Lovely but small portions for price, nice items to but in there like homemade jars of pickle, eggs etc looks nice , clean.. good service just pricy

The Chicken and Lamb Tikka was excellent. The chicken was tender and cooked beautifully, beer I’ve had in years. The Bengal Special Curry and the Chicken Sagwalia, were very mild, almost like there was no spice or heat, nice (ish) flavour but no punch of flavour. I will try Bengal Tiffin again, and ask them to make sure its at least medium hot next time because it was a great fresh Indian overall. Definitely worth a visit…

Fish is good, big enough for anyone. But the curry sauce was like water, for me you should be able to poor it onto a fish butty and it stay on, not this curry, far too thin and watery.

the service is fantastic and they have a mixture of drinks and all their food is fresh

I didn’t even get chance to order the woman working started serving the woman behind me in the que and totally blanked me as if I was a ghost so I told her I haven’t been served yet. She got an attitude and said I’m on my own love so I told her the place was ignorant and walked out. This was the one on Halifax road I don’t recommend. Rude staff and bad service I won’t be coming back again

Sunday 6th February- lady provided fantastic service and my sausage and chips with curry sauce were delicious. Definitely recommend

"The best by far", always cooked to order I order on telephone then have a steady walk up, even timed to have a swift one in Holme Lane Tavern, dependant on your day. Fish & Chips Twice, Large Battered Sausage an chips, two large bread cakes, curry sauce + mushy pea, bag of craps. All for £20, Enjoy and Support.
