choices. or making the restriction a financial one by saying you have an allowance of, say, £25.00 to put against any choice from the main a la carte menu.

I must mention tonight’s amazing and attentive bar service from Pablo this evening! He works so hard and is straight into the service!! One of the best barman that this bar has! Highly recommended!

We were pleased with every aspect of our experience at the 1705 Restaurant last night. Wonderful food with great choice (I am vegetarian, my husband is not), the surroundings are cosy and stylish in the candlight, and the service was that perfect combination of attentiveness and warmthwithout being intrusive. Our waitress Oksana deserves commendation in particular.

Myself and my colleagues had a late lunch, pepperoni pizza, fries and two burgers, pizza wasnt fresh, it seems that it was frozen and nor freshly made,salami was used instead of pepperoni as had strong salty taste, the burgers and fries were delicious. I had a pint of Japanese "Asahi" beer, yummy, highly recommend it.

Very Beautiful, Romantic hotel. Perfect getaway for a family. The 1705 restaurant and bar is very lively. The Head Barman Bogdan, the tall handsome young man was very helpful , he is very quick with serving the guests and we were very glad with his satisfaction check. He recommended the chicken and I must say, “You must have the Peri Peri chicken” , it comes with Hand cut chips and salad and the peri peri sauce is delicious. We enjoyed every moment. My partner rang before time to book this dinner. When we got there they laid out confetti on the table. The menu had good options veg, fish, meat. All were really tasty. We did have any room left for dessert. The Saj the manager brought this amazing birthday surprise with miniature sponge cake, cheesecake and carrot. It was a lovely surprise. The decor has been done really lovely, which is what draw us to book our night away and eat here but it's really style over substance. The service was polite but you can tell most of them don't want to be there. We had to ask a number of times before we got any water for the table, my main meal was wrong and it took forever for our plates to be cleared- so nothing appalling, just really lacking. The steak, which was supposed to be medium rare was meduim- well done, the sauce (which is £2 extra!!!!) comes in the tiniestest of pots, the burger was dry and the veg beans and broccoli I ordered was missing the broccoli. The desserts were fine and the wine was nice (Cabernet Shiraz). The main complaint I have is that the menu is really boring. The starters give the impression that the rest of the menu is going to be creative, delicious and exciting but it's anything but. Think wetherspoons. Overall very disappointed (and was very cold!) and won't be returning to the restaurant or hotel.

Had a long day of traveling and enjoying what Legoland has to offer. Booked into the Hotel which had a lovely Bar and Restaurant, we decided on the bar for a meal before getting some well earned rest. I must say the food was very very good but the service throughout was second to none. From the bar staff, maître d and then the table service who excelled, I believe his name was Sajmir. I cannot wait to return and would recommend to anyone.

Booked a table online, via their website, for 9.30, and arrived at 9.35 due to the very long walk from our hotel room to the restaurant via a maze of confusing corridors. Rudely asked what we were waiting for by a member of staff and I explained we had a table booked to which she refused saying we close at 9:30. Showed my proof of booking email and she stormed off saying no way. Had to wait for a manager to ask again, explaining why they would have 9.30 tables available if they close at 9.30 but didn’t really get a response. Another interaction with a different waiter taking our order was also rude, especially when stating one of us was vegan and had a nut allergy. No apology for the poor service and food took ages to arrive too!

From the moment my family and I stepped foot in the 1705 Bar & Restaurant, we had a very warm welcome. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was to die for! The presentation was perfect and the taste was even better.. if that's even possible! I would highly recommend this restaurant - the atmosphere, the staff and the food was on point and my family and I had a very enjoyable evening. I would like to say a special thank you to the Head Chef, Sonakshi who made this evening so perfect. You're an amazing chef and we'll definitely be back!!

We have dined ala carte in the main restaurant before the refit of this area of the Hotel, and the difference is outstanding, The food was excellent the wine was nectar, however, the GF menu was limited. The staff were very attentive and the cost was reasonable for a family of 4.Next time we stay we willbe going back..

Drinks at the bar were excellent and pleasantkly served but with each element price seperately, a G+T works out at £7. The restaurant food and service was excellent but watch out for some pricey starters.

Our evening meal was extremely good however breakfast less so.The food was over cooked and was congealing.It was difficult to manage the heavy lids covering the food when other people required access to food items alongside.

Not cheap but the food and service were excellent. I chose spaghetti Bolognese and it was the best I have ever eaten. Plenty of meat, not too much sauce and the spaghetti cooked perfectly. Sadly, the wine was very expensive. My waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive.

Because we were in a suite, we were allowed to eat our breakfast in the 1705 restaurant. There is the same, and better selection in the regular hotel restaurant - would recommend it for breakfast over the 1705 restaurant, although that one is more private if you're having a meeting.

We had the the most wonderful meal in this restaurant. From the moment we were greeted on entry by the manager Connor and shown to the table by his colleague Louise, we felt we were in for a treat. Nothing was too much trouble.Our waitress was the delightful Stefany who’s service and friendliness truly made the evening special. My wife, who is not normally a ‘pie person’ went for the chicken & leek pie which she said was the tastiest ever (which I can confirm by a sample she shared) and I had the best Piri Piri chicken ever. Thank you Connor, Louise and Stefany for your warmth and service.

We had breakfast here each morning and the food was ok, the restaurant tried to make the breakfast seem a lot fancier than it was. The food came out quite quickly but was generally cold for my liking. The ingredients were of high quality which was such a shame. However, we did eat here 2 evenings and I can’t complain, the evening meals were hot and very tasty. The night we arrived we had a Malaysian curry (it could have had more chilli for my liking but understand it can’t be too spicy as it may have not been to other tastes) The last night we had the steak and it was very tasty.

Me and my partner stayed overnight at the hotel and had a meal in the 1705 restaurant was lovely I had the fish and he had the steak was a bit pricey but was worth it!

We booked a table in advance and when turned up we were told “ I don’t understand why they are taking bookings from non residents”. The restaurant manager was extremely rude and kept on waving a piece of paper in front of our eyes saying he had no space for us and we are fifth in the queue and table will be ready in 45mins. We explained we live in Windsor and are not the hotel guests and we will not be waiting 45 mins and we need him to do something about it but he just became even more rude so we decided to speak to the duty manager instead. She seemed much more professional but again we were told to wait just like everyone else. We asked for whiskey sour at the bar and the barman bluntly said he doesn’t know what it is... when asked for a glass of prosecco we were shocked to be served luke warm, fizz free yellow water. When said to the barman that I will not drink it as it doesn’t have a single bubble and it’s room temperature he just said this is perfectly fine and he only just opened the bottle...We were absolutely shocked by the service we received so far but decided to wait as we read great things about the food. We were finally seated an hour after our reservation time and had to wait another 25 mins to receive water and bread we asked for. We were so hungry and fed up we just left. I really don’t understand how such lovely place with such great potential employs such unprofessional and clearly unexprevienced staff who have no idea about hospitality business. The place itself looks absolutely stunning but it’s massively let down by the people who work there. We are always on the lookout for new bars and restaurant in Windsor and it’s such a shame this place was such disappointment, we will definitely not go back and will not recommend it to anyone.

We ate breakfast and evening meal for 2 nights in the 1705 restaurant. Every meal we had was cooked to perfection. We had steaks one night with peppercorn sauce delicious, I had risotto another night again cooked perfect and my husband had a stacked burger. Breakfast had good choices, I had Egg Florentine one morning which again was superb. I wasn't over keen on the jugs of fruit juices in a sink full of ice along with yogurts, but that probably is me being a little touchy, it just felt like they had all been plonked in a big sink and you had to fish out the juice and yogurt from melting ice that did put me off a little. Both mornings there was, a big shortage of cups for coffee and tea at the self service machine on the 2nd morning my husband and I had our hot drinks in paper cups not good when you are dining for breakfast in the actual dining room. Do reserve your table for evening meals but make sure they log it onto the computer as we reserved our table in the morning then went out for the day that evening we went to the dining room but they had no trace of our reservation, it was very busy but the staff were very sweet and did manage to find us a table. Excellent food nice surroundings with relaxing background music but buy a table top fridge for fruit juice and yogurts.

Dinner was very nice. Menu had brilliant choices for adults as well as children. Very attentive staff.

We ate in the restaurant one night , i had calamari and seafood linguine and my friend had chorizo and fish fishcakes then spaghetti Bolognese both our meals were very tasty and hot not your average hotel food so much better than expected . Drinks expensive though

Visited the restaurant twice during stay at the hotel, once for dinner and again for breakfast. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were attentive without being obtrusive and the food was exceptional. Slightly pricey but worth it for the quality. Our waitress Oksana was lovely and professional and when she found out it was my partners birthday brought out his dessert with a candle and another waitress Monique sang Happy birthday (beautiful voice!). Breakfast was lovely again, so much choice and pancakes to die for. Overall a perfect visit, definitely visiting again!

We have stayed at the White House a few times and although the suites are amazing, the buffet restaurant let it down. However last night we dined at the new restaurant 1705 and omg it was AMAZING. The food was fabulous, the decor is classy, we were looked after by Paul, the Manager and he was so lovely! He helped us with our meal choices, he was funny, knowledgeable about the hotel and overall our experience was just exceptional. We will definitely be back to dine here again as we are not very far from Windsor. They have a lovely 'private' section where I have decided to book to have dinner for my Birthday. Staying at the DeVere “WhiteHouse” Hotel, not that impressed with the Suite we staying in, let down for the hotel, but the 1705 Restaurant is very good and well worth the visit, had breakfast there today and the food was first class, great choice and such friendly staff, a great find! After trip in to Windsor came back here for drink and ended up having lunch, which again was great! About to go for evening meal, hoping for same level of service, just a shame rest of hotel not as good as the 1705!

Have reviewed the hotel, but felt the need to review the restaurant as it was really good. The Bar and Restaurant is designed beautifully. Service was very good, had the Prawn risotto which was very tasty. Had Breakfast the following morning which was again very good. Hot plated Breakfast was a real treat.

Food was our of this world and service is outstanding I had the risotto and my partner had the fish and chips best food we have had for a long time.

This was part of our package. Had to wait a very long time for our meal and when it came it wasn’t that hot. As it was part of the package we had a restricted menu so not that much of a choice. It was very noisy in there but I think that was because there was a large party and they had all had a lot to drink but it did spoilt it for us.

This restaurant is in the beaumont house conference center in Old Windsor. Plenty of parking and a spacious restaurant. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I was here as I had a party and dined with my cousin who were staying. All my nephew and nieces also liked so the restuarant appealed to all ages. They even put their mobiles down !

Our family of 5 ate dinner and breakfast here during our two night stay at Beaumont and thought 1705 was excellent.The decor is really fantastic - it’s a classy restaurant whilst also being inviting and relaxed.
