SHOCKING JUST SHOCKING, Order 2 pizzas and 2 sides and nothing turns up! Try calling and no one answers. I'm surprised the reviews are about the shocking food. I'd loved to have been able to do a bad review about the food!!! PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE!!

Absolutely outstanding food, the pizzas are just amazing, the sides are awesome, and the desserts are so good!! Great service, great food, great people. You couldn't ask for more.

Food is delicious, absolutely banging. staff were very polite and happy when serving us. Would definitely recommend to others. The guy who served us was very nice and talkative as well as the girl who also worked there, both had big smiles on their faces. When we received our food everything was the right temperature and just the way we wanted, definitely coming back here

Definitely one of the better Pizzas you can get around Dagenham. Definitely worth the price, the Pizzas are delicious.

One of the best pizzas i have ever tasted. Perfect dough and toppings balance and cooked to perfection. Did not feel bloated or heavy after eating a whole pizza. Love this pizza place! ❤️ When it opened last year i was sceptical-only because i already had a favourite pizza place. But the prices were so low i gave it a try and I haven’t looked back since! Pizzas there are delicious(!!!) every single time it all just hits the spot 🤩( i usually go for margharita or pepperoni) and they make them so quickly i’ve never waited more than like 6 mins for two or more pizzas. Heard some ppl had some issues with the previous owner-looking at some of the low ratings-I personally never have- always been given great service and even got to pay later for a milkshake when i had card only on the day their card machines failed-so lovely of them!(although i do believe everyone can have a different experience depending on a lot of factors and different staff etc) Nevertheless, even the last time I visited ,which was halloween weekend,the new manager and one staff member were the best and offered lovely chit chat and literally wanted to give me half the shop for free(amazing!! Haha- they gave me two free drinks and a pistachio canellonni to try- which was great (normally all the other places always have stale canellonni even in bakeries in italy and this one was banginggg!) All i want to say PLS DON’T LET THIS STORE CLOSE DOWN AND GO MAKE IT YOUR GO-TO BECAUSE IF IT DOES I WILL BREAKDOWN AND CRY. so whoever shops for pizza elsewhere will have to offer me emotional and gastronomical support if it doesn’t stay open in dagenham. (One thing that’s a bit confusing is the price change on pizzas throughout the week but if you think about it as peak and off peak in tfl it gets easy and honestly not that much change)

Wow man I love the pizza and also the wonderful staff here, this guy is really amazing, welcoming and helpful. We order make our own pizza and they nailed it. Love to be back again 100 percent

Sold us stale pizza. The customer service was appalling. The young grumpy guy refused to listen and refused to provide a refund because we were 'rude'. He didn't recognise he was rude and that the stale pizza caused the problem. £70 or so we won't see again.

The pizza was served stale, cold and with no flavour. When feedback was given the staff were unwilling to listen. We paid money yet left without eating. Save yourself money & a headache by avoiding this place.

The food here is inedible but the service is worse; a reoccurring theme in other reviews. Shaheer - the owner (identifiable as the rather large boy working behind the counter) was overly sensitive and rude. He lacks skills in both speech and cooking - as this was definitely was not Italian food or barely even food for that matter. There are other pizza shops along the road.

Absolutely disgusting food and disgusting service. We paid £73 for stale, salty pizza. There was no cheese and no tomato sauce on pizza. The ‘manager’ was extremely rude and insulting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I order a salad with no onions but they got it wrong , when gave back the salad, the guy started picking with his fingers the onions only to give me the same salad again. I then mentioned I’m allergic to onion and he said he’s a “doctor” and there’s not such a thing as allergy to onions. They didn’t have salt and the guy had no manners, I will take everybody to not go to this place, never !

I kept taking the pizza from them, at first it was good, the last pizza was very bad, I didn't even eat, Ami I'm sorry but I have to look for another pizzeria.

Not happy with the service at all. The boy who took our order was rude and looked like not in the mood to serve customers. Pizza was okay but will not go back again only because of their behaviour even though it’s only 5 mins walking distance from home.

The Fireaway Pizaa iz Ok. The owner there was very grumpy and stingy with the sauces. I am traveling a lot and been to at least 4 of they're franchises but the guy here is rude and stingy. P.S. I have opened the Pizza Box. 6 Small Peperoni Slices. Another thing. Any other Fireaway that I have been I have asked nicely for the guys to change one ingredient with another and without a problem everybody done it till today. When I asked he immediately said NO. Fireaway please sort out this guy as its draging your business trough the mud.

Pizza was very dry and chewy like cardboard if I be honest one of the worst pizzas I’ve had and I’ve had a lot of bad pizzas in my time. extremely dry lack of cheese and tomato sauce and the old man making pizza doesn’t wear any gloves, a very serious health hazard not only that he was being very stingy with the topping I had to ask him to put more. Your better sticking with dominoes

This has to be the worst pizza I had tried, tastes like cardboard, extortionate price, different price on menu to phone order, staff like to make up price as they go along, cash only hmmmm I wonder why that is? For a franchise this is not acceptable, first time and last time.

The order came over 1 hour late. I called 5 times and nobody picked up. The worst part was that the delivery guy was extremely rude and flippant when he did eventually arrive. It’s very disappointing because the food is very nice and I was hoping to order quite frequently this month.

I ordered scheduled order the restaurant owner said what happened if I can deliver to you 7:30. Then what’s the point to order by schedule delivery. Most rude person I’ve even spoken to. Never order again. People shouldn’t order from this branch .

This shop is a disappointment! The customer service via phone was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I ordered a milkshake through just eat, and my order got cancelled, just because they can’t send drivers “15 minutes away for a £5 order” even though I was charged almost £7. And now I have lost money and have to wait for a refund WHICH I will be expecting! They claim they cannot deliver to RM 7-9 even thought they are based in RM10. Very lazy behaviour for a high rated restaurant. Please never order online it’s best to enter their shop in person!

Never again will I order from this branch in Dagenham Heathway. I ordered 2 pizza and cannoli hazelnut chocolate. The pizza was cold and cannoli was stale. It made by hand smell. I called up to make a complaint. The boy that picked up was rude and was giving me attitude over the phone Didn’t apologise at all and put the phone down. I should have taken his name. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from here.

I dont recommend this place everytime i ordered from here scrooge is always grumpy and upset his face is mean he looks like someone has just stolen his breakfast,lunch and dinner. I ordered tonight and unfortunately there was hair in my pizza crust scrooge tried to blame me but them i let him pull out the nasty hair and he was very shoked. Eventhough i was not happy they made me a NEW pizza. I have a message for scrooge because i know your reading this change you attitude and stop being grumpy to your customers

As somebody who has lived in Italy for more than 20 years I thought to give a try. It has nothing to do with the Italian pizza. Despite the fact that was a clean place, I really don’t even want to waste my time talking about it.

Terrible, we had to collect our food because it was delayed. The pizza was hard the wedges were stale. Our wings were missing, we phoned them again to have it delivered. They still did not deliver the wings they gave the wrong product. We called them again and the employee accused us of taking their food and hung up on us. TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE. they didnt even cut our pizza
