We had a bottomless afternoon tea and we had the most amazing time, with a hige thanks to Rafael Vaz, who was by far the best waiter we’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome, especially as we’re from out of town. What a superstar! ⭐️

Siempre visitamos el Sound Café para el brunch sin fondo dentro del Cumberland Hotel cerca de Marble Arch cuando visitamos Londres. La comida es de 1 clase de calle, muy bien presentado y el personal siempre muy atento... ayer servido por Ahmed que era una delicia que debía de escuchar que era mi hijas cumpleaños, cuando llegó el postre lo hizo un plato decorado con tarta de queso, frambuesas y vela junto con otros miembros del personal para cantar feliz cumpleaños para ella, que fue un toque añadido encantador. Durante la comida, sus vasos se rellenan constantemente. Un gran lugar y una necesidad si vas a Londres bien vale cada centavo!.

En 1 calle encantador restaurante, buena opción, pero luego todo cuesta abajo. Estábamos sentados en el bar cafetería de sonidos deportivos, innecesario 10 minutos de espera para reservar en como una chica en el escritorio, cada vez que reservaba la mesa que luego dejó el escritorio para sentarse en el del cliente mientras que todo el tiempo tanto personal en grupos de 4 o 5 mirándose los teléfonos a la vista del mostrador de reservas. Una vez sentados en la mesa pedimos inmediatamente un cóctel y una abeja , 6 clientes como máximo y 2 empleados del bar. Ridículo 30 minutos más tarde todavía no hay bebidas, así que caminar hasta el bar esperando a que el barman haga contacto visual como me paré a 3 pies de distancia, totalmente ignorado entonces la comida llega, todavía no hay bebidas, así que decimos lo que está pasando y 5 minutos después tenemos bebida. Comida presentada muy bien, plato de carne mixta para compartir. Nunca me ha desagradado el maíz en la mazorca aparte de aquí, dejado la mayoría en el plato, incluso cuando se limpiaba la capa todo lo que podía saborear era la sal, tanta grasa en la costilla y la carne de res guisada y el cerdo tirado era tan insípido. Dejamos la mitad de la bandeja, el personal de espera preguntó ¿cómo era? , dije absolutamente horrible, bueno un término leve de 5 letras no permitido en esta publicación, comida terrible, parecía dicho ok y se fue, eso fue todo. Todo el tiempo mientras esperaba por una copa todo lo que vio fue tanto personal charlando entre sí, la mayoría ser nuestra peor experiencia gastronómica. Seguramente cuando un cliente deja la mitad de la bandeja de £ 60 y dice que era otra palabra para horrible se puede hacer mejor que bien. Qué excusa tan deshonrada. Nunca he tenido tan mal servicio y de hecho doult si alguna vez he dejado tanta comida sin comer, especialmente cuando si era un plato de £ 60

The location is good. The atmosphere and decor is good. There was live music and they were great. That is the good. The bad is the service was abysmal. We wound up having to go to the bar to get our drinks because no one was coming to the table and it wasn’t terribly busy. Our food was hit or miss. The chicken app was good. I had the feathered beef and it was nice. But my partner had the classic burger and it was mediocre. He also waited a while to get any condiments for it. They weren’t brought out with his meal. We did get a deal on Open Table for 50% off which was great- because we paid full price for the experience I would have been even less thrilled. I wouldn’t go back to eat but maybe for a drink to listen to a band.

We had a fantastic afternoon tea which was really different to a traditional one. We thoroughly enjoyed trying everything on the menu. The chef's team had presented it beautifully with attention to detail and everything tasted delicious. The staff were excellent and we were very well looked after. We had the bottomless sparkling afternoon tea and my friend had alcohol free cocktails instead of Prosecco; our glasses were never empty. We loved the use of the robot. Do let them know if you are celebrating a birthday. It was my friends and they made a special effort which made it really unique. The Sound Café is an amazing venue with lots of photo opportunities. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely be returning.

My friend and I booked for 2:30pm on a Saturday and was served instantly and even when we had yet to decide our food choice, the lovely Ahmed showed patience and remained attentive until we were ready to order. We were on a bottomless brunch and again,’there was no lack of attention: even a birthday surprise! Well recommended and I hope you are served by Ahmed! 5* service!

I was brought a bottomless afternoon tea for my birthday. We arrived thinking this looks familiar and turns out it used to be the old Hard Rock Cafe we had bottomless brunch there a few years back and loved it. Our waitress was lovely and she never allowed my Prosecco to get near the bottom, the menu for the bottomless tea didn’t have things I would normally eat, I am extremely fussy and that’s my problem but it stated it come with macaroni cheese toasted sandwiches and was happy to be having that but when it arrived it had dry penne pasta & not macaroni cheese inside with just some bread with melted cheese on top. However me and my husband enjoyed our time laughing and talking child free and even enjoyed watching the little waiter robots, did think there was going to be music on the stage as a drum set was on view but believe that happens later in the day but all round we enjoyed our visit,
