The best restaurants serving Turkish food in City of London, Westminster London

Aside from the very personable staff the lamb kabobs were absolutely the best I have had. Telling the staff - this was the best meal I have had in London was no lie. Wish I could bring the restaurant back to the states. The meal was so good we actually ordered a second meal to take on the airplane. Thank you!!

Vaya. Pasamos después de varios bares y cogimos un sándwich berlinés. Fue tan sabroso. El pan estaba crujiente por fuera y un poco masticado por dentro. Era una combinación perfecta de pollo, verduras y salsa. La noche siguiente fuimos a un lugar de mariscos de lujo a la vuelta de la esquina. El aperitivo era tan soso que nos fuimos y volvimos aquí por más.

Our Favourite Restaurant Diyarbakir Sofrasi at 458 Edgware Rd, London W2 1EJ After a long break since COVID, I recently revisited a favourite local restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The new Head Chef, Mr. Riza, Manager Ms. Eva, and Head Baker Ms. Fidan form an exceptional team, whom I call the "Three Musketeers," for their honesty, sincerity, and warmth. As a vegetarian two days a week, I ordered lentil soup, and the staff thoughtfully informed me it might contain chicken stock. Chef Riza clarified it was only a chicken cube used for seasoning, which I appreciated for their transparency. This predominantly Turkish restaurant offers a fine-dining twist with Levantine influences, making each dish irresistible. Chef Riza’s mastery of the open pit grill, working with various kebabs and grilled dishes, feels like watching a kitchen soap opera unfold. Similarly, watching Ms. Fidan expertly bake bread in the oven is like witnessing an orchestra in motion. Both create an experience that feels like theatre, without the need for a ticket. The staff is highly trained, maintaining excellent service and efficiency. I now frequent the restaurant more often, eager to try their non-vegetarian dishes as well. We had seen this restaurant open and went the first time last night…..shouldn't have left it so long…..a warm welcome from the staff. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, fresh and tasty. There are large portions as well as smaller ones that can be ordered. They also do sharing plates that look delicious. Nice to have a salad with a dressing. A lovely couple of hours spent. Very good value for money.

Reserve este restaurante para el 50 cumpleaños de mi esposa para 18 amigos y familiares, Llamé con 10 días de antelación y hablé con una señora maravillosa llamada Elina, ella fue muy útil para ayudarme a organizar esta noche especial y me explicó todo lo que necesitaba saber por teléfono. Entró a pagar un depósito y habló con Stella y ella vas también muy educado y profesional. Llegué en el día y el restaurante estaba muy ocupado y se las arreglaron para conseguir sentarnos y comida a nuestra mesa lo antes posible. Diría que la comida era buena, el entretenimiento era excelente y el servicio era brillante. No estaba seguro de reservar este restaurante a partir de la lectura de algunas de las críticas, sin embargo, sin duda recomendaría este lugar para esa noche especial! El aparcamiento está disponible detrás del restaurante y es gratuito después de las 6. ¡30 pm también!

Pasé por la noche con mi pareja después de ver un espectáculo en el Teatro Victoria. Se mean cerrando cuando llegamos, pero amablemente nos hizo algo de comida deliciosa. Mi doner era fácilmente uno de los comensales más grandes llenos de carne que he visto. delicioso, y a mi pareja le gustó su comida también! Ideal para saciar un bocado en Londres

My friend and I were in London for just 1 day. It was raining and we decided to find somewhere to eat. I'm so pleased that we found the warm and welcoming ambience of Sofra Oxford St branch. What a positive, elegant space with attentive and polite staff, delicious food and gracious owner Dr Huseyin Ozer who took the time to say hello. I can certainly reccomend and will be returning again soon!

Best wings I have had in London. Tried the snake in a basket. Loverly wings. WARNING. The viper isn't for the faint hearted. Another person on my tabe had the K-Town burger cheesy buffalo fries and loved it. Will be coming back to try the other flavors.

I got the lamb platter. The lamb was freshly cut and very tasty. Salad was good. Owner is a super nice guy.

La claque ! Un restaurant en plein cœur de Soho, dans lequel on découvre une ambiance feutrée et une équipe au top. Un chef au milieu de la salle avec un four à bois qui cuisine devant vous. Un lieu surprenant pour goûter la cuisine turque ! Un mélange de saveurs osées et délicieuses ! Géniallissime, original, excellent, le bémol, un peu cher...

I really loved this restaurant! Its food was amazing and his owner was very kind with us. We didn’t spend so much money and we got a great dinner.

Authentic,delicious ,made with care … I could go on for quite a while… best food outside Istanbul .. please visit .. staff are friendly and the restaurant itself is set in the quiet corner of carnaby street .. outside covers is probably about 40 .. the restaurant is on a corner so it has two sides to sit outside

It was really awful. The service staff didn't take our order for at least 20 minutes. When prompted the waitress decided not to write our order down. 5 minutes later another waitress asked us to repeat our order. The wait for the food was fairly long, the drinks order which we were told was fine by the waitress who subsequently took our order was wrong. Then the food order was wrong. Then the attitude from those working there when we tried to raise it was pretty disgusting. Food is generally pretty good, the service staff just had an attitude of, I don't care and I don't care who knows it.
