Ordered a few times no problems so far and really like their Chicken Donner - delivery is quite quick

I was enjoying my chicken donner kebab until halfway through I discovered a dead fly/ moth looking insect! Much to my horror! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Have also reported to Just eat.

Just ordered a take away... We have have rung up politely stating it is wrong as I ordered a chicken Shish kebab - I do not eat lamb! They have sent Donna meat with some sort of other meat on the side. The gentlemen I have just spoken to has been nothing but rude and told me I had made a mistake! He has completely demoralised me and was talking over me when I was trying to explain the correct order. Never in my life have I been so shocked at such awful customer services!!!! Absolutely vile behaviour DO NOT ORDER FROMHERE!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Flavourless awful food. Worst kebab I’ve eaten. Some of the Chicken donner was well undercooked and some of it was like rubber. Save money and go elsewhere!!

Ordered meal 90 minutes ago and still waiting. It arrived 15 minutes ago and some missing. Sending the rest out now.

My son ordered a pizza it was 40 minutes late when I rung to ask where it was the man who answered the phone said he did not understand much English gave up the 3rd time of trying to explain. When his pizza eventually turned up it was stone cold and the delivery driver was rude. Will never use again

I ordered a portion of chips, 20 minutes later I asked where they are and they said they'd forgotten to put the chips on to cook. They had given another person and a take away order some Chips in the mean time.

We had chicken doner kebab extremely salty and dry. You could just yourself with some pieces of chicken that's how dry it was. Only onion and lettuce as the salad. Pita bread was dredful

Bien por dónde empiezo?Pelo en la comida.Orden equivocado - recibido 1 y 1 en vez de 2 grandes de tamaño. Mi shish con lechuga y mayonesa normal nunca llegó. En cambio me dieron un tamaño cubiertas de mayonesa de ajo. Yo soy alérgico al ajo. . Así que les llamamos a este estado, el hombre de la calle 1 hablamos con "fuimos" y luego nos pasaron a otra persona. Este hombre escuchó lo que tenía que decir, pero se negó a enviar la orden correcta. Entonces, él dijo que me cobraría otra £7 para la comida correcta. Cuando dijeron las alergias a este hombre claramente no me importó. Él tajadamente se negaron a devolvernos el dinero, nos ofrecen una alternativa, el dinero si pedimos de nuevo o nos trae el orden correcto. Teniendo en cuenta su comida horrible podría haber causado una reacción alérgica grave que diría esto es asqueroso, servicio de atención al cliente. Este hombre procedió a "huff" y luego colgó el teléfono después de haciendo algo inaudible.El pollo estaba seco y quemado de acuerdo a mi pareja, que comió su orden correcto. El rizado patatas fritas estaban frías y el pan de pita era tan empapada en salsa era imposible de comer.

i have been there endless times and never had a bad meal. Mega burger and Meat n cheesey curly fries works well, also if you want something a bit more exotic all their meat is very nice in my opinion.

I order tuna jacket with extra tuna witch I did not get kebab came with no salad

Ordered a burger meal turned up 2 hours late food cold chips stale and without cheese and sauce. Burger was just a burger in a bun and cold 2nd time now stay away from kebab point.

Phoned take away when it was 10 minutes past delivery time to be told order was just being dispatched. A further 10 minutes later phoned again to be told they didn't know where the delivery or the driver were! Delivery finally arrived after another 15 minutes, in total 35 minutes later than expected. The burger did not have any cheese and was black, hard and burnt. The chicken kebab ward over cooked and was not served with any salad - there was no option on ordering so assumed it would come with salad as it was supposed to be a kebab NOT chicken in a pitta bread! Worst takeaway I've ever haf .

Kebab was missing the chicken also the southerfried chicken was undercooked and pink reported to kebab point but they did not come and collect food with refund they just ignored my calls after so will not be ordering again from this takeaway

I have looked on their site a side order of salad is £2.50 really for a salad. Very dissapointed with a big pile of meat.

Very nice food couldn't fault the quality of food at all! Delivery perfect arrived early very polite driver also! Only thing was there was no sauce or salad in the kebab or the burger ! Didn't give us the option when ordering !

After sending the wrong order I phoned and spoke to someone who could hardly understand English and they apologised and sent out a new order but when it arrived it was the same as the first wrong order.

Pizza was over cooked, I ordered a Dr Pepper and got offered a water instead. A phonecall wouldn't have gone a miss if there was a problem with the order.

Chips nice but Luke warm. Kebab nice but came with no salad? Very bland... Ordered battered mushrooms and they came with no batter just fried and tasted awful. Delivery time wasnt bad and delivery guy was nice... I usually go to kebab point for my kebabs but would think again about ordering a delivery from them and would just go there and collect so I know what I'm getting

Didn't follow instructions on the chips. Asked for 1 with burger sauce, ended up having burger sauce in all 3. Phoned and asked for more chips as it was wrong. Driver came back with only a pot off bbq sauce and no chips. Phoned the manger and he was shouting down the phone and hung up on us. we wanted a refund and wouldn't take are situation seriously as one of us is alergic to burger sauce. After 4 phones calls we finally got our refund. Never ordering from here again

Dry cold meat , the smallest portion of salad I have ever had . Not like it's expensive is it .. Tiny splash of sauce ... And I collected it .. Should be red hot .. Not cold

The pitta bread was all squishy even tho had no sauce. The lamb shish looked and tasted like dog meat. This place I always use and have never had a problem before.

Kebab was cold, vegetarian lasagne was cold baklava was still frozen. Rung the store to complain and the manager had a go at me for complaining and slammed the phone down on me. Won't be going back again obviously

I ordered a sish kebab it came completely plain there was no options to choose with or without salad I called the to explain this and the response was very rude I was basically told that I was suppose to just magically know that I have to put it in the comments section even though there is no instruction to do this I just presumed it would come with everything I was told and I quote I'm not gonna bother to get my delivery guy to come all the way to deliver you a salad I think this is really bad customer service and when a customer isn't happy you should resolve the problem the person I spoke with didn't offer to resolve it and o found it very rude, I mean at least leave an instruction so people know that they have to request these options most other places I order from it always comes up with the options, this really ruined the order and they could have easily fixed it but they didn't care ! And very rude ! Not happy at all

Was very disappointed with the curly fries as these are considerably more expensive than normal fries. They were dry and clearly had been reheated/recooked. The other food was actually quite nice all things considered

Llevar llegó a tiempo pero frío y incompleta. Postre no está incluido. Se había decidido reemplazar patata de la chaqueta y queso con patatas. (Salida de patatas) de kebabs probaban acabarían no le daría a un perro sin ensalada. en coche para ir de compras. impugnadas por los chicos en la tienda pero al final nos dieron reembolso, pero ninguna disculpa. Este lugar una vez tenía una buena reputación pero los dueños actuales obviamente no estaba interesado. No te molestes.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. It won't let me put zero stars so 1 star makes it sound more appealing than it was. Worst takeaway I've ever had. Food was cold, and BAD and wrong. They said they had ran out of jacket potatoes with beans so we were given what appeared to be half eaten,cold,wedges. No apology, attempt to call or attempt to compensate for this. Chicken was pink. Kebab was 2 bits of cold meat in a plain pitta bread - no salad, sauce, just a plain pitta (£4.50 worth?) which I would have had trouble feeding to a dog. We ordered baklava and they didn't have it but charged us and didn't give us anything else. Even the drink was wrong. Spoke to them on the phone politely explaining I was unhappy with the order and wouldn't be ordering with them again they were firstly rude then said "ok " and just hung up. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to rectify. I was just going to put up with it but sat down to eat and couldn't even look at it (and I'm not a fussy eater- it looked like dysentery waiting to happen) So I drove down to get my money back. They were rude AGAIN. Eventually got the money back but nobody ever once apologised or tried to rectify the mistakes made. Went to marmaris a few doors down and it was so much nicer. Never ever order from here.

didn't deliver full order, kids meals were incorrect as well, complained and they blamed just eat's menu, chicken drumstick was under cooked, chicken wingers were over cooked, apple pie was solid. Only plus on this order was the delivery driver was polite after his second run to the house with our order. Awful experience

WAITED AN HOUR AN A HALF FOR DELIVERY, WHEN THE FOOD ARRIVED IT WAS STONE COLD, TASTED LIKE IT ALL HAD BEEN REHEATED , CHICKEN TASTES HORRIBLE AND I ADVICE PEOPLE NOT TO EAT IT, BONES IN THE WRAP.. VALUE FOR MONEY IS RUBBISH DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Took 2hrs and when I ring the restaurant they said they're trying to get hold of the driver. I rang just eat to refund my money and he said it takes 2 working days so I'll hang on till Tuesday. Ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

good if you want cold food and hot drinks !! drinks missing (when called the man said they just ran out and sent a extra can but only recieved ones i paid for ) should make the menu clear that chips comes with the burger as i then eneded up ordering more cold chips that i never needed 1st time ordering and last time

Was delivered a lot earlier than expected. So had to be redelivered. Food was okay but barely warm. Not sure if I'd order again. Delivery driver was polite though :)

Have used this restaurant before and usually live it but this particular occasion had a very slow delivery time with the food turning up Luke warm and without salad on the kebab! If there is no option to add salad you would assume it will come with it. Food was nice but overall disappointed

Staff were nice , food was not. Food was dry and hard. Sauce was more of a paste then a sauce.
