This is the worst service I’ve had in my life. The man was honestly so condescending and disgusting. I ordered a passion fruit mojito which didn’t taste nice at all so I asked if I was able to change it to a tea. The lady said that’s fine through it down the sink and she changed it. When we went to pay a middle aged man told us we had to pay for the mojito even though we sent it back. He said ‘we’ve made 20mojitos today so?’ He then told us you tasted it so I’m still charging you ( even though the lady said it was okay) he then proceeded to answer a phone call while we talking to him. He was so condescending and rude. Worst costumer service I’ve ever received I’m shocked. It’s Ramadan so we paid and left but honestly never coming back here. Gokyuzu is opposite, food is so much better and cheaper + costumer service is amazing. Definitely go there instead. Especially for kunafe

Terrible service always refuse to cut fresh Donner kebab and serve from greasy tin which ruins the taste. Even when asked politely to cut fresh they will trick you and still serve old cuts for takeaway and blame it on time saying it is because they are closing soon even when there is over an hour to closing time with restaurant still with customers. Appalling service, same experience 3 times now I will never return and advise customers to do the same. Meat has gamey taste as not fresh. Not friendly at all. Very fake money hungry staff.

Went to Cyprus on holiday and it was well worth the wait. Fantastic weather and hotel was excellent. Really friendly staff and was a two steps away from the beach. Beautiful place and we were about 15 minutes away from ayanapa.

Awful, horrific, shocking. First kebab came wrong with mayo all over it and no salad and stone cold. Asked for a replacement and they asked for the original back so it can be re-used and not go to waste! Totally unhygienic and will be reporting.

Booked family lunch a month in advance only to arrive on the day and found the restaurant CLOSED and no reply from the telephone number. This is no way to run a business! Disappointed as visited the same restaurant a few months before and felt well received.

Went with my friend who is a local and we have been twice, honestly the food is blessed by God , best donner kebab wrap I ever had and the burger was succulent and don't get me started on the chips. I dont know how the local shops compete , good prices and fantastic food. It is nowhere near me but I think its my new kebab shop.

Comida basura a un precio razonable. Nunca vayas aquí si buscas buena comida o incluso comida decente. El personal es muy grosero, casi como si no te quisieran en la tienda. Yo personalmente nunca volvería a ir allí de nuevo.

This is one of a chain of German Doner Kebab outlets and its the equivalent to saying McDonald's are burgers. It's well presented and it looks good but the taste is just not there. Not enough spices and the taste is very bland. Everything says it should be good. Clean, looks good, smells good but then its just, nothing.

We've been there more then once, the Food was good but the customer service is the one of worst I ever experienced. The staff was never really very friendly, with in ignorant attitude but what we experiment this week, the Restaurant should get an award for the worst, customer service!!! We were on of the last customers eating there last Friday and my partner left his Jacket behind with his Keys. We went there over 5 times during the week to ask for it, always been told somewhen else to come back and no one was even bothered to have look, just rude comments the busy working and only staff in here. Been told only the Manager has a key to the room with the lost property and the staff apparently don't have any contact detail from their own manger. Today we come the time we been told yesterday to see the manager but again he wasn't in so we insisted to sitz in the Restaurant until the manager comes in, no long a kitchen staff came out and was more helpful and had a simple look under the counter and handed us the Jacket with the keys. WELL DONE!!! Definitely We won’t go back in the again.
