Visited before a show for a quick bite to eat. The food was really tasty and the staff were friendly and efficient. We hope to visit again soon :-)

Went there for a birthday meal, amazing food Cool decor Loved my red curry, great depth of flavour. Others on my table who often get Pad Siyew from other Thai restaurants said this is the best they’ve ever had!

Food we got was tasty enough but the portion sizes were very poor value for money. We order loads of food for a takeaway including set menu A for four people but each main course dish was not much bigger if at all than what we would have received had we only ordered for two. Last year we felt satisfied. This year we were left hungry. Next year we’ll go elsewhere I suspect. Silly of the restaurant really given how much we spent.

My friends and I went to Thai Balcony, after visiting Bath's Christmas markets. It was an early dinner time at 3pm so very quiet but the previous guests left with high praise. The menu offered a lot of variety in Asian cuisine. For starters, we ordered the Dim Sum, pork skewers and prawn rolls, which were very flavourful with decent portion sizes for the cost. For mains we had the Pad Thai, Massaman (no 41), and the seabass in broth. The Pad Thai was fine but a bit plain and could have had more flavour, although the noodles had good texture. The Massaman (no 41) was our favourite, not too spicy and hit the spot for someone new to Thai cuisine. The seabass was cooked well in a tasty broth; however the menu said it was spicy and it was not very spicy (it had one third of a chilli on it). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxing, thanks in part to the quiet background music being played. The decorations were beautiful and gave off an elegant and fine dining experience.

We have been here a number of times. The food is excellent, the restaurant is lovely and the service is brilliant. They do takeaway and deliver too which is a bonus!

I smelled the food from outside & immediately knew I need to try it. Very good and tasty food, fast service, cozy location, not sure why many negative reviews but I highly recommend it.
