Had an amazing dining experience at Flat Iron! The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor — incredible value for the price. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual yet satisfying meal. A special shoutout to Aida and Claudia for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed.

Food was great especially the chilli burger. Claudia was great with her service, very attentive.

Claudia and Pavel were our servers here for my birthday meal and we had a wonderful time, it was for my birthday and I cannot fault the service in this restaurant at all. The food was delicious, service was speedy and friendly, and the vibes were immaculate. 5 stars!

I visited the restaurant in May10 around 8:15pm, I was setting in the bar and the waiter trying to mock my Hijab with his friend and talk about religion things (racist ) Not very professional.. I will not be back again.

I’ve been here twice now and both times the food has been incredible. Went with a classic steak (obviously!), creamed spinach and chips and everything was delicious. The space has a warm atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. On my first visit, we were sat on the tables which was a bit cramped I bumped elbows with my neighbour multiple times and it was hard not to hear their conversation however the second time I went we were sat in the small booth at the back which was LOVELY. Although the space is small, it somehow dampens the noise from the main room plus there’s nobody near you to elbow! Overall I would recommend but make sure to ask for the booth….

Yesterday I went to eat with my sister to try the new burgers, and I loved them. I want to add that the attention and service were excellent shout out to Marek who took the time to explain the menu and make us an ice cream at the end of this excellent time.

It was a very delicious meat and the products accompanying it were incredibly delicious. The interest and concern of the employees is very high and the ice cream treat given on departure is very nice. I highly recommend it.

If you're tired of junk food from markets and burgers, this place is absolutely a gem. A quality steak. Perfect cooking. Excellent accompaniments. Crispy fries and I recommend the eggplant gratin, delicious! Excellent service. Small room (20 seats) remember to book or there will be a bit of a wait but it's totally worth it! We will come back! As a bonus, a free vanilla ice cream cone when leaving.

The quality and service is not what we expected. We received a steak that is not fresh, which is disappointing because we heard a lot of good reviews about this place. In the end we received a replacement but it’s still quite the same but a bit better, I think its depends on luck of the restaurant meat quality that day.

I went to the restaurant after unnatural praise...the important thing is If the restaurant was in Riyadh, it had been closed for a long time I ordered a burger and steak, the order value is approximately £60. Burgers are not the best thing if you are hungry and you lean on them to go I personally did not like the steak. The price is reasonable. The atmosphere is also good. The free ice cream provided after the meal was also delicious.

The food is super delicious and there are multiple cooking options. But the real surprise was the ice cream we got from sweet Bella at the end of the meal. She is absolutely the sweetest person and thank you so much for giving us some extra ice cream 🩷🩷🩷
