Flat Iron in City of London, Westminster

This place is one of my favorite places. Every time I come to London, I must visit it. The food they have is very delicious

Dont go to this branch, they dont have a system. Very different from the other branch, they would ask you to queue for 1hr and 30 mins, we just went back after 30 mins, and the person responsible for the line doesnt even message the people who were in the queue, and just let people about 10 of them who just arrived for less than 1 minute who waited outside. The staff was VERY rude as well saying it’s our fault to not inform him that we were waiting already. Then why do this anyway? What’s the point of your online queue system if you are not going to use it anyway.

You will never be disappointed here never Mac and Cheese is a must side with your order

Just wow and i could prodly say only because of ERANDI, he made everything better!!(make sure to meet and greet with him and ull believe me) The menu has a few options, which makes it easy to choose and enjoyable to get. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place might look small, but it has three floors. You don’t need to book—just a bit of luck to find a table, and if not, they’ll let you know when one is available.

My friend and I visited this place today and I just had to express my positive feedback towards Claudia and Nikki, the service was absolutely outstanding and they were both very attentive. I cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be returning thanks to these two ladies!

In my opinion, this is the best steak in London!! The amount of steak was large for the price and the drinks and grilled steak were very good. The servers are friendly, but the only downside is that the wait is long... I think you can make a reservation in advance and eat while walking around Soho!

We were out in London for the day and stumbled across flat iron. There was a 30 min wait for a table for 2 but my goodness when we got out food you can understand why. The provided a fantastic allergy menu to help me decide as gluten free what I could have. The steak and beef dripping chips were amazing. Service was fantastic and shout out to the manager who was so lovely and chatty and made us feel so welcome. The free ice cream on the way out was a very lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and will definately be visiting again.

Excellent for meat, a small burger and a smaller burger will not satisfy you, but the taste is worth trying, but the price for the meal is supposed to increase the size of the meal.

Me and my girlfriend come here almost every week and we always have the best time. Don’t mind waiting in the rain! We always have the best service and for the last three visits Mrika has looked after us! Such an amazing host, has the best sense of humour and it’s always a pleasure when she is working! Unfortunately, his situation is declining When I first started, I was high and low, and now I have no food or service Bad in every sense of the word and crowded, I don't know why!?

I visited at 12 o'clock on a weekday and was able to get in without a long wait, but there was a wait after I finished my meal. Steak is soft haha Burgers are good too. But the truffle macaroni cheese is too spicy 🫶 Even the ice cream is delicious ❤️

A steak restaurant at a reasonable price, the steak at 14 pounds is not big but enough with the addition of chips, beer and service, it came out to 25 pounds per diner.

We went yesterday for steak in the afternoon. The food was excellent. We were recommended the special steak in the menu by the manager(a Polish guy, Erik I think he said was called ), and it didn't disappoint. I ordered peppercorn sauce, which made my steak experience very pleasant. I would totally come back. Fully recommended place.

if I could put infinity I would, the meat is of excellent quality, everything is really top, the ice cream offered at the end is delicious, 😋 highly recommended

The service is excellent, but the place is stuffy and smells a bit smelly. As for the food, the steak is not great, but the mac and cheese is amazing, and the burger is somewhat acceptable, but I will not go back to it again.

The burger is so delicious... Rather than two steaks, I would rather eat a steak + a burger… And I… Please order something like mac and cheese because it tastes like shit^^.. They even ask you if you are allergic first. They are very kind. xhesjan was our server, smiles from the moment we walked in, he recommended drinks that were gorgeous like the old fashioned which we hadn’t tried before, he was so so lovely, amazing at his job! Bariam made our cocktails for the night, these cocktails were delightful, he really has mastered his craft, we were happy with all the cocktails he delivered. michele was the manger, this man has such a lovely presence, he is welcoming, calm, just a beautiful energy. Couldn’t thank him enough for the service him and his team provided for us tonight. The service was quick, food amazing and team absolutely phenomenal! Recommend again and again! If you are looking for a steak or a flat iron this is the one, you will not regret it ❤️

I’ve been to other chains of flat iron but nothing compares to this one the customer service was impeccable and me and my friend where looked after so well. Shout out to the manager michiel who looked after us so well, barium who made some of the best cocktails in ever tasted and xhesjan who made some great recommendations for cocktails and great fast service love this place will defo be back and would recommend a visit. You guys made my birthday amazing keep up the good work xx

The steak portion is on the small side, but quite delicious! ! After eating, there is a small ax that can be exchanged for an ice cream

I swear to God, if there are negative stars, its value is negative. I ask forgiveness from God, but may God perpetuate the blessing. By God, the burger is my right. I cannot finish it. It has an odor and the meat has no taste. They brought us watery cups and cups that look disgusting and how dirty the world is on them. I mean, they cannot wash them and clean the water!! The important thing is that it never gets worth the hype and praise that comes over it, and the popcorn that people are crazy about is cold, and for hours on the table, it is nothing. Wow, and some of it comes as a moisturizer, it is not worth trying, and my mistake is that I tried it and regretted it, and its price is not cheap, it is expensive with two burgers and one Coke for 400 riyals! In the end, they give you ice cream, and it's not just plain sweet, I mean, it's what's considered the best thing in the restaurant

I’m always against writing bad reviews, but on this occasion, I will. I’ll start by stating I’ve had food poisoning for the last 3 days. It was my partners birthday dinner and our drinks arrived separately, which was awkward, we felt rushed, as there was so much going on, it felt uncomfortable. The staff were friendly, but things need to slow down in a fancy restaurant like FlatIron.

We tried our luck on a Saturday evening without a reservation and we won! Great service, good food and wine. All reasonable priced for London steak dinner. The spicy mayo wasn’t at all interesting so no worth the cost just get the free mayo next time.
