Worst pizza ever ordered. The ultimate Korean BBQ Chicken. Didn’t look anything like advertised on flyer through the door. Thin crust, that was the thinnest crust ever. Grease proof or tracing paper is thicker.

On the two occasions I've had food delivered from here, which was about six months ago and tonight, both times the food did not arrive at the pre-booked time, when called to chase up was told it was already on its way, both times this was a lie and another call an hour later reassured me it was now on its way. Both times I assumed they must have forgotten to do the pre orders and so we would have a late hot meal. Both times the meal was ice cold, not a hint of warmth on it!! Add to that all the missing items that were 'not worth bringing round' it has been the final nail in the coffin. I didn't leave a review the first time because we all have bad nights but it's now clear that they actually just are consistently awful and have the pattern of lying to the customers. A bit of advice for the shop, if the meal will be over an hour late just say that. kids and adults can cope better knowing our food will not be here for ages rather than hovering about waiting on it, getting more and more frustrated...and a bigger bit of advice, if you want customers to return make sure they get all their meals and that they are HOT or even remotely warm! Also should add the food is not good goodluck to anyone waiting for a delivery!

Brought 4 different pizzas tonight. Didn’t taste right When took out of box were very greasy Ended up in the bin Wouldn’t use again

So I'd ordered this pizza and it had some mould on the tuna! The disgusting thing is that I'd already eaten most of the pizza. Ever since I've eaten it my stomach feels awful. Clearly either the idiot preparing my order wasn't competent enough to recognise there was mould on the tuna or they just didn't think I would've noticed! Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering here again. There are plenty of other takeaways in Bangor that provide a lot higher quality of food than this.

Be very careful when ordering food from this place, my card details were used fraudently after ordering on line. The same thing happened to two of my neighbours.

I was served by a lovely gentleman called Jeet who was very friendly, patient, polite and helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction and the pizzas I order were perfect! Great service, would recommend to a friend and I will be going back there soon!

Received a menu through the post today so decided to give it a go.. prices were at least 50p more than the menu delivered price.., food came cold! One of the kebabs a steak one I think was more like a salad kebab really not worth the money no sauce as requested and the bit of steak there was was as tough as old boots so not really very happy 1st and last order

Received a very thing dry barely any cheese dropped to my daughter and her friends she told told me how bad I had to order something else then i called them to complain all they said oh sorry Next morning I found one of the pizza 18’ only quarter eaten and the other only third is eaten possibly they had to eat anything till the other food arrived. So I called them again offering to send photos or even take it to show them how bad.he even confirmed I ordered deep pan. He said either way it will go in the bin. He was not helpful at all. Shame they were good

Domino pizza in Europe is never like Domino in US for my sorry. We order twice. Was not bad but not good.peperoni mushrooms so on.

Not lon ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread. The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. All went in the bin. It was stale, dry and over cooked. I’m not fussy when it comes to food but I couldn’t eat this. Completely inedible. Rang up the restaurant to speak to someone regarding a refund and the most arrogant, rude and ignorant man answered. Insinuating we hadn’t just been to pick up our order that cost £35. That it’s not on the system. Which is hilarious me and my family must be hallucinating the drive there and the horrible pizza in front of us. If I were you I would never order from this store. Think the man who answered needs training in customers service or you know just be a nice person. Outrageous. He also expected us to go into our black bin and take the pizza out of there and then drive all the way back up the store. I will be contacting papa johns directly and not this sorry excuse of a store.

Kebabs were nice, perfect size. Wasn’t expecting cheese on a pudding pizza, very weird and inedible. Description should state that this is a cheese pizza with chunks of chocolate, total waste of money.

Siempre busque una tienda local de pescado y papas fritas cerca de un día de fútbol. Mientras visitábamos Everton nos topamos con este increíble establecimiento de Rubish. Precocinaron 30 o 40 salchichas, 10 tortas de pescado, pero no pescado. Después de esperar más de 10 minutos, nos presentaron el peor pez que hemos encontrado en nuestros 30 años de días de fútbol. no pudimos ponerle el tenedor de plástico, parecía extraño, así que nunca nos atrevimos a probarlo. Lo llevamos de vuelta a la tienda y nos saludaron con los comentarios "no bueno", como si fuera un evento regular, tuvimos algunas de las salchichas preparadas y un pastel de pescado que estaban bien, no compre pescado y papas fritas en esta tienda

Just ordered from here the garlic bread was hard and dry had to put our own butter on it and still couldn’t finish it, not only that but the pepperoni pizza was under cooked and the food overall tasted awful. What a waste of £15 !
