Chef Jhun’s sushi masterclass was an an great experience — engaging, hands-on, and filled with expert insight. He shared valuable technical tips on perfecting sushi rice, and guided us through the art of making beautiful and delicious sushi.

Parmis was very attentive to my needs and made sure my experience was completely satisfying. Excellent service — I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you.

First of all the staff was very professional and received a warm welcome by lovely young lady named Navrajji. The rise was extremely balanced I. Termed of ingredients and taste was so great. Not only the food I also admire the level of cleanliness and hygiene was so perfect. I recommend any one who wants a delicious meal. Hadron was also v y great and k owe what he is doing

I’m very disappointed by how I was treated by this venue. I paid £75 to attend my sister-in-law’s bridal shower but was unable to go due to being genuinely unwell. Her sister kindly explained the situation to the venue on my behalf, but they refused to even consider a refund or partial credit. What makes this even more frustrating is that I work in a caring role and look after sick people for a living. I would never put others at risk by showing up unwell, especially at a celebratory event. Despite this, the venue showed no understanding or flexibility, which I find incredibly disheartening. I fully understand that policies are in place, but when someone is clearly unwell and the circumstances are explained respectfully, a bit of compassion goes a long way. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I would hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone planning a special occasion. This venue clearly values profit over people. If you’re thinking about booking here, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. There are many places that treat guests with basic human decency — this is not one of them. The booking was made under the name “Aliya Elawad” in case you would like to kindly refund my money. In these cases an apology isn’t resolving the situation, they have basically stolen my £75.

Great spot for drinks and bites with a cozy, relaxed vibe. The Shai Prince is light and sweet, perfect for easy sipping, while the Junsei Old Fashioned has a rich, bold flavor with a hint of banana—definitely for slow savoring. The snacks are spot-on, especially the crispy chicken skin and the grilled onigiri with its amazing smoky crust. Perfect place to unwind with good drinks and good company!

Lovely hotel and service and Afternoon tea only i always struggle with about of bready items in an afternoon tea and for which i would always prefer the option of ordering one to share and maybe ordering a la carte one or two different options like french fries or a soup. The afternoon tea here at landmark didn't allow this option which i then struggled with and ended up taking a lot of it home which was not in best form after a day trip To london and theatre etc etc and travelling home eventually would have love to have experienced it with more accommodating and comforting menu.

Horrible service. They will ask you to paid the bill before the meal. And after the payment, the waiter will ignore your raising hand, and you need to go reception to ask for help although I just sit next the bar. I don’t know how hard to get my drink back (they missed my coke and lemonade) Normal food and horrible service

The chef is unhinged and lacks talent. He likes to shout at the staff in front of customers and play techno music at rave volumes when he wants to go home. The restaurant does not clean prawns before serving them. The oysters are unfresh and disgusting. One of the worst restaurant experiences of all time

The staff were very attentive. Would regularly ask how we were if we needed anything else. The piano playing in the surroundings brought a nice ambience to the meal. The food was lovely quality. Small portion sizes but makes up in the quality of food and regular fresh warm bread is served throughout the evening on request. Overall very nice experience.
