Non professional behaviour. Attitude on a peak maybe some communication teaching will be helpful for the lady at the till.

This has to be one of the best Chinese i’ve had. They make the best chicken fried rice!! The staff are friendly, professional and most importantly, it’s clean!!!

I am a very fussy eater and I must say I was worried when I saw my steak but when I took a bite it was cooked to perfection and the flavour was so tasty and steak was juicy and soft. Potato skins with shredded meat & cheese sauce (omg my new addiction) they tasted so nice and the cheese sauce was so yum! My only complaint I have is you have to pay separately for a sauce to pour over your steak. I ordered peppercorn sauce which was £3.50 for a small pot. I think for the price you’re paying for a steak 1 sauce should be given complimentary or you should be allowed to swap a sauce instead of having gravy as no one on our table ate the gravy that comes with the steak. Other than that everything was amazing. Thank you ♥️

Need to stop playing pumping music, it’s a cafe not a nightclub. I ordered a lamb shawarma sandwich, the bread needs to be grilled more, the salad needs to be fresher, and they need to stop caking the shawarma in sauce. I could only taste the sauce - terrible. It used to be better here, it might be they have new staff. Need to do better.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pablos Pizza Barking that I feel compelled to share. When we arrived to place an order, we were met with an unexpected and unacceptable situation: they claimed there was no card machine available for payment. We asked if we could pay via bank transfer, but they flatly refused, offering no reasonable explanation. This forced us to leave and go all the way back home to retrieve cash, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. What made the situation even worse was what happened upon our return. When we finally managed to place our order with cash, another customer who asked if he could pay by card. Surprisingly, they refused him as well, but then offered him a bank transfer option. This blatant inconsistency and unfair treatment are simply unacceptable. It’s clear there is no consistent policy, and the staff's attitude and customer service are utterly unprofessional and discriminatory. This experience has left a very negative impression. The refusal to accept card payments, the rude attitude, and the clear favoritism shown to certain customers are completely unacceptable in any business. Customer service should be about fairness, respect, and convenience not about making customers jump through hoops or treating some differently. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting Pablos Pizza Barking, as their poor management and their practices ruin what should be a simple and enjoyable experience. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and payment policies.

I ordered the peri peri chicken, fries and wings. Everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations even though I had already heard wonderful things from my friends. Staff was extremely friendly and ensured I received my order as quickly as possible.

Delicious food in a stylish setting. The risotto was creamy and rich. Slight wait for the main course, but staff was very apologetic and professional.

Just had a delicious takeaway - chana dal and aloo palak. Full, rounded flavours, popping with herbs and spices. I feel like someone just made me a proper home-cooked meal. Great value too.
