I recently had the pleasure of dining at the renowned Burger & Lobster, and I must say it was an exceptional experience, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service provided by our host, Ilayda. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile that instantly set the tone for a fantastic evening. Ilayda’s professionalism and genuine friendliness were apparent right away. She made us feel comfortable and at home, guiding us through the menu with enthusiasm and a deep knowledge of the dishes. As for the food, Burger & Lobster truly lives up to its reputation. We opted for a variety of dishes, and each one was a delightful experience. Super expensive for normal food

Gorgeous lunch with my teenage kids for my birthday. Wonderful service Valeria was amazing. Food was good, cocktails were excellent. Spacious airy restaurant in the heart of Soho. They loved it as did I.

Excellent service from Peter, made us feel very welcome, and great food too! Just a note that the restaurant layout/decor is not good for all tables, and should make tables for two feel more special/part of the restaurant.

I just ate at the lobster & burger near Chinatown yesterday, and I ate again at a different branch today. Let me talk about the conclusion first, the food in this branch is better! Maybe because we don’t pursue everything being served at the same time, the meal is served very quickly (yesterday’s meal came after a 50-minute wait) The fries here are better fried, the seasoning is less salty, and the lobster is more chewy. Yesterday's was honestly a little overcooked. This time the waiter forgot to ask for our name. He said that his wife is from Tainan, Taiwan. When he saw that my phone displayed traditional Chinese, he chatted with us for a few words and kept checking whether we needed any help during the process. It felt very good. It is recommended to choose 2 lb of lobster directly. The original flavor is best when steamed, it is very fresh, sweet and chewy! (It means that the arugula lettuce here seems to be pre-packed, placed in the refrigerator and taken out directly when customers want it, so it is a bit moist, and the crisp texture is a bit different from yesterday, but it may be that the store has stipulated this. It’s just that we ate at 12:00 yesterday and this time we ate at 16:00🤔 It means that streetsmart charity has been added this time. I don’t know what it is for.

My wife and I recently dined at the Crab and Lobster Restaurant in Soho, London. While my wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal, unfortunately, due to my allergy to lobster, I was unable to order as the kitchen could not guarantee my burger would be free from cross-contamination. Despite this, Pam went above and beyond to ensure I was fully informed, carefully explaining the risks and considerations involved. Her professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.

Smelly toilet at 13:00, one hour after the start of the day; staff weren’t friendly, feels like a high end fast food restaurant. Lobster roll was great, everything else were okay.

Hamburgers are better than lobsters. Service is a bit unfriendly

We had an amazing dining experience at Burger & Lobster Soho. The food was fantastic, with highlights being the Original Lobster Roll and Whole Lobster, which were perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, making it a great spot for dinner. A special mention goes to our incredible waiter, Peter, who made the evening even more enjoyable with his attentive and friendly service.

The tasty burger has filling oozing out. Nothing like I’ve tried before. It’s incredibly delicious I would definitely be back and hopefully courageous enough to try the full lobster next time!

Went purely just to try the lobster roll. It's the first lobster roll I've had (so I don't have anything to compare it against unfortunately) but let me reassure you that it was 10/10. I would happily go back again for it. The cocktails were lovely & the service was great. Will definitely be going back here in the future

tried the set menu, which is much more worth than their prices ala carte. not sure how long the deal will be there for but i went on 22nd november 2024. the grilled lobster was so sweet and succulent. perfectly paired with the lemon butter and it was worth every cent. do note half lobster is really not much meat at all but i suppose for the price that is reasonable. oysters were amazingly fresh as usual

The food was pretty alright, I personally loved the classic burger. It was large and evenly balanced, but the meat wasn’t entirely juicy, it was kinda dry. I would definitely recommend it again to more of my friends if they were in the area, though I wouldn’t really take that long a trip, it wouldn’t be worth THAT much hassle.

Went here with a friend for a mid week catch up. We decided to go for the set menu for two courses. We got the lobster croquettes and the burger both were delicious. We did get alcoholic drinks which did add to the overall cost of the meal.The service was great and we were asked if we were ok throughout the meal.highly recommended!!

I recently visited Burger & Lobster and had such a great experience. The lobster roll was delicious, full of fresh, juicy lobster, and my friends said the burgers were some of the best they’ve had. The truffle fries were amazing, too! Our waiter, Mehmet, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a perfect meal. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Overall, the food, the atmosphere, and the friendly service from Mehmet made it a fantastic night. Highly recommend, and can’t wait to go back!

I visited last Sunday with my family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, and Ilayda made our visit even more special. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to find us the perfect table. She took the time to walk us through the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Carlos was a star! He was clearly busy but communicated with us, made eye contact to let us know he was on his way and had such a nice professional way about him. The pregnant lady who dropped off the food was sweet also. All in all it was a nice vibie (for a Monday) experience. I will deffo be coming back :)

B&L is not only a great restaurant (lobster croquettes are incredible!!!) BUT also a lovely place where u feel pampered by the staff Jorddy in particular was super pro, explained the menu, suggested the best dishes for what we were wishing for and was always checking if everything was ok and server always wirh a big smile. In this case not only the food is the success of the restaurant. Thanks Jorddy and looking forward to visiting u guys again!

The food was very good we tried multiple dishes. The lobster roll was great. The lobster mac & cheese and the linguine were good but a little bit under salted. The Wagyu croquettes and the calamari were delicious. Our server Carlos was amazing and very friendly.
