BAD EXPERIENCE. As expected this wasn’t cheap as it was in Central London but for the price you expect a decent level of food and service. The food for 5 people came at different times - nit complicated stuff just burgers and wraps. They forgot the starter. The waiters were slow and not bothered. The food was no different to what you’d get in a East London kebab house. In the end they wanted a service of £11 which I refused. Terrible terrible terrible.

Zero customer service, first of all they are closing at 12o’clock they didn’t inform and then nobody came to take order, after we placed order within 5 min they come to us and inform they are going to close now so we just ordered Shisha which cost 50£ which we are not able to smok at least a half an hour and we asked for drink they didn’t back to us and said that they are closing in 5min. So over all experience was not so well. Really disappointed. After spending money there is no good customer service.

It was very tasty and fast brought to the table. I recommend the breakfast for two. :) Inside is very beautiful and oriental designed with air conditioning.

We ate here as a party of 4 at the end of May 2022. It was a Tuesday evening so not very busy. The staff were overall pleasant and helpful. I would have expected a bit more attentiveness, especially as it was not busy. The food was great and we enjoyed a couple of Mocktails with our dinner which were very nice. The mix grill platter was a really good choice! The Turkish tea and baklava desert were fantastic! I'd go back just for the desert! The bill came to £160 (including a 12.5% service charge added by the restaurant) which was a slightly above what I expected but in keeping with central London. Overall, we had a great evening with great food and I'd go back.

Expensive!!!! £16 for baclava and ice cream… 20% service charge for very average service from staff who don’t seem to care… 15 min to get the bill… in fairness food is nice… NICE NOT FABULOUS … but wine very nice and not expensive… £30 which is fine when a 500ml water is a tenner £10!!!

Food okay - shame about the service ! Had to wait & wait for someone to take our order … then had to wait whilst the table of 4 Turkish ladies that came in well after us were delivered all their meal … we had ordered cold and hot starters …. Then No one checked if it was okay … Then had to flag someone down to get our bill . They had the cheek to add 12.5% service . Got that removed . Would NOT go back

Have eaten here a couple of times during the last few months and both times the food and service have been great. The food is of good quality and is well prepared and presented. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is comfortable place in the middle of a bustling square where you can relax and enjoy your meal at a reasonable price.

I never write reviews but I was genuinely impressed with everything. Lavish settings, Food was amazing, Reasonably priced considering its based in the centre of Leicester Square. Service was great (thank you to general manager Indrit and waitress Lubjana). Me and my friends will most definitely return in the near future. 5 Star/Circle rating overall. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to this restaurants for my friend’s birthday and was served by Nicola. She was amazing to say the least and did so much to make sure our night was amazing . She went above and beyond any waiter I’ve seen and she made everyone feel so loved and welcome. I’m so happy for our visit and definitely recommend for other to come and try amazing Turkish cousine and cocktails. ~S

Arrived late yet was seated without any issues. The service was quite slow and the food was bland. It was however presented nicely. Would say overall it's overated and over priced for what you get.

The restaurant, although it has quite tasty food, has a totally wrong idea about portions. A 2 person £23 apetizer meaning a plate with 8 bite pieces, and an 1900 kcal pide being 5 slices that can barely provide for a person. The prices are way too high even for Leicester square. The only thing that I would recommend is not going there at all.
