Papa John's in Corby

Not lon ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread. The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. All went in the bin. It was stale, dry and over cooked. I’m not fussy when it comes to food but I couldn’t eat this. Completely inedible. Rang up the restaurant to speak to someone regarding a refund and the most arrogant, rude and ignorant man answered. Insinuating we hadn’t just been to pick up our order that cost £35. That it’s not on the system. Which is hilarious me and my family must be hallucinating the drive there and the horrible pizza in front of us. If I were you I would never order from this store. Think the man who answered needs training in customers service or you know just be a nice person. Outrageous. He also expected us to go into our black bin and take the pizza out of there and then drive all the way back up the store. I will be contacting papa johns directly and not this sorry excuse of a store.

I ordered a pizza today that I have ordered for at least 12 times before and every time I tell them I’m allergic to cheese and they always send it without but today it came with cheese on - when I called to have them replace it they refused and told me it was my fault- however I did everything the same as before- on the call he even asked me if I had already eaten the pizza I reminded him that I was allergic- how stupid was that question Stay away they only want your money

Just had a delivery from Papa Johns & I've got to say ....The pizza was absolutely lovely ....My husband is not a pizza fan & I had to twist his arm to get one ....He even remarked how nice it was too .....I will definitely be ordering again .....Even the delivery driver was a nice & polite man Thankyou From one Happy Customer . 😊

The Pizzas here are spot on. I recommend the 'Mexican'.....lovely and spicy. Better than Domino, in my opinion.

We ordered on line for Mother’s Day. The order process was simple and easy to do. The pizzas arrived and they where placed on a empty box on the floor for us to pick up as part of the coronavirus controls. The pizzas and sides where all correct. They where warm and very tasty. Highly recommend

We use this takeaway more often than I should. The Pizzas are very tasty. The staff are amazing and very professional. Also you can see the Pizzas being made which is a very nice touch. Also most important, the place is spotless..

Ordered 2 large pizzas and chicken nuggets from here tonight and was appalled at the almost inedible pizza that arrived. Very dry, hardly any toppings and barely sliced. The nuggets were hard and grisly. I called papa johns in Corby to complain as the promise that “love your pizza or we’ll deliver one, absolutely free” was written on the pizza boxes. I spoke to a young man who tried to be helpful but really wasn’t as he told me he had to speak to the owner before he could issue another pizza and that he thought that there had to be almost a full pizza left to evidence the fact that the pizza was as I said. What an earth is up with their customer service and this very sinister way of dealing with customers. They would rather think I was lying than issue a new pizza for the sake of good customer service. I lived in the states for many years and I know for a fact that papa johns would issue a new pizza straight away. In the end I told the guy to forget it, I couldn’t be bothered to argue and don’t promise something you’re not prepared to deliver. I’ll never use them again! Avoid! There are better pizza places in Corby!

tried papa johns for the first time and was not disappointed good value for money helpful customer service wasn't too sure on the deals which where then explained to me and best of all lovely pizza 100% ordering again delivery time also not too bad 5 mins earlier than the stated time.

Take away or delivery pizza. A simple concept, well fulfilled. A tastier option than all of it's Town Centre competitors and better value, IMO, than Dominos or Pizza Hut. One thing to make sure you do though is to take the time to understand the myriad of offers that are available at any one time. I always order on line so I can do some comparisons before confirming the order - sometimes Offer A is better, sometimes a different offer is better. Ordering on line allows you to accumulate loyalty points which can be exchanged for free food on future orders. One thing I do like about PJs is the option to order on line and pay by cash on delivery. This is not always available on other online offers. Would always be my first choice for takeaway pizza in this area.

Papa John's food is well liked in our house buy the kids it is allways tasty and warm and with the garlic butter even I don't mind them but still don't think the represent good value

Papa Johns is great pizza always have delivery always hot and fast service odd time has been over 45mins but they say so when ordering if there busy. Good Value Great Pizza

Well got a pizza from here on Saturday night. But was a bit disappointed when I read the offers and saw it should have been buy one get one of the same value free. My daughter in law went for me. She didn't see the offers but you would have thought they would have said something. They do in Pizza Hut!
