Romeo Pizza in Ryedale

Food lovely as always, service spot on by Adam,highly recommend. 😋 had tandoori wrap and mixed special wrap with chilli and garlic sauce Mmmm

We have been customers for takeaway delivery for many years, however, recently the delivery service has been extremely poor, resulting in Luke warm food, we will unfortunately not be using Romeos for our takeaways in the future, very disappointing!

When collecting our order, we noticed that the place or staff did not seem hygienic. One member of staff was not wearing gloves and even proceeded to scratch his ‘body parts’ before boxing up our food. We then got home and it just got worse. We found a lump of plastic inside the pizza. Pictures to show! What’s more annoying, is that we have used Romeo’s a number of times and have always been reasonably happy but safe to say I will never be going back.

Ordered online, said 50 minutes, one and half hour later asked for refund but told to go to food hub!!! When arrived, no salad, 11 chips, garlic and chilli sauce tops had come off so over top of box, had to warm food shocking service, came back out with salad and sauce half hour later... lesson learned dont pay up front...

Absolutley terrible used to be lovely but obv have changed staff had this last night and was the worst takeaway i have ever had the chips tasted like they had been warmed up 3 times from the night before and the garlic tasted off i would give it a zero star if i could

If you want the dogs bollox cooking, they will do it for you, open late till midnight, run of the mill , parmo pizza kebab, god love em. 5/10 gor convienience.

Not used this place for a long time but it was lovely. Rang order and automated message said I could get a discount if I ordered on line and sent the link by text. Placed order easily with 10% discount. Order was ready in 15mins could choose to pay by card on line or cash on collection. All ready when I arrived. Pizza was lovely, service was good. They do some great meal deals too.
