Truly the best kebab of hemz!!!!

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review, but my experience here was awful. I ordered online and when I collected the food it was really in a matter of minutes which I was impressed with. That where it ends... I got home which is less than a 2-3 minute walk..When I unwrapped the food I couldn't feel any heat from it. I unwrapped the kebab and found it to be stone cold. I call the shop and was told that they'll do something for me next time and that the food was fresh. I explained that doesn't help me for this evening and asked for a replacement. I walked back to the shop and passed the food back over the counter and explained it was stone cold. I received constant defensive words "it was fresh, we put the salad on the food so it won't stay hot" and so it went on. No apology, just.moans and grunts. No, I normally got out.kebab/chippy takeaway from.Boxmoor chippy.as I lived round the corner, but as I've moved I thought I would order local to support the local businesses. Boxmoor chippy boxes salad separately so the food stays hot. Anyway, I got home with the replaced food and it was.much warmer than what I was served before, but notice I said warmer. I won't be ordering food from here again. I found the service poor, food dire and attitude unacceptable

I ordered on Uber eats and 1 item was missing rang the shop and they said it is in the bag I said it’s not in the bag but he didn’t listen and the driver was there own delivery driver who delivered the food

Lovely moist and juicy chicken with a great crispy coating. Best chicken in the area. We ordered from Berkhamsted which is several miles from Tring, and it arrived pipping hot and delicious. UPDATE. The comments still apply above to the excellent quality of their food, but our latest order took over two hours to receive. We are elderly and like to eat early. We ordered just before 6 pm and the food arrived just after 8pm. If they had warned use delivery times were extended, we could have made other arrangements. This is not acceptable so star rating reduced.

Our food turned up cold , no salad or sauces and scraps of meat .Absolutely disgusting looked like someone’s left overs in a box . We called the shop in which was told we had to speak to the manager who wasn’t there and he might call us back . I would give this no stars at all .How do they get away with it ?
