My favourite pizza place and we are always made to feel welcome with our little one. Great atmosphere and always service with a smile. Pizzas are amazing, but whether you’re having breakfast or evening meal this is a solid choice for food in Newport.

Following a power cut at our originall venue, you were able to accommodate 27 hungry staff with just 30 minutes notice. Visited today with my daughter, my friend and her two children. The manager was exceptional - he was thoughtful and super helpful and could see he was working hard whilst being very professional. The other staff also seemed lovely although we didn’t have to deal with them. Lovely food. Fab value. Will hopefully get to visit again soon :) Thank you

Was wary of getting food from these type of establishments Papa John's Lansdowne Bournemouth noticed the guy making pizza also operating till what would happen if cash sale handling dirty money then making your pizza no gloves no hand washing before how can this be allowed pizza wasn't even fully baked in my view seems I was right about these places

Ordered for collection. Accidentally took the pizza sauce off the pizza when customising - didn’t realise until while I was on the way I received a call from the store to check the order was correct. Great customer service and order ready to collect as soon as I arrived. Thank you

Collection- didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes despite there being several people in the kitchen. Turns out my order was ready so didn't need to wait! Then forgot one pizza. Got to my car and realised the sauce was not as ordered. Then the lady server told me I had ordered the wrong one...nope, clearly right on my order. Frankly disgusting. And not very hot either. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.
