I picked the restaurant as it was near the dominion theatre - I also checked gluten free - very disappointing. If you order a burger you expect a gluten free bun not a piece of lettuce !

This was an amazing experience! Everything went perfect this night. I told my sister where I’m keeping my attention on when I used to serve tables. What happend? The whole night was exactly like I expected it to be. They cared about the tables, they asked customers how they like their food, they ask for a review so the chefs can improve. But last but not least, even the manager went to the tables. The food tasted good, the atmosphere was astounding. Overall excellent!

Recommended restaurant, food quality suitable for the price

I sat at the bar and ate, the staff was very friendly, and it made me like London even more.

The standard lobster seemed to be lacking in quantity for the price, but the taste was great. The croquettes I had as a starter were very good. And the tall female staff member was very friendly with fun jokes. Although the cost-effectiveness is a bit disappointing, the overall rating is 5 stars.

We had a real fantastic time at Burgers & Lobsters. Carlos was an amazing, he gave us recomendation, made few jokes and we really loved the vibe.

Oyster and cocktail special is the only truth and reason to go there.

I had a Catalonian salad with grilled lobster and the lobster was very mediocre - not freshly made, but heated. I also wanted hot tea because felt under the weather but when I asked a waitress for a tea with lemon and honey she said ok but brought a teapot with half a lemon in hot water with no teabag, when I asked for it, she said they don’t have tea! (They do have tea, we ordered it with the desserts) Cream brûlée was very nice, but the place isn’t called “Burgers and desserts”, so disappointing main for £28 and weird service.

We tried oyster and beast burger. Oyster did not appeal to our taste, but I think it is good for those who like it. I don't know, but there was a lack of flavor in the Beast burger. The best thing about the place was the cocktails. We tried mojito and lobstar cocktail, both were very delicious. Yes, the place is a bit expensive, but since we went knowing this, we didn't mind too much.

Food is good, but the service is a disaster on a Saturday evening, waiters are just moving around but don’t serve you well, to summarize it, I had to get up and catch one of the running waiters to ask for water.

The Classic Burger and Lobster Roll win both orders, and this one I tried is worth a try

A Shell of a Time! From the moment we waltzed in, our server Michelle greeted us with a smile so bright, it made the restaurant’s lights look like they were dimming out of respect. Her menu knowledge was so vast, I half expected her to pull out a captain's hat as she navigated us through the sea of options. Ordering food with Michelle at the helm was like attending a masterclass in gastronomic flair. She didn't just take our orders; she curated our dining experience. Her attention to detail was akin to a detective on a murder mystery show—except the only thing getting murdered were our plates, as we devoured every morsel. Michelle checked on us with a frequency that made us feel like the only diners in her universe, yet never once did it feel overbearing. So, should you find yourself at Burger and Lobster on Dean Street, do yourself a favor and seek out Michelle. You'll be in for not just a meal, but an epicurean adventure that’s as delightful as it is delicious. That said, the non-alcoholic beer was honestly substandard and they should probably swap it out for Lucky Saint or something.

We ordered Burger & Lobster and Sandwich & Lobster. The flavors are not good. And it's pretty expensive

Very easy going environment, casual I would say.. excellent food, substantial and good value for money.. the service is a little lacking, but I would go back to try some other dishes.. The cocktails are also very good apart from the classics, compliments to the bartender.. I recommend the combo for two to try more specialties, lobster roll highly recommended..

Service was great, Diana kept on checking in on us. Food was mediocre. Asked for the lobster to be steamed, and it was overdone and rubbery as opposed to moist as it usually is, and appeared smaller too. Not worth the £38, and I've been coming to these restaurant when it was only £20 and quality was better!

I love how cosy the ambience and how all the staff make the guests feel special and valued.

The food and atmosphere were all very good. There was an incident where an employee accidentally spilled a glass next to the table and broke it. I was confused, but they kept apologizing and asking if it was okay. They moved my table and brought me all the food I had ordered. At the end, when I tried to pay, they didn't even take my money. Oh my god, this kind of service in Europe... The taste and service were both impressive and I really recommend it.

The staff made a small mistake and broke one of the cups, but they prepared all the food and wine freshly, and they didn't even charge us for the food. Even though it's the best service of our trip to Europe, it's not enough. Thank you so much and good luck to this restaurant.

Great place! Came here straight after work and was worried about not being dressed up. The staff made us very welcome and even looked after our luggage. The food was gorgeous and the mocktail that I had was tasty and refreshing. Massive thanks to our amazing waiter, he was awesome and funny and is a huge credit to the restaurant.

Combo £49.94 Delicious. I was a pig so I ate it all, but when I left, I saw that another table ordered a combo and shared it between two people.

We recommend the so-called "Combos" in which lobster is always the protagonist, together with potatoes and salad, served in small zinc buckets, accompanied by a flavored sauce. The brilliant twist is the possibility of enjoying lobster also in hamburger format, accompanied by the classic sandwich. The modern and well-kept environment guarantees privacy, from the eyes of external passers-by, through green and lush, but not invasive, plants. Comfortable, spacious and comfortable seats make you feel immediately "confident" with the context. Fast but attentive service always places the customer at the centre, often ensuring that everything is in line with expectations. Professional and empathetic staff make the entire experience engaging. Super!

We came for my daughter's birthday and our waiter was absolutely lovely and accommodating with a lovely sweet treat at the end. Food is on point as always. One of the few places in London who would ask you how you'd like your burger cooked and the lobster roll and lobster are amazing.

Maybe I saw too many people recommending it and ordered the combo roll set meal with high expectations. When the meal arrived, I found that it was half smaller than expected. The original burger was ordinary, but the lobster burger was okay. The portion is too small, even for me as a girl, I felt still hungry. The waiter asked if add bacon or cheese. I misunderstood and thought it was about allergies concern. Then we paid 2 pounds more for each item. When asked for tap water, just got a small cup of it. At the end of the check, it added a 13.5% service charge. I personally think it is too high.

I have lived in London for 4 years, and this is the first time I ordered tap water in a restaurant and was insulted by the waiter. He said " take care " in a very bad attitude when he brings us water. You should to take care of your job too. He also showed us photos of how dirty the water pipes in the UK 。 I saw the photo and i'm pretty sure your mouth must be dirtier than the water pipes. He imitated our tone when he asked us if we wanted ketchup. fxxk you racism

Can’t complain as we attended their £1 oyster offer, but even it was a promo I would expect oysters to be a bit more presentable and without so much shell sand in it that’s why 4/5 stars.

My first time having lobster. The food was great and my waiter Jorddy was amazing!

We were a group of 4 and ordered two set meals for two. The lobster buns in the set meal for two are very good, but the grilled lobster is half the burger. The grilled lobster is a bit dry and does not have a smoky flavor. The burger is half delicious (because I was too full to eat it). I think the service attitude of this restaurant is very good. Poor, they ignored our needs several times, including adding water, ordering, and checking out. I don’t know if it was because the business was too busy😅 At the end, I complained that the service was poor, and the waiter ignored me and asked us to pay. Very speechless, the service fee is not worth it.

I came here because I thought it was a good place to taste lobster, and it was good value for money. I was grateful to the server in charge named Jorddy for taking interest in me and making sure I could eat comfortably. My kids say hamburgers are better than lobster rolls haha.

I cant describe how our fabulous day was made even better by the outstanding food(first time eating lobster!) And the EXCEPTIONAL service. Julia was just fantastic. Talked to us about allergens and had such a welcoming and genuine service style. We both work in the service/food industry and was blown away by our experience. It really did add to a perfect day. A place I made a reservation in advance. It was hectic from the beginning and we received our orders kindly, but after that we received no water and the staff did not come to us and we felt left out.

As a couple with our 10-year-old son, we visited this restaurant and loved it. The price-performance ratio was 100% and we really enjoyed the food. Service very attentive and accommodating. We'll go again tomorrow evening!

A few years since my last visit. It was still very high standard but not as good as my first visit. I rebooked on the strength of my first visit as the first visit was so good. Our party had a great time and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We found the booking system online a bit cumbersome and being asked to pay a 10% cancellation fee a bit draconian in the depths of Soho where footfall is 24 hours a day virtually. However when we turned I delivered the constraints of our visit to the charming lady on the front desk - we had 45 minutes approx and needed a quick turnaround. Music to a restaurants ears surely. They were fantastic. The request was heeded and we managed to order and eat in the time window we outlined. My feedback - the food doesn't taste as good as it did. It's also considerably more expensive. The lobster wasn't as good as my first visit. It is now impossible to order lobster on its own. It now has to be combined with other options. That said, the staff were amazing, very accommodating. The decor too was still on point and didn't show any signs of tiredness or neglect. The entire experience was as polished as ever. However I'm not sure about my next visit purely because of the change of menu, designed, to extract a little more money from patrons.
