The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Stratford-on-Avon West Midlands

We wanted a quick dinner while we were in Stratford for the day. Saw this restaurant on Trip Advisor and it didn’t disappoint. Got takeaway haddock and chips. The fish was delicious and, because the food was packaged in a box, it stayed crisp. The box also meant it was easy to eat sitting by the river and watching the rowers practicing.

I had this meal brought to me by a friend. Two battered sausages and small chips, worst I have ever had the batter, on the sausage was horrible and chips looked like they were all scraps. I haven't been there for a few months and it was ok then. Will not buy from there again.

Always brilliant food and quick delivery

Possibly the worse fish and chips I have ever had. Through it all away. The chips weren’t under cooked and were soggy. The fish was like rubber with soggy vile batter and the mushy peas were fluorescent green!. Don’t go there. £24 down the pan!

The chips were so good they could have been eaten solely on their own. Obviously cooked from the finest potatoes, they were crisp on the outside but firm and well cooked on the inside. The order of Whitby scampi would put many restaurants to shame; one portion was enough for two. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The premises were spotless.

Have to say its great that Freds family are back running the shop. Had the best cod and chips 2 nights ago and enough chips for the 2 of us! Lovely chat whilst waiting for food to be cooked fresh. Will be a regular visitor again
