Domino's Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Pedí una pizza de aquí hoy para ser entregada que dijo que estaría conmigo a las 7. 15 el último. A las 8 pm los llamé ya que no había llegado. ¡Seguían deteniendo la llamada cada vez que los llamaba! Lo cual fue un buen número de veces. Se llevaron mi dinero por el pedido y no me entregaron. Estoy tan enojado como que no tuvieron la decencia de responder a mi llamada o disculparse. No lo llamo un servicio profesional. ¡No hace falta decir que no volveré a pedir desde aquí! ¡Un montón de idiotas!

Hi I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. The base was like cardboard. Without a doubt the worse pizza base I have ever tasted - would have been better using a supermarket own base. They also mixed up the sauce bases on the pizza - pepperoni with BBQ sauce and Ranch BBQ with tomato sauce. Phoned the store - we are too busy to sort this out - try emailing head office (random email address given which didn't work) and ask for a refund. Just based on the quality of the pizza give this store a miss - so wish I had read the other reviews on line before ordering - I now understand why this store has received so many 1;s

Sé pizza es normal, pero a mis hijos les encanta, así que se merece comentarios positivos. A veces el servicio es lento y no tan agradable como debería ser, pero estoy seguro de que mejore.

Horrible service I had a very solvable and easy to fix problem with my order online I stated I did not want BBQ sauce on the pizza, when i realized they have made a mistake i came to the shop to get the problem rectified. the Manager with the name Michelle welcome me with a blunt "What now" I notice she was stressed and apologize for the inconvenience I may cause to her and for the pain my visit may cause her. I do understand they work in a stress environment specially being Monday bank Holiday. She interrupted and acted in a very rude manner when I was explaining to her that the store made a mistake with my order stating: " I have made the pizza myself I put Tomato sauce" I disagreed with her because clearly was BBQ sauce. Very confrontational she told me she can not refund me the money and it will take 5 days to reach my bank account. at this point I was not willing to take her abuse anymore and the lack of professionalism she was handling my complaint. So I requested to talk to her manager and for a big surprise of mine, she told me she was the Manager I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me saying that she was too busy! I could not believe what I was hearing and I demanded Michelle's managers name and she refused to give it to me. I have had to be at your shop arguing with 3 different staff members to get a name. completely appalled and disgusted by the treatment received I Think a proper training for the managers is always beneficial for the sake of any company in the world, and if simple tools like listening to the complaint and apologizing are not use every day then as company they have a problem.

Excelente local para pedir uma pizza. Não é possível comer no local, mas é possível pedir por telefone, pela internet ou, ainda, buscá-la no balcão. Para quem busca no balcão, normalmente há algumas promoções do tipo "pague 1 e leve 2". Eles permitem que cranças entrem na cozinha e ajudem a preparer suas próprias pizzas, com muita segurança.
