Royal Pizza in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Just ordered from here the garlic bread was hard and dry had to put our own butter on it and still couldn’t finish it, not only that but the pepperoni pizza was under cooked and the food overall tasted awful. What a waste of £15 !

First time we ordered from here, evening of January 1st probably the busiest evening of the year, took 2 hrs to arrive but we did anticipate a long wait. Once our food arrived we were not disappointed, Pizzas, burger & kebab absolutely outstanding, best pizza we've had in a long long time, definitely order from here again... 10/10

I ordered my takeaway for 00:05 after my 8th 16 hour shift in a row, my driver arrived at 23:45, and proceeded to bang on my door for 15 minutes on a busy street. I arrived home at midnight (5 minutes before my pizza was due to arrive.) I was greeted at my door to abuse from the driver, I explained I was on time, and that he was early but he said the establishment stopped serving at half 11. He was extremely aggressive and wouldn’t understand that just eat had booked my order for 00:05. He proceeded to tell me I was a b*****d and took his seatbelt off, in an attempt to intimidate me. He got out of his car, and started a fight with me. Luckily there was police nearby, attending another call. I have worked 62 hours in the last week, all I wanted was something wholesome to eat before my next shift in 6 hours. This establishment clearly doesn’t have the correct staff to run deliveries. I recommend nobody use them.

We used to be regulars at Royal as can be seen from my previous review. We'd not been for a good few months so called in to arrange a delivery for later, the other day. First thing I noticed as I went in was the amount of staff in there. There was always only one person in there but he wasn't in, but 4 younger staff. It took a good few minutes to be served as they were all just hanging around. They took my order and cash and as I was leaving I noticed the person making the pizzas had the dirtiest jeans I've ever seen! I'm in the construction industry and my work trousers are never that dirty! Anyway, the delivery came. I had two pieces of pizza, the wife had two and the little un only had one. (We'd ordered 3 pizzas- nowt finer than cold leftover pizza the day after). None of us enjoyed our meal and the leftovers were binned, rather than saved. Needless to say we won't be going back there. There are better places ont road to eat from.

Great take away i have had it a few times. Always get tray rammed with donner meat and they do really nice pizzas and other number 17 is well worth the money.

We had twice pizza delivery from royal pizza both time was fast delivery and excellent food fresh and great def will ordering again

i had take away delivery from here few time the pizza from the change the name and it our local fast deliver on time every time

We regularly use royal and they are without doubt the best in the area. The pizzas are great, the chicken veggie kebab is amazing and the chilli sauce you get with your kebab is on fire!! We eat a lot of spicy food and takeaway chilli sauce is usually mild, but Royal's is red hot!

I had few time delivery pizza from the really good tasty pizza from here ,the staff are friendly too and fast delivery
