Grim experience . Wrong Pizzas given - told to drive back in with them to get replacement.. - got a call half way there and it was then agreed they would bring a replacement out after all - turned around went home - replacement came , I thought poor experience but innocent mistake so leave it at that... Wrong... ...phone call from ' Manager' - saying pizza we sent back wasnt the one sent out initially!?! - effectively calling me a liar - used them for years and never will again - and we were regulars for many,many years - never even a hint of an apology or even close - in fact the total opposite, cocky and accusatory - complaint is ongoing

Ordered at 1818. Delivered at 1940. Lukewarm. Had called twice after 1hr of waiting. Was told driver had taken deliveries. Driver said he picked it up 10 minutes before. Cheese idols still hot and melted 10 mins. Pizza ok. My

Después de una reunión a última hora de la tarde en Londres, tres colegas y yo decidimos tomar una comida para llevar, a través de la entrega, antes de dirigirnos a nuestras respectivas casas. Optamos por la Oferta especial del gerente: dos pizzas grandes y dos acompañamientos. 1 x Meateor Pizza que tenía una cantidad increíble de carne 1 x queso y tomate que fue muy agradable. 1 x lado de pizza de pan de ajo 1 lado de alitas de pollo, que aparentemente estaban muy bien. Supongo que en esta ola de calor, muchos lugareños del sur de Londres pueden haber optado por las barbacoas en casa, ya que la entrega fue rápida, desde este sitio de Domino's. Una comida muy agradable, antes de una maratón de películas en solitario, de "La princesa prometida", "Colateral" y "American Gangster". "

me and my friend are both being sick after the chips we ate earlier with cheese and garlic sauce didn’t find it very nice only ate a couple each out of two boxes and are now vomiting.

Absolutely appalling I payed 4:50 fifty for a large red tango ice blast expecting it to be red cherry like it usually is at places like the cinema only to find at when I walked out and took a sip it was bubblegum so it is false advertisement also they sold kiwi and grape tango ice blast wich isn’t a proper flavour, and they sold it in proper tango ice blast cups therefore it is false advertisement.

The ignoramus I had to deal with actually had the nerve to hang up on me when I was merely trying to get the money back that they stole from me after they cancelled my order because they don't deliver to where I was staying! WHY ACCEPT THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE?? I have used this company for may many years but after that piece of turd speaking to me like that - NEVER AGAIN! I better get my money back by Monday as the imbecile said I would!!

Called at this place as it looked interesting from the outside...... should have known it's a complete hole when I stepped foot through the door. We ordered a combination of chicken pieces, chicken strips and wings along with fries and a bottle of pop. When I say the strips, wings and chicken are the worst I've ever had, I don't feel I'm under selling it enough!! I can only assume by the taste and texture that they microwave warmed our food, it was not good in the slightest!! The only items that were edible were the bottle of pop and the fries. I will never go here again, even if I become desperate or I'm offered a cash incentive!! Take my advice, avoid at all costs!

Lovely pizzas but took 2hrs 15min to arrive! Rang twice to be told on there way! On holiday so probably won’t use them again

My friend and I went here for lunch today. Didn't find the reception we got from staff member very welcoming. We ordered drinks and our food. After waiting 30 minutes we asked when we would get our food. We were told that they had run out chicken and had to go to the butchers to purchase more. I found this strange because of the amount of chicken choices on the menu. After 45min we got our food which was okay. We felt that after the wait we should have got some discount which we mentioned to staff. However when the bill came it was the full price which we paid. Won't be back here.

Muy buen servicio, de esta sucursal ordenó una pizza y un postre y vino cocinado, pero fue rápidamente rectificado con una nueva y sabrosa pizza, siempre he pedido y continuaré pidiendo muchas gracias.

Nothing against the food but staff make all the difference to an experience and if you don't enjoy your job don't let it show!

Pedí una pizza de aquí hoy para ser entregada que dijo que estaría conmigo a las 7. 15 el último. A las 8 pm los llamé ya que no había llegado. ¡Seguían deteniendo la llamada cada vez que los llamaba! Lo cual fue un buen número de veces. Se llevaron mi dinero por el pedido y no me entregaron. Estoy tan enojado como que no tuvieron la decencia de responder a mi llamada o disculparse. No lo llamo un servicio profesional. ¡No hace falta decir que no volveré a pedir desde aquí! ¡Un montón de idiotas!

It was so bad. There was no tomato sauce on the base, barely a tablespoons worth spread over a LARGE pizza. The cheese was so so so bad. It was so rubbery, did not taste like real cheese. It did not melt or go stringy like mozzarella is supposed to do - even cheddar. It was just terrible pizza. You can't really go wrong with pizza. I don't know how they managed to make such a horrible pizza. I didn't even want to give one star. My husband also collected the pizza and it was pouring down with rain so he asked for a bag for the pizzas and the guy behind the counter said no. How bizarre and unhelpful and rude.
