La claque ! Un restaurant en plein cœur de Soho, dans lequel on découvre une ambiance feutrée et une équipe au top. Un chef au milieu de la salle avec un four à bois qui cuisine devant vous. Un lieu surprenant pour goûter la cuisine turque ! Un mélange de saveurs osées et délicieuses ! Géniallissime, original, excellent, le bémol, un peu cher...

Cenamos en Yeni en Londres durante nuestra escapada de fin de semana, y nos quedamos sorprendidos por la comida! Lo encontramos a través de la aplicación Michelin, y todo fue perfecto. Fuimos por el menú degustación, y cada plato era tan delicioso. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable, y tenemos que probar algunos platos turcos increíbles. Nuestras favoritas eran las albóndigas de ternera (Yeni Manti) y el cordero, pero honestamente, todo fue fantástico. El servicio también fue genial! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente

On a découvert cette adresse avec des amis, qui ont suggéré que nous testions différents plats. Les saveurs étaient exquises et subtiles. Leur cocktail à base de Mescal est divin. Malheureusement le prix de 100 livres par personne est exagéré.

I thought the food was exquisite! Everything I ate had an amazing intricate blend of herbs and ingredients that was quite heavenly! There were three of us, and we had seven entrée choices. My absolute favorites were the aubergine dish, the fresh herbs, and the vegetarian dumplings. Oh and the scallops. Truly one of my top ten ever dinners!

Exceptional experience: amazing food, carefully and lovingly and expertly made, friendly and knowledgable and enthusiastic staff, and the world class chef owner himself at the front cooking over an open fire and making sure everyone is having a good time. This is a place with a huge heart and love of food and flavours and generosity. The food is the best I have had anywhere: I have been lucky enough to also go to his Istanbul Yeni.Highly recommended. Well done! London is a better place with you here.

Great food, but it comes with attitude. I hadn't read the reviews at Tripadvisor before going to Yeni again, after a first trip years ago, before COVID. I thought the food was exquisite back then, and I thought the same this time. But the attitude has changed. More about that in a moment. The dishes are small, but each one is highly original and full of brilliant and distinct flavours. We particularly liked the beef manti with double-fermented yogurt, the latter having a rich and tangy flavour; the prawn and vine leaf tempura, which was a crunchy and then softer texture when you hit the taste of the prawns; and the smoked aubergines with a cheesy/yogurty taste balanced with what I think were bits of date. We also tried 2 of the desserts, and they were both brilliant -- pecan filo with quince ice cream balancing the richness, and a delicate rice pudding with saffron candy floss and hazelnuts. Our wines were good, too. The first time I went to Yeni a few years ago, the service was welcoming and relaxed. However, this time, from the moment the very correct but not very friendly waiter told us we hadn't ordered enough, we didn't feel welcome. There was also a hurry to get us out and get the next lot seated when we'd finished -- "may I bring your bill now?" rather than waiting to be asked for the bill. Presumably, they were hoping to squeeze more out of the next customers. It's a pity to encounter this, because it does put you off going back.
