Flat Iron in City of London, Westminster

Another great meal at Flat Iron. Had a little trouble finding the unit as they did not have signage on the side walk. My 1st time to the Soho branch as I normally patronise the High Street Kensington outlet. The mash was flavoursome as usual. Burp The Wagyu steak was done nicely

We had a lovely meal yesterday at Flat Iron. We put our names down on the list at the door and went for a drink whilst we waited for our table which wasn’t an issue. When we were sat we didn’t feel rushed at all as it took as a while to make a decision. Our waiter Narek was great, he wouldn’t stop bringing us the beef dripping popcorn! We tried the specials, I had the Sirloin and my husband had the Bavette, then we tried the Parmesan Kale which was incredible. All the food was tasty & a great price, we will definitely be going back.

I visited this place knowing it was a Korean restaurant, but it was pretty good! Be sure to order that Bon Marrow.. It’s delicious. Ice cream is also delicious. The staff are friendly!

Racist Restaurant There are booking managers in front of the door who take you to seats, but they only show Asians to the basement. As a smokescreen, only one or two tables are foreigners. When I went down, there were almost only Asians in the basement and there were a lot of seats inside, but they showed me a seat right in front of the bathroom. Although it wasn't overt racism, I felt a bit bad because I felt like I was being discriminated against in a strange way. The taste isn't very delicious either. The ice cream served for dessert was the most delicious. I have no intention of visiting again. You just have to go!!!!! I'm curious!!!!! Otherwise, don't bother going. Also, the donation fee (anyone wants it..) and service charge are attached directly to the receipt, but are not required. Do I have to pay it to the server? I won't pay. So I made it up right before I saw the receipt. I'm trying to get service charges through this kind of service.

Great lunch, popcorn and water given on arrival, Mmm delicious, flat iron steak peppercorn sauce and beef dripping chips, server explained menu to us as had not been before, had rose lemonade which was really refreshing and passion fruit cocktail was gorgeous too. Cheeky free little ice cream on the way out was a nice addition to walk down the road with after. All the staff made conversation and were friendly and seemed happy to be there x loved the gimmicky mini cleaver for a knife and for popping in the pot for your free ice cream at the end. Nice experience great simple well cooked food will defo go back especially as the staff were so welcoming.

We had flat iron steaks and truffle burgers. Both perfect! Perhaps our best meal during a week in London. Price worthy too.

We had a great meal here. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The mash was divine! I had the peppercorn sauce which was delicious. The free vanilla & browned butter ice cream ended the meal nicely and I loved the flavour. The staff are great and very knowledgeable. Can't think of any negatives about the food. It was also reasonabley priced which made it even better.

I visited without a reservation, but they kindly showed me where to sit. The tension among the servers was good, so we had a lot of fun together. They ask you in advance if you have any allergies. The meat was very luxurious beyond the level of service, which was good. I intend to visit again. A 12.5% ​​service charge is included.

Excellent restaurant with amazing food. Honestly was blown away with how nice the food was! The staff are brilliant they really go above and beyond and are super friendly. Our waiter syed was so informative and helpful he really made the experience better again. If you are looking for a nice steak and chip this is the place to be would highly recommend.

Yesterday was my first time in Flat Iron and it was a great experience from start to finish. We tried to go to the one in bond street but received horrible service from the man at the door, which is very off putting. So myself and my friend decided to go to the one in Soho. & to be honest, it was the best decision. With a warm welcome from Erandi who accommodated us. He was a complete delight. And then Syed who served us. & had great knowledge of food and he was so pleasant. The staff really made the experience a lot better. Also, 10/10 food. Big thanks to the chefs on shift 👏🏽 I throughly enjoyed and will be back again soon. To the very same branch.

Went there for dinner, I would say the steak was on point and not to forget our server Narek, he did an excellent job at serving me! Would definitely come back :)

narek is very enthusiastic! The environment is very warm and many families come to eat with their children. I will definitely come back to check in! The amount of beef is just right for one person! Wagyu steak of the day5 medium rare is just right! The mashed potatoes are really delicious!

Small establishment but the meats are really the stars of the show here, very tender & nicely seasoned! I really recommend the Scottish bavette & to end the amazing dinner we got their free ice cream which was so good!

The store was a bit small, but the service was good. I ordered wagyu medium rare, but as soon as I ate it, I was disappointed to find it was medium well done, and it was very salty. The famous basic menu was better. I visited because it was nearby, but I would have been more disappointed if I had made a reservation.

I have been to many flat iron locations and I love the franchise although I must say this one is the worst one I have visited. The food was good although the mash had a funny taste which I haven't experienced yet with any of the other restaurants. The service was good, very friendly staff and food came out quickly. The only other downer was the atmosphere, this one is very cramped where we sat and my back was literally touching the person behind me, it was very difficult to move around, unfortunately this did ruin the experience a little bit. I will be visiting flat iron again but I will go to one of the other locations instead.

Excellent place, exquisite meats, innovative accompaniments. They give you popcorn while you wait for your order and for dessert when you leave you can charge for an ice cream cone. Highly recommended. They have locations in other areas of London. One friend took us to the location, another Back to London and without a doubt we would return. Greetings 🇨🇱.

The taste and atmosphere were the best~ It was the best place with reasonable prices in the evil London streets! I lost my glasses and couldn't find a way to contact them, so I hurriedly left a letter at the door of the restaurant and hoped that they would contact me. I was surprised twice by the incredible attention to detail. This is a restaurant with such deep hearts that the food is bound to be delicious!! I will definitely go again two or three times!!👍👍👍👍

The staff are friendly I went earlier than my reservation time. The seat was empty so they let me in right away. My elementary school daughter was very satisfied with the taste as soon as she ate it. The tables are spaced too close together and the seats are narrow.

A lot of Koreans use it. Suitable for eating a cheap steak The taste and atmosphere are average. I recommend eating the cheapest plate steak. I had a special wagyu of the day (expensive one) It's not much different from a basic plate steak. I have no intention of visiting again.

Visited this Flat Iron in Soho with my friend. . We both ordered the Flat Iron Steak, and I paired mine with Homemade Beef Dripping Chips and Peppercorn Sauce. My medium-rare steak was succulent, tender and meaty. The peppercorn sauce added a delightful spiciness to each bite, complementing the steak perfectly. The chips were crispy, yet slightly salty. They served us complimentary popcorn and ice cream as well. Their Homemade Tahitian Vanilla Soft Served Ice Cream, made with ingredients like The Estate Diary's milk and cream, Bordier butter and Tahitian vanilla beans, was topped with Congolese dark chocolate shavings. We received two mini cleavers to exchange for our free ice cream, giving us a joyful dessert to end our meal! . Flat Iron is a chain resto with branches across the UK. The Soho location, situated in Central London, was a convenient and enjoyable dining experience.

It only has one type of burger, but it is the most delicious burger you will ever have, London, really delicious. It offers you popcorn and water for free, and when you finish, they give you ice cream. The restaurant is beautiful and worth a try.

I GOT FOOD POISONING IN THE NEXT DAY! I found out about this place on Youtube as one of the best steakhouses in London. So I went there to get some food and enjoy their stakes. Negatives apart from the obvious: The guy who is taking the waitlist (the white British chap) treated me so rudely as I was not staying at the right stone on the ground ? I was shocked but swallowed it as I was curious about the food. He made me write me and surname and phone number for the waiting list, I told him it was not UK number. He said IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT I GOT MESSAGE FROM THEM so he wanted me to stay around for 10 mins or something outside of the restaurant just to get that message that confirms i am in the waitlist? I waited like 7 mins with no messages. The positives: The another guy (the Asian guy) taking lists. I asked him if I can come at the time that they tell me to come. I got the answer i should have gotten 7 mins ago as a customer! I got in 30 mins later as they promised. I got seated downstairs at the bar. The waiter (my ahparig) was soooo kind and friendly and guided me and chatted with me. The meat was so tasty but it was not a “Wagyu”. The obvious: I couldn’t sleep entirely all night, my stomach was feeling sad and i was sweating. Around 5 am I had vomiting and diarrhea sessions. I would never go here again or recommend here to anyone!

This is my partner and its third trip in the last two years and we just get more impressed each time we visit! Staff are just so lovely and informative- they make you so comfortable from the get go and very attentive. Atmosphere is so calming in this location despite its cozy size you still feel like you have your own space. The food is obviously star of the show - steaks are gorgeous and we always opt for the garlic mash - delicious. Great spot for any occasion but we have it as our secret (not so secret) date spot. Always fun to start your meal with some popcorn and end with a free ice cream too- highly recommend ❤️

My experience was unique at Flat Iron Soho, where Frank and his friend welcomed me warmly. Frank suggested the best burger on the menu, and the fries and mushrooms were outstanding. If you love mushrooms, this option is perfect for you. Enjoy your meal, my friend!

I came in quite late ,but was well received. the servers were very cordial and accommodating. They had their hands full with a group of women who were throwing a temper tantrum , but they managed the situation very well and kept their calm. The sirloin I ordered was damn near perfect. So was the fries and the mash. The complimentary ice cream at the end is a nice touch.

Today I went to that restaurants and I swear it absolutely could be the best choice. Food(I ordered Flat iron steak) and it was really good and the source was also good. I got the recommendation about source from Tatiana and the "wild mushroom" is really good combi with that steak. Thanks to her bright smile, I spent my first day of London more happily :)
