Seed in Dungannon

Great for a healthy brekky or lunch. Have tried granola bowl and salad bowl. You'll not be disappointed with the food, vide, decor...but on my 2nd visit I was stunned seeing staff wearing overtly republican hoodys...gobsmacked...if this your public image then so be it people will vote with their feet. I'll take my custom elsewhere...pity...like who running a trendy eaterie does that??? Wonder if staff in Lisburn Rd Belfast will wear similar attire?

Delicious fresh freshly produced food. Interesting combination of ingredients in their burritos and bowls. The Chicken Caesar salad bowl in my favourite - I'm not fussed on wraps and the bowls are much more appealing.

If you love smoothies,acai bowls etc you need to go here immediately. I got one plain acai bowl for take away and it was delicious. The salads were also very nice would recomend that you come to seed

I had preordered my food on their app and was to collect it at 4pm, when I got to there they hadn't even started making the food despite the fact I had it ordered hours in advance in order to quickly pick it up and leave. They weren't very quick about making my order even though it was only 2 bowls, the worker took 15 minutes to make both bowls and half the time was spent not knowing what ingredient was what and constantly kept checking the ticket, you would think after checking the ticket at least 10 times I would get everything correctly however that wasn't the case as when I got my order, I noticed half the ingredients wasn't even in the bowl. And to top it all off, I had also ordered a drink which they told me to get from the fridge and it wasn't there, they then took another 3 minutes just to get one bottle of juice. I wouldn't come here again

We'd heard so much about Seeds so when we were in the area (Dungannon) we decided to drop in. It was spur of the moment trip so we hadn't done any pre menu checks to get an idea of what to order. Place was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. We weren't sure of the menu so we opted for Katsu chicken and the Seeds satay bowl, when the food came there were plenty of spinach leaves on the plate and what I can only describe as a "mush" like baby food covered in seeds, food was just ok, maybe wee bit less spinach, to be honest we couldn't understand the hype , so we ate and left It was only when we saw these pictures we even thought of saying something, the pictures above bear NO RESEMBLANCE to what we were served ? So now we're wondering is this the presentation we should have received ?

Gorgeous selection of salads and burritos. Love their coffee. Great for sit in or takeaway. My favourite place to go!

Expensive limp lettuce, with a bit of shredded tough chicken and some packet curry sauce!! Definitely better value, fresher ingredients and more choice at subway. Pretentious wannabe yuppies, who think a ‘restaurant’ involves chopping a bit of lettuce!!

Visited here for a healthy lunch! I had the caesar salad and my partner had the burrito and acai bowl. We also had a lovely coffee and two smoothies. When we arrived there was a queue and the eatery was full which is always a good sign but we served quickly by friendly staff who cleared a table for us. The food was very tasty and full of flavour, will defo be back for more!

Delicious healthy food, I picked my own salad, healthy and filling. Staff explained prices and choices of food clearly. Will definitely be back.

Great to see a new local business do so well, but customer service from owner on the till the day I visited was seriously lacking. No friendliness whatsoever. Great idea for healthy food but overpriced for the breakfast I got.

Was in for lunch today with my sister. Menu choice really good and all fresh ingredients. Staff were really friendly and explained the menu to us. The place was spotless too! Will definitely be back!

Popped in with my mum who's been raving about this place for ages. Made my own bowl. Amber talked me through everything really patiently and helped me decide on everything. She was super lovely and knowledgeable and I built a gorgeous bowl with her guidance. Place is spotless. Bowl was huge and really filling. Food super fresh with exciting flavours that all come together really well. All the girls working were lovely but amber in particular was an absolute star. Highly recommended. Will be back. Don't change !

Seed is awesome! Healthy food that isnt boring! Great choices of sauces and veg that can be made into bowls or burritos. Their overnight oats are also unreal. Staff always friendly. They also have a loyalty card, after 5 stamps you get free coffee, 10 stamps you get a free meal. Love it. Im just so sad my favourite bowl has been took off the menu :(

Wonderful to see a healthy food establishment at last! The selections are deliciously flavoursome and such a great range of choices! Friendly happy staff make you feel really welcome and they’re happy to create any mix of ingredients you choose.

Seed really is the best spot in Dungannon for lunch. A salad bowl will never be boring again eating here! So tasty but healthy and the staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling!

Found the perfect new place to eat lunch! Prices are so reasonable and the portion sizes are so filling. Really tasty also making healthy eating much easier. Staff are friendly and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

Called in for lunch and I have to say it was lovely however the member of staff used the same utensils to handle the veg and meat which Is why I'm giving it an average. Hopefully just was teething issues and I would return.

Such a welcome addition to Dungannon! Great selection of salad bowls, burritos and other nice things you may not have tried before. Nice fresh branding also. Best of luck team Seed.
