You do not want to skip this place! I’d recommend the combo meal with the Wagyu beef, wow!!

This place was absolutely incredible! Had the Wagu burger and lob’sta roll. You will not be disappointed.

Visited Burger & Lobster on my birthday, and honestly, it was disappointing. The food was just okay, but the service was poor. They refused to give us a table even though there were plenty of empty ones, suggesting we eat at the bar instead. They claimed the tables were reserved, but while we were dining, no one ever showed up. The only reason I stayed was because my friend convinced me, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.

Had a great time. Really enjoyed the lobster rolls. Great service from Adnan.

I made a reservation but there were plenty of seats. I think walk-ins are also possible. I ordered two drinks in a combo for two, and it ended up costing as much as Son Heung-min's uniform. It's friendly, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is good, but I think it's enough to just try it once. Even in London, where the cost of living is high, it is expensive, so it is not very cost-effective.

Diana was so lovely and welcoming! Made us feel right at home. I got the Beast Burger and upgraded to the Wagyu meat and it was INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend the upgrade. Chips portion sizes were great too! My friend got the broccoli as a side and I had some of that and it was delicious too, the sauce was great with the truffle chips!

An elegant restaurant in the lively center of the Soho district. The divine lobster (I got half grilled, half steamed) and the very fresh oysters. The cocktails are not to be missed, they were perfect as an accompaniment. I also want to mention the professionalism and friendliness of the waiter Carlos who was able to advise us well. I highly recommend trying such a dining experience in London. 👏🏼

Great lobster rolls hands down the best. But sadly this place seems to have an idea of turning up the music in an attempt to create an atmosphere. It’s not a place to go if you like to have a conversation with your fellow diners.

Simply lovely! Amazing customer service with menu recommendations and all the wonderful people who work there checking in on us. The smashed burger was cooked to perfection and had so much flavour. My wife really enjoyed the Lobster, especially the help from the waitress to crack the lobster open. Fries were tasty and plentiful with some great dips. Dessert and coffee was a perfect finish to the meal. Didn’t get the waitresses name who helped show my wife how to open the lobster but thank you for your amazing service.

I have tried most of the branch, this branch I have been served by Jjyoti and she was super star. I will not ever forget the nice food and services provided by Burger & Lobster in London specially in Soho. Thump up for five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The restaurant is very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. It is important to make a reservation, as it is usually full; We waited approximately an hour at another location before entering. As for the food, the beef burger was delicious, but I found the option that included lobster expensive and with a very small portion. Although we had a good evening, the food did not quite meet my expectations.

So been here many times before and always been good and staff polite.....boy did that changed this time!!! They plastered all over social media come celebrate Valentines with us to make it special....what a joke! We got there and was greeted by a very rude front of house who made us feel like we were intruding! We were then ushered to the back of the first floor level and squeezed between two other tables who were that close we have as well have shared a table. I told the staff that the air con was blowing cold (in Feb when it was no more than 2° outside) and that there was a very cold breeze coming from the staff doors we also had the pleasure of sitting near so asked to be moved. She asked the manager and she rudely and very loudly refused and shrugged it off...we had to eat with coats on...so romantic oh and no effort was made to set a romantic mood with dance music playing and not one flower or valentines decoration in sight! Then the food! We love oysters so ordered 12 to share, they came and were so watery, tasteless and no longer attached....all signs of frozen pre prepared, rather than fresh as described! Then onto mains, the lobster Mac n Cheese, simply not hot so had to send back! Then the Lobster, grilled and £55 of overcooked and stringy meat! Claws were nice but that is the only nice thing I can say about it! Told them we weren't happy but staff just didn't care and just wanted us out to turn the table! Last time we will be going after years of enjoyment! Staff changes and cheap ingredients has lost our custom! AVOID!

Me my brother attend the restaurant around 7:10 had a lovely but of dinner, andras gave us 10/10 services, had a little uncomfortable situation where a man came in and just sat down but Andreas help and sorted out this issue very potentially.

I think it can be said to be a really good restaurant, but the price is a bit high, so it's a great place to go once! It's nice if you order a combo for 2 people.

Good value special £25 for two courses, can't find better in central London

Beginning with the food I ordered the B&L combo which is exactly what is shown in the attached photo. The wagyu burger was tasteless and the leg of the lobster was plein. The sides were a green salad and some chips. Overall the food was not worthy at all for 33£. The waiters were helpful and polite and the atmosphere was pleasant, not loud music or talking and well decorated restaurant.

We made a reservation, but there were quite a few seats so I don't think reservations are necessary! The taste is worth the money.. It’s really delicious☺️ The lobster was delicious and the sauce was great!

But Feb. 7 At dinner time, a person who appears to be a manager standing at the entrance is blocking out people. I'm afraid people might misunderstand me as a sensitive person, but this is the first time I've written about racism and discrimination of people in Google reviews while writing Google Maps. Could only stay for short time due to catching theatre show so the staff were amazing at accommodating our time requirements. Also helped make it special occasion. Honestly great service can't be faulted at all. Lobster roll perfect and highly recommended
