Ok so my previous review below was not so good BUT ever since then, we have ordered from Pizza Hut barking and the experience has been brilliant. The food is delivered quick and to absolute perfection 👌 I'm not sure if Management changed since my last review but whatever you are doing keep it up as its working 👏 To top it up, they didn't have the rolo cookie dough but we were happy to swap with the white chocolate cookie dough. They sent us two cookie doughs and ice creams and charged only one fee which made my kids smile. Thank you 😊 Previous review Extremely disappointed, just ordered a large pizza from barking Pizza Hut for my children, the pizza is overcooked and burnt. The garlic bread is also overcooked. Tried calling the store so many times and no one answers. Absolutely appalling. We always order from Domino's and thought on this occasion lets give Pizza Hut a go. Never again. Very poor quality and service. A disgrace to say the very least.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to on this occasion! This was a mess from start to finish. I ordered 2 large pizzas and got medium ones. It arrived cold, with the cheese stuck all over the inside of the box like it had been flipped or something . On top of that, I ordered a Pepsi and got a 7UP — not even close, and no heads-up or apology. When I called to complain, the response was rude and dismissive: “We delivered it, talk to customer support.” No accountability, no attempt to make things right. Between the wrong size, cold food, sloppy packaging, and messed-up drink, this was a total letdown. Definitely not ordering from here again unless they get their act together.

I ordered a chicken Supreme Pizza yesterday. It was delicious. Nicely cooked and being halal was even better. Bit far from my usual dagenham hut. I don't mind going the extra mile for a decent pizza.

Very late and the food was cold and soggy

Dessert was missing. pizza was nothing like the old fashioned quality I remember lucky it was get 50% percent off 20 coz it definitely wasn't worth full price.

I order in uber eats and they gave me the wrong order, it is not the second time this happened. When I call them and tell them I can go pick up my order right and I’ll take the order they gave me the man on the phone in a rude way say there’s nothing they can do and bye and hang up the phone. So disappointed.

These guys are amazing. Order two large on the Pizza Hut app and because of a slight delay in delivery (very slight) they sent an extra large pizza and a 1.5l bottle of Pepsi. And the delivery guys are always kind and professional. This time it was Tom who delivered.

they’re pretty much the same as most other pizza huts. the only difference is this one serves Halal meat which does do well for the area with a quite heavy muslim community

No actual bacon to much garlic powder and sauce on the pizza

If there was a way I can give zero star I would. I paid £15.99 Big New Yorker and had this without cheese. Yet they served me something that was more than burnt absolutely disgusting. Even more so they tried the bull crap excuse of saying oh its because there no cheese so it burnt mate I have an allergy to cheese I have had cheeseless pizza for what over 10years and never has it been burnt like so. Even more so my mom used to be the manager of the Pizza Hut branch in West Bromwich and never had a pizza been burnt to such a standard even without cheese so I'm sorry pizza hut but this is shambolic shameful and no wonder Domino's and other pizza joints be doing better than you Heck any Italian that will see this pizza will cry from how badly brunt it is. Heck and even impressive feat though there actual burnt holes in the slices which are perfectly shaped.

And Just Eat are saying they won't refund me. order worth £50 this is not fair. we all know some of the drivers don't even go up to the door or even try to contact you and they will say they did. The driver never contacted me. I waited after 45 minutes that's when I suspected somethings wrong and reported it. please I need my refund or send what I ordered. I had to make an alternative dinner for my kids.

manager is a lovely man who cares about his food and his customers. whether you decide to wait outside or inside he’ll bring the food to you as fast as he possibly can to the best standard. the pizza was just phenomenal, doughy cheesy and meaty all at the same time. the bottom of the pizza dough was cooked perfectly had a perfect crunch to it but your teeth would just sink in. plus 10 pound for a pizza that easily feeds up to 4 people is just the perfect deal. will be sure to come back as the pizza was good. the meaty one has to be the best one on the menu 🤤
