Domino's Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

Grim experience . Wrong Pizzas given - told to drive back in with them to get replacement.. - got a call half way there and it was then agreed they would bring a replacement out after all - turned around went home - replacement came , I thought poor experience but innocent mistake so leave it at that... Wrong... ...phone call from ' Manager' - saying pizza we sent back wasnt the one sent out initially!?! - effectively calling me a liar - used them for years and never will again - and we were regulars for many,many years - never even a hint of an apology or even close - in fact the total opposite, cocky and accusatory - complaint is ongoing

We're ment to get 50% off the staff kept saying you carnt have two deals, even though we only received 1 pizza for 9.99 and it even said buy one get one free if you collect , then whilst discussing this they gave our pizza that we had paid for away and we had to wait for another pizza to be baked . I will never go back to this branch as the staff are clueless to the deals that are on offer not happy at all over an hour and a half for one pizza. When should of got 2

We have experienced nothing but excellence from this franchise. We have dropped in to collect on various days of the week (either side of the Covid lockdown) and we have periodically cheered ourselves up during the pandemic. Every time, Domino Winsford has delivered the goods. Their predicted availability times for pick-up are - within a minute - always accurate. Home deliveries are always on time within a five-minute window and the delivery guys & gals are always cheerful - justifying a happily-given tip. Apart from the web-based distraction of the pair of eyes tracking your order (not needed, not smart, not appreciated - but that's down to the "Head Office website crew, I am sure!) the process of ordering pizza, whenever we need hot food (roughly as a treat every two months, before you start worrying!) is easy as pie. Well done, the Winsford Domino crew.

Ordered takeaway online - process was smooth. Hot pizza was delivered quickly. Would definitely order again.

Today 31st October had a chicken and sweet corn pizza absolutely dry not happy expect better won’t be going again may two bits of sweetcorn

After trying unsuccessfuly for over 45 minutes to order online, I rang the store and placed an order, i was asked if I wanted to pay on collection, however when I arived to collect they said they could not accept payment in cash, when I said thats all i had and even had the correct money they said they have no way of taking cash payment and suggested I drive home to get a card and come back and pay, not really practical as i live 20-25 minute round trip away from the store, only to come back to buy a cold pizza, I was so looking forward to enjoying my favorite pizza again as I have not been able to get out for over 5 months i overcame my angst and visited the store only to be told I could not purchase my order so put myself through that trauma for nothing and I'm not sure if I want to take the chance to visit any takeaways again in the near future.

Very happy with how Sadie was with us on the phone!! After speaking to NORTHWICH dominos we got spoken to like a piece of trash , Sadie was very helpful and kind , she was very accommodating unlike Northwich dominos , thanks Sadie for the help !!! X
