The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Southern NI

Been here first time for a while! Still just as good as I remember, wee chippy van just of tananmore roundabout, couldn't get any better Lovely man in the van when I was there.

We've been going here for years, as it's one of the best restaurants in our local town. We've had several very enjoyable experiences. However, we got the opportunity to experience one of the food & wine pairing evenings, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Neil & his team excelled themselves. We were particularly taken with the quality of the food.

Good fish and chips. Lots of good looking dessert options as well

I come from a cheffing background where I worked my way up to double award winning for best contemporary cuisines in Armagh last year and part of the team that won it the year before and my sous chef stepped up the game and won it again. So I know my food. Customer service is top shelf , I’ve tried every chippy in portadown and between chips direct and TFM. Chips direct do it best. Excellent, great fish and chips, great portions, great value so yes 100% get in there and enjoy, great for a family

Went on sat 29/7/24 and ordered 2 haddock , chips & onion rings came to £17 which was very reasonable. Food was freshly made , piping hot & good portions. Haddock was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Was looking forward for the new Christmas salad (loved it last year) so went in Thursday in Dungannon to get the Christmas bowl, when I got back to work and opened the bowl was sadly half empty ; for paying over 10£ was hardly meat in it and wee bit greens,I did complain to the owner , but the poor customer service really disappointed me, just saw the message and ignored it.was my fav place for healthy lunch but I not be back.

Had a really unfortunate experience. Despite normally receiving decent food and service, tonight poor packing mean our takeaway order was partly inedible. Burgers in boxes packed "opening side" faced down, tipping the contents of the box into the bag. Noone wants their food like this. Please take care and think it out when packing and order.
