A great night with family was really busy Saturday night we walked in and was told to come back in 30 minutes, Great service really friendly staff, great food really reasonably priced food We all had a steak and tried one of each of the sides no-one was keen on the aubergine but every thing else we enjoyed

My family and I were initially unsure about the quality of the steak given the prices. However, after trying it, we were shocked by how good the food was. The sides were also amazing and complemented the steak well. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, tasty meal in London.

The food, service and experience were absolutely amazing! The steaks were cooked perfectly to our requested “medium” status; the side dishes were absolutely delicious - we had the Truffle Mac & Cheese and Bone Marrow Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Service was fast and friendly and the drinks were strong and good! Awesome experience!

Genuinely surprised that a chain would have one of my favorite steaks I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. The sides were delicious as well! Definitely recommend the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese! The burger was alright, not my favorite. Of course ended it with the complimentary ice cream. Inside was a nice warm vibe with great service.

Delicious food. The steak tastes very good and the side dishes are really tasty! In addition, super friendly staff. All in all a very good experience and highly recommended!

It's delicious food for the price it has. The service was top-notch, and the girl who served us was amiable and explained everything well. I don’t remember her name, but I was seated on the top floor. I am most definitely coming back next time I am in London

I came in with my family for my 18th and the whole experience was stunning, the food was delicious, our waitress Bella took great care of us and the price was decent considering the quality of the food

Visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon we had booked ahead and were seated as soon as we arrived. It's a comfy restaurant and service was great it is very compact we were seated very closely to another couple which detracts from the experience a little. The food was great and the prices were very reasonable!

The meal I had was flatiron steadk and mash, and it was very delicious, the atmosphere was top teir as it was cosy and inviting. The service was okay, however the food itself did live up the line that i had to wait in. With all this in mind however, if you are looking to get a meal which would get you full this is probably not the spot for you, unless you are willing to spend a pretty penny.

The food in this place is amazing and very affordable with free popcorn at the beginning and free ice cream at the end, and also on top of that very good service by the staff (Mrika,Bellla,Bariam) which i honestly thought i was chatting with my friends and not the servers. amazing experience i will definitely be back

The burger is sweet, but it is much tastier. The steak I took was a little dry and the fries were sweet.

Great quality of food and very tasty I really loved it and the best part was the ice cream at the end delicious I have no words. Also amazing service by three lovely people at the basement where i was sat today, their names if I recall were Bariam, Mrika and Bella. They were the best I had a great time chatting to all of them.

Flat Iron in Soho, London is a hidden gem! The skirt steak was cooked to perfection! The prices are very reasonable for such high-quality food. This quaint little spot is a true hole-in-the-wall with a cozy atmosphere that makes for a memorable dining experience.

Poor man's steakhouse, serving low quality dry meats. Most of the customers around us were single men who just ordered the steak and nothing else.... not even water! The food was served hot and with good presentation. I had read that their flat iron steaks (sirloin) steaks were tough, so we ordered their upgraded wagnu steaks. We'd ordered drinks and requested that the the salads be served first before the steaks. The waiter looked puzzled and hesitant, as if that was an unusual request. Just as I'd feared, there was a long wait before the salads were served, with the steaks following 1 minute behind! The salads were decent; however, the steaks were dry ( 1 medium, 1 medium rare) gamey, and tough! We'd ordered the same dish, yet mine had a lot of fat and my wife's had none. The servers were deliberately vague in describing the steaks, add 12.5 percent service fee, and tend to rush you out the door. They offer you free low quality, watery ice cream, but you have to eat it on the way out the door. You are not allowed to eat it at the table. Overall, worst steakhouse I have ever been to. More like dealing with a sleezy used car salesmen. -- Tourist from the U.S.A.

The meat we ordered was excellent. Very tender. The waiter who served us was very friendly, seeing Since we spoke Spanish, he stood next to us and made sure we understood and made our order accordingly. It came to us very quickly. And when we left they gave us an ice cream

Never been to a Flat Iron before but I am very impressed. There is a booking available however, we walked in off the street and was advised it would be 45 minute wait which we were happy to do. They suggested a nearby cocktail bar which was very friendly and we got a notification after around 40 minutes that our table was ready. We got popcorn on the way in and even though the menu is small, it makes your choice a lot easier if you are eating here you know you are getting steak. Prices were reasonable and food came out quickly. Everything was excellent, one of the most flavoursome steaks I had and the provided peppercorn sauce was also very good. The creamed spinach and mash were excelled side choices too, I had the chips but wished I also had the spinach. You also get an ice cream on the way out which was a nice addition. Staff really friendly, will be back next time I am in London. Please look at opening a branch in Bristol.

Friendly, both steak and sides are delicious, I think the price is reasonable too. The ice cream that you get in exchange for the small sword-shaped pendant provided after the meal is also very delicious!

I got compliments like most. The restaurant was full, so I didn't need to book. Ordering a wagyu steak and a burger (one type) requires that you not raise your expectations because the restaurant is very ordinary. Its value is 4 because the ice cream as a gift is delicious. Thanks you so much for the experience, everything was perfect, We came after a musical, 30min before closing time, and we were warmly welcome like it was nothing. Everything we had the chance to taste was delicious (especially the garlic mash, 100/10) We had wine, chips and obviously the steak, the quality was exceptional for the price The mood was great, everyone were so nice. It's a pleasure to see places like this in the center of London. We even had a free ice cream when we left !! Thanks you, we'll make sure to come back the next time we go to london. Diana served us an extra large bowl of salad and hot chips. The steak was cooked medium rare. Loved the food and service.

Dined there a couple of days ago. Was unfortunate enough to be sat down in the basement area. The Toilet was disgusting with an over flowing waste bin that to my horror the mauve haired waiter carried through the resturant to empty !!!! The Toilet opens directly into the resturant. Food was ok until I lost my appetite. Won't be using this chain again.

Really nice dining experience, the steak was very tasty but I have to highlight the burger, it was delicious! The staff was lovely, and the ice cream at the end of your meal is a detail to take into account. Definitively we will come back to the restaurant to repeat this experience

What I advise is final, frankly The fries are full of oil, the burger has a strange taste, and the steak is considered a little better than them. I will definitely not go back to it again.

I visited this branch with my family and we had a kid with us as well, as soon as we entered the restaurant there was a weird smell all over the restaurant, and it was suffocating. But overall the food and service were really good. And let’s not forget about the free ice cream and popcorn as well.

Even if the food is reasonably priced, it's worth it. Wouldn’t it be better for customers to remove the table in front of the smelly restroom??? There was a rumor that Asians were given seats in the basement bathroom... After waiting for over 40 minutes with the kids on a cold and rainy day, I happily went in and found myself right in the basement bathroom!!!! It was clear that there was an empty seat in the back, but they gave us a seat in the bathroom!!! Even though they were still there, the bathroom smelled, so we tried to coax them to change their seats to an empty space in the back, but they were stubborn at first!!! Who wants to eat when they smell like a bathroom??? I feel like this is happening to me!!! I’m so pissed!!! I wanted to rush out!!! It was raining and cold, so I thought about the kids who were shivering, so I had to fight and use the translator to translate into English that didn't work. I changed to a different seat!!!! I paid to eat here because of the kids, but I don't think it's a good idea to recommend this place!!!! Who would recommend this place after negotiating a deal with a short man who worked there? Even if the Korean guides don't want to make a fool of themselves, they don't recommend this place even if it's good value for money. I heard it's a place that Korean people often go to... It's a restaurant that makes tables in the bathroom, so I wonder if I should go there!!! I don't want to recommend it!!!! Don’t go!!!! It may be a racist place. It could be a place that views customers as money!!! Even though the space is small, I have never seen a place so openly close to the bathroom!!!

Amazing food topped with amazing service

Excellent steaks, chips and - seriously - creamed spinach. If a table isn’t available, you’ll get a text message to let you know when to come back.

You can eat a satisfying steak considering its cost-effectiveness. The basic steak was better than the expensive daily special steak. I recommend it in many ways.

It was a nice cute place for steak. The cuts were perfectly proportioned and succulent and surely cooked to how you request to. The side of mashed potatoes I ordered were also very tasty, good choice to be cooked with bone marrow flavour. I loved the atmosphere and the free ice cream at the end.

Giving the place a 5 because you get what you expect and you get what you pay for. Nothing too fancy or complicated just a simple steak but with the right quality and seasoning, good sauces and fries. Good quality for the price and most important is consistent in maintaining the same service, same taste and same quality! Good place to quickly grab a good steak for dinner or lunch.

Best stake house in London hands down

Amazing food, really good service, even got free ice cream at the end. The truffle mac'n'cheese, the flat iron steak and thr wild mushroom sauce were on another level!

We ordered a beef burger, steak, and truffle pasta The burger comes without fries or drinks and is very delicious The steak comes without sauce. It has a delicious taste, but the quantity is small I did not like the pasta, it tasted like burnt cheese, and the quantity was small, which was tasteful

The food was really good! Def go for the wagyu special! Would have been 5-stars but there was tension between the staff working there, they were bickering with each other in front of dining customers.

What a great place, we hadn't booked and were so lucky they could fit us in. We were downstairs in what they call the basement. It was fab. It felt like been in an old town abroad. I absolutely love the concept of the menu. I had the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The spinach was so tasty. Would love the recipe. Would recommend if your in a group to try all the sides, the portions are big enough to do that, that way you won't miss out. Cocktails were very nice. So many great things to say. Not 1 negative. The staff and their customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend and I will be back. Thank you.

It's crazy, it's crazy, it's crazy, it's already clear from the line on it.. You book and they give you a time to come back after that.. It's delicious. We ate there for 3 days.. They serve popcorn and moyah, and they have very delicious steak, and the mac and cheese is dangerous and with an amazing number of meat. I tried the fries, plain and full of oil, which I didn't like.

The ambiance is good and all the staff are lovely. We visited yesterday (12/08/24) the host at the entrance was very accomodating and also the server. Zak was very friendly and he served us the best iced cream🤤

There’s no sauce with the steak, one of the steak was so salty, but another was tasteless. And the receptionist was quite rude with the commanding sentence. However, the waitresses were great and the cheese burger was fantastic.

Not every branch has delicious food, but the one in the lead is the Soho branch. The taste is very delicious in every sense of the word, especially mac and cheese and meat. Choose the medium level and enjoy ✨ The drink in the picture is refreshing and worth trying.

Excellent restaurant, excellent food and service

My daughter and I visited for her 18th birthday, the food and service were brilliant. It was a little dark and the table was right near the toilet it didnt effect our meal but I should imagine at busier times it would as there is only one door on the toilet. Food wise it is absolutely worth the money! The steak was cooked just right. The service was very good and everyone was accomodatiing and friendly

Amazing food. Really nice. Not too pricey either. Only reason for a slight down vote is the single small toilet which is right next to the end table (which we were sat at) and is inadequate. Food was truly amazing though.

I was disappointed by my visit as I really like Flat Iron. Despite asking for medium, my steak came out rare. When I told my waiter, he took it back to the kitchen and returned with a wet and medium-well steak.

We ordered a meat burger, once it was oil, and its quantity was small, and it came without potatoes. We did not like it at all. We ordered pasta, the quantity of which was small and acceptable in taste The place is dirty and stuffy I will never return to him

Mamma Mia ! This place was amazing 🤩 perfect steak which melts in your mouth!! Fabulous chips and amazing side dishes - especially the baked aubergine with mozzarella! Great service too and the complimentary ice cream at the end was fantastic- Book now!

food was spot on, steak was beautifully cooked and gonna be dreaming about it for awhile. by far the best peppercorn sauce i've had. very friendly staff when we arrived, and got seated. i loved the seating arrangements. more than happy with what i paid for, however the staff were a bit cheeky about the optional tip of 12.5%. we were at fault for not initially realising that had been added onto the bill without us asking for it to be taken off but thats still very sneaky. other than that, i'm very happy with the experience.
