Casa Carlo in Barking and Dagenham

Good afternoon, I had some meat and chips from this shop and was very bad. The chips very tough to chew. Also the meat had a bad taste was from yesterday I believe. Very disappointed. Will not be a next time.

The second time they forgot to add my drink to an order, I phoned them and asked them to drop it off at some point that evening, but they were more concerned about telling me whose fault it was that it didn't arrive. Still no drink...

Perfect spot after your shopping around Oxford Circus area :) Looks small from the outside but the have seats downstairs and by the door too! We really loved the food and the portions were generous , so we felt bad leaving a bit left! We had pizza and pasta! The prices are great considering the area and we loved the option of paying the service charge :) . We of course paid service charge as it was excellent, lovely staff. Also, cheese on the table at no extra cost for my pasta which I loved too 🥰. Next time I fancy Italian and I’m in London this will be my go to option!

The food is fantastic and people are lovely- I highly recommend! They’re family run and very friendly people in general!

Ordered 1 pizza and i mentioned on the app no artichokes but they still put a lot of them. Completely disappointed !
