Always fresh. The kebab was fresh special thanks to Badai who served me a complementary chicken shish.

1st neg review Ive ever had to leave Sorry to say but thats the worst kebab i have ever had, the taste along with presentation dreadful, you will never see me again, when i complained the guy said that he will let the kitchen know for future!!!!!! bye bye

I have ordered here 3 or 4 times now and it has always been great. Food is good, plentiful, and lower priced than competitors. Delivery has been fast and uncomplicated and ordering in store has been enjoyable. If you're looking for a kebab or burger place, this one is worth investigating.

Ordered a takeaway at 9.20pm was told 30-40mins, called again at 10.20pm said driver was on his way took my money for food and nothing showed up, been calling since 10.20pm and no one wants to answer the phone! Absolutely disgusting. Reported to food agency standards should be shut down!

Absolutely disgusting waited over an hour for food to turn up and when it did it was disgusting ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and let me tell you the chicken must of been run over outside the shop as it was flat as anything and no taste thebest thing was the can of Pepsi you get with it. Horrible stay away I wish I read the review.

Food is overpriced and terrible portions. Ordered a chicken shish on justeat and was delivered a pitiful plain pitta with plain chicken pieces. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a restaurant.

Bad food hygiene stay well clear

Disgusting food. They are liars and cheats. Trying to sell gourmet burgers but when you receive it, it's just some normal rubbish burger. Typical kebab shop men. Useless at what they do

Been trying different kebab shops in the area as we've become disappointed with our usual places. Delivery on time. Nice portions of lamb and chicken shish. Fresh salad. Which is key for such places. They offer flat breads rather than pitta, more like tortilla. Really good. Will use them again

The smallest kebab I've ever ordered. We ordered 2 shish kebab’s online i got to say delivery was quick but when i opened my order all i got was roughly about 7 pieces of meat and 2 soggy pita breads. It wasn’t assembled like other kebab shops make them. I felt like they rushed the order and didn’t really put no love into it. Won’t be going here again.

Do not order online!!!! The staff are werry dirty . Even the floor was messy. I was in shop today paid 8 pound for 6 wings and cheeps. Of course I refuse to take the food because of the mess inside

Really enjoyed my chicken shish kebab ordered via 'JustEat' app. The reviews on there aren't bad, I probably wouldn't of ordered if I saw the other reviews on here... I was very happy with how they presented the food, the foil kept the meat hot and it all looked and tasted fresh. I'll be ordering again

It was my first takeaway there and probably the last. The food wasn't good at all even considering kebab etc are mostly unhealthy. It has a food standard rating of 2 I think. The lamb shish was just muscle not meat, the chicken shish was extremely salty and the kofte was hardly any meat there. The lamb doner wasnt very tasty either and full of fat. Salad was ok. The wrap was good and the front desk guy was nice although struggles in English, the kitchen persons hardly speak English I think. So, it wasn't a happy trip there.

Must of been taken over as just had a delivery got order wrong wraps turned up all undone food was cold and tasteless will not be using this restaurant again

Nice guy, nice food, good prices. Good choice for vegetarian too. Falafel and halloumi wraps are both great.

Shirleys is fantastic , I have eaten in there regularly and have tried most of the menu - enjoy it all! No complaints. Fresh , vibrant food with friendly and welcoming staff and a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. I'm not close by anymore and miss eating in there ! My celiac friend had choice on the menu and my vegetarian pals really enjoyed their meals, good selection. There is wheelchair access, level access to the toilet and the staff are very accommodating. It's easy to order a feast and makes sharing a meal with friends a joy. Shirleys is also where I discovered the great combo of orange juice and lemonade. Mmmmm

Food was OK delivery was fast but did not come with salad that was supposed to be included. Too little sauce but OK taste.

Don't bother you'll go hungry. Placed an order for my son and daughter as I'd eaten already. Was due 9.30 well it's now 23.07 and no food, but they are saying it was delivered! So my children have gone to bed hungry and annoyed, that's not on and to be told 48hrs to look into it now livid. I'd best get my money back that's all I'm saying.

Great food but poor service/delivery driver - questioned why we were ordering from so far away. As valued/regular customers was a little insulting and put us in a bad mood!

Without a doubt the best kebab shop in South London! I get food from here several times a week. Quick delivery too.

Usually order via just eat but they pay a fee so I cut out the middle man and ordered direct. They said 50 mins I called after 1hr they was abrupt didn't let me finish what I was asking and cut in asking what's my address he said it'll be 10 mins .. 20 mins later I've called back. Hoping my food doesn't come cold Never had such bad service from them.. I'm not sure whether the staff have changed or whether they prioritise just eat orders as they are more conscious about the reviews on there

A simple order delivered over 2 hours late. Cold, soggy and an item missing. No explanation and no apology. Very poor experience. Won’t use again.

Driver said we were his 3rd delivery. It arrived 30 minutes after we received a text saying it was on its way, 20 minutes later than promised. 1 hour 20 mins after order was placed. Takeaway is 1.2 miles away from our house.Food arrived in soggy packaging. Onion rings and chips were tepid, had to be reheated in microwave. Meat kebab had salad of lettuce, onion and one slice of cucumber. Separate pitta was cold on arrival. Halloumi wrap had salad of lettuce and onion only. Wrap fell apart during eating due to warm halloumi with soggy lettuce. Both salads were charged for in addition to kebab price. We are just glad we didn't request sauce of any kind. We called restaurant twice for an update and the person was not exactly polite. 2nd time he said "it should be there" but clearly it wasn't as I was calling again. Not an impressive first time using this establishment, which had actually been recommended to us. We will report our experience back to this person

Extremely unprofessional. The man at the counter explained they do not take card payment under £10, but he will make an exception for me and not charge me. Whilst waiting for the food I noticed he charged 50p more. I questioned this. He patronised me with a calculator adding numbers to total what he charged me. I told him that they changed the law in January 2018 and it is against the law to add a card charge. He rushed to the till and handed me 50p. This was in August 2018.

I honestly do not know why this kebab shop has such bad reviews!! the food is lovely, generous portions, I've always had fast delivery and never had any complaints whatsoever with the food - it's delicious! Staff very friendly too from calling to place the order until delivery. Honestly - you need to give it a try to form your own opinions but this is my 'go to'

After 2 hours of waiting the food arrived cold. They stated on the phone that they were short of staff, so before ordering ask if they have enough drivers or atleast a driver to hand. It's my first time ordering through just eat to shirley best kebab and it's safe to say It won't be happening again. They offered us money off for our next visit but the best thing of all is that the driver said we ordered to much that's why it took him so long. Really??

I ordered a small doner. The meat was wrapped in foil and all the sauce put in that package (which meant mayo covered foil when unwrapped - yuk), salad on the side, then the pitta ... wait for it... ON TOP of the closed box! So you get home and have to make your own kebab?! That's just silly! And the meat was in really long strips which meant you then had to get a knife and fork to even attempt to eat the kebab you have had to make yourself. Had I seen how they put all the ingredients separately in (and around) the box I would have given it back. Dreadful.

I have a really difficult time leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but I can't pretend that this wasn't one of the worst takeout experiences I've had. The t-bone steak I ordered wasn't just bad…it was actually off. I know a lot of people like to add that their food was off because it adds an extra kick to their negative review, but in this case it really is the case. If the steak had just been bland and tough, I'd have simply carried on eating my slab of leather and counted it as merely a waste of money on a not-so-great meal. Unfortunately, the steak had a distinct, underlying sour and dry taste. It was pungent, and even if the restaurant had used seasoning, it wouldn't have concealed it. Throwing out an entire meal was a first for me, but there is no question this takeaway sold and served me spoiled beef. Perhaps their other menu items might be perfectly fine—and it's absolutely possible they don't sell enough steaks to move them quickly when fresh—but I'll never know, because I won't be ordering from here again.

Yo tengo una muy difícil dejar malas críticas para las pequeñas empresas, pero no puedo pretender que esto no fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido para llevar.El T-bone pedí no era tan malo… que en realidad era. Conozco a mucha gente como para añadir que su comida era porque añade un extra kick a su crítica negativa, pero en este caso es realmente el caso. Si la carne había sido aburrida y difícil, yo diría simplemente permaneció en comer losa de cuero y contó como simplemente una pérdida de dinero en una no tan buena comida. Por desgracia, la carne tenía un sabor distinto, y servicio subyacente. Fue pungentes, aderezos y incluso si el restaurante había utilizado, no habría ocultado.Tirar toda la comida fue la primera para mí, pero no hay duda de esta venta y sirve para llevar mimado de carne. Tal vez los otros platos de la carta podría ser perfectamente bien - y es absolutamente posible que no venden lo suficiente para mover los filetes rápidamente cuando fresco, pero nunca sabremos, porque no pedir desde aquí.
