The food was wonderful! I will come back whenever I'm in London. Franklin's service was incredible, attentive and very quick! He certainly sold the customer experience and made this day special!

As you can see, the restaurant replied with a very nice attitude about follow-up, but since I have sent them an email for more than a week, I assume they are too busy to deal with this. I guess they don’t want the other customers to know they have potential racism issue so act like they’re trying to resolve the issue. Guys, let’s be honest. If you really don’t care, don’t pretend you do. ———————Oct 21 update ————————— Food was amazing, but the service was disappointing. Valeria, who served us, seemed to have a bad day. We asked recommendations for three people, she was distant and said we don’t have anything for three. Then for the whole meal, she didn’t show us a single nice face. I don’t know that’s because she ACTUALLY had a bad day or because WE ARE ASIAN as she seemed to be very nice to other customers. I believe many of the immigrants can relate to this. She’s not being rude, just arrogant and ignorant in a way that makes us feel really uncomfortable. I’ve been in UK for three years and London for one year, and this is the first time I experienced this type of micro aggression. All in all, it’s a shame. I won’t recommend this restaurant unless you’re white.

It was our first time having a full lobster and Carlos was fantastic, he was kind, polite and took the time to explain how to get the meat out from the claws. His service made the difference from a good experience to a great one. Would recommend this branch for the service alone.

The food was delicious. However, Asians were only guided to the aisle seats closest to the door. While they asked people of other races about their seat preferences, they told us and other Asians to sit right there. The manager said it was a coincidence, but I don't know. After going to the bathroom, I noticed that there wasn't a single Asian team in the inner seats, and there wasn't a single non-Asian team in the aisle.

Lobster too small in size. Not value for money.

Burger & Lobster in London was hands down my favorite dining experience during my visit from Chicago! This restaurant perfectly captures the upscale yet relaxed vibes of the Soho district, and the menu—featuring, as the name suggests, burgers and lobster—is both unique and delicious. I highly recommend starting with one of their croquette options, and for the main course, you can’t go wrong with any of the classic burger and lobster dishes. You can even combine the two and enjoy a burger topped with lobster! The true standout for me, though, was the lobster mac and cheese, which came with an entire lobster claw mixed in—it was absolutely incredible. If you’re in London and looking for high-quality food that highlights British cuisine in the best way, Burger & Lobster is a must-try!

The service from the server named Peter was perfect. The recipe seemed to have changed since I visited a year ago, so I asked about it, and he kindly answered the reason for the change. Burger & Lobster Every time I come, I always pay a considerable amount of money. You pay, and the food is delicious, but the service is perfect, so I think it's worth visiting at least once when you come to London. I left after having a pleasant meal.

Absolutely splendid place! First time here and it was in the afternoon for a date with a date (ha). Prawns was divine, jersey burger exquisite, chunky chips was chunky , drinks flowed and the water!? IS BIGGER THAN EXPECTED WHICH IS SENSATIONAL. I have no cons for this place O.s. Jorddy is an absolute gentleman and I applaud his service . Please see images of what the dishes looked like. 6/5. And that wasn’t a mistake 😂🥰

They are famous for a reason. Fantastic food (and we tried most of it). Great selection of wines (I loved the Sauvignon Blanc) and great cocktails. Although the place was busy, the service was perfect. Our waiter was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

My first visit to L and B. Overall an enjoyable experience, just a bit inconsistent. The service went from happy & attentive to slow & lacking. The lobster linguine was nice, prawns were a bit overcooked but it was flavourful, not quite sure why the prawn heads were on the plate , proof the prawns were fresh 🤷🏼‍♂️? And would've liked a slightly larger portion of pasta for the price. The Chocolate Bombe was DIVINE! Would I come back?........I think so, the Lobster Mac n Cheese looked great 🙂 P.s. Bit of a suggestion.... A bowl of lemon water to wash your hands would be a nice touch too, especially having to crack your lobsters etc

All food is the best. It’s worth much money. This branch is good location.

There is nothing wrong with it. If you want to eat on the terrace, you can eat there. I sat by the window and ate alone. The staff's service was really good. The original taste is good for the price, so there is nothing to criticize about the taste. As its reputation suggests, it is a restaurant with the best value for its ingredients. I had a great time eating it.

Been here twice for 2 birthdays and have loved the experience for both. Lovely food and very attentive, humorous staff! Brought out a crème brûlée for my friend :) Will visit again—the food was even better the second time around. Would definitely recommend the lobster macaroni (very generous serving) and the burger and lobster combo. Garlic butter sauce is to die for, also, great cocktails.

I discovered this restaurant through a friend and quickly became a regular, often bringing friends along to share the experience. Last year, during our trip to London, I introduced it to my younger brother, who is quite picky about food. To my surprise, he loved it! The flavors are always on point. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy delicious lobsters in a welcoming atmosphere 😊

First of all, Burger & Lobster is delicious, easily accessible, and has a nice atmosphere.

Burger and Lobster started off 2011 in London and since then you will find them in other countries. The menu was simple back then as it was either burger or lobster for £20 which makes it an obvious choice for lobster. Unfortunately, I didn't try it earlier so tried it recently because of the buy one get one free promotion which wasn't the best deal because they did £10 deals on lobster day but they probably can't afford this promotion this year. Although he bogof promotion isn't the best deal it still works out the same price as when they started in 2011 because a whole lobster will now set you back at £38 which is the maximum you would pay vs £40 for two. Since I missed the £10 lobster day, it is now or never so I treated myself to Buy one get one free offer. Why share or bring friend when you can have it all to yourself. I went to the Soho branch because I didn't like the Leicester Square branch which was not my scene. Ordered the whole lobster and the lobster roll to try, ideally it would be a better to just order two whole lobsters for your moneys worth but I had to try the original lobster rolls since there are many clones about. Before, I mention the lobsters, this has to be my most memorable experience out of the 9000+ restaurants I have reviewed collectively on various platforms. The waitress literally put my plate of food on top of my phone which I have never experiences before at any other restaurant. To be fair, the lobsters were good especially the steamed but I was not made aware of the choice of sauces when ordering. It would be nice if the whole lobsters came with the green tomalley stuff as it is tasty but it was handy the claws have been cut so you don't even need the tool. Will only return if there is a similar or better offer but I think I should treat myself to this lobster place for that one off experience.

It took a long time for the server to come to take our order even though we went at an odd time for a meal and there were very few customers. I even avoided eye contact several times. The burger tasted okay, but in reality, it wasn't much different from eating a good homemade burger in Korea for a small amount. However, the service charge was 7.43 pounds. Overall I feel it was not a good experience.

Husband found this place on Google so decided to try it out. Glad we did, service was excellent and food was fantastic

We tried the lobster roll, it was delicious, it is a place that makes lobster accessible in terms of price and performance, they helped us even though we didn't have a reservation.

It’s world lobster day! (25 Sep.) Both the food and the service were great! I personally preferred grilled over steamed.

Lovely people and great food. I went by with some friends a couple weeks ago because I was curious about the lobster and burger concept, and we loved it. It doesn't disappoint. All the people working there were helpful and nice, but I will have to give special thanks to Mehmet, the host, he was amazing with all of us. I would totally recommend :)

My first time trying Burger & Lobster with friends and family, and the food was amazing. The lobster was already juicy and delicious to begin with, and adding the butter on top made it even more flavorful. I definitely recommend coming here if you're in Soho so you don't miss out. Overall, I enjoyed the food and experience. It was definitely worth coming here.

I decided to treat my wife for Lunch at B&L after she badgered me to take her. The experience thankfully exceeded her wildest expectations and was only amplified by the care, consideration and charm displayed by Mehmet. What a gent ! Needless to say, the prime-cut burgers and wild Atlantic lobster were exceedingly delicious. No badgering next time methinks.

We had lunch at burger and lobster a week ago after a long while and it was as good as ever! The food and the service were exceptional! I wasn’t happy with the seating at first but Mehmet was so accommodating and found us a great table to enjoy our lunch. Can’t wait to go back!
